AtomMan X7 Ti Pre-sale: World's First Intel Core Ultra 9 AI Mini PC with Touch Screen, 32+1T Priced at $849

MINISFORUM's premium brand AtomMan has launched the pre-sale of the X7 Ti on its official store, which is the world’s first Intel Core Ultra 9 AI Mini PC with a touch screen and native OCulink interface. The barebones version is priced at $669, and the 32+1T version is available for $849.

Link: https://store.minisforum.com/products/atomman-x7-ti

The AtomMan X7 Ti is equipped with Intel's flagship Core Ultra 9 185H processor, featuring 16 cores and 22 threads with a maximum turbo frequency of 5.1GHz. It utilizes Intel's advanced 4-process technology and low-power island architecture, optimizing energy efficiency. The built-in next-generation Intel Arc graphics offers double the 3D graphics performance, significantly enhancing image rendering and video editing speeds. It supports AV1 encoding, providing clearer and smaller-sized video outputs at the same bitrate, hardware ray tracing, and XeSS super-sampling technology for more realistic and detailed gaming visuals.

The Core Ultra processor also integrates an independent NPU AI engine for the first time. With the combined power of CPU, GPU, and NPU AI engines, the AtomMan X7 Ti achieves an 8x increase in AI efficiency, unleashing local AI superpowers to generate AIGC in seconds.

Notably, the X7 Ti features a native OCulink interface that supports up to 64Gbps transmission bandwidth. Paired with MINISFORUM’s first eGPU dock - the DEG1, it can expand to higher-performance external desktop graphics cards with minimal loss, transforming the Mini PC into a workstation to meet the computational needs of high-end gaming, professional creation, and AI tasks.

Additionally, MINISFORUM offers a combo package of the X7 Ti and DEG1. The barebones combo is priced at $719, and the 32+1T combo is available for $899.

The AtomMan X7 Ti is equipped with a 4-inch touch screen, supporting system monitoring, performance adjustment, time display, and customizable themes. It features a 1080P HD camera with a physical switch for privacy protection, supports Windows Hello and Studio Effects, and can be angle-adjusted with a stand. Paired with dual digital microphones, it offers excellent collaboration experiences for video conferencing.

This Mini PC comes with dual-channel DDR5 5600MHz high-frequency memory, supporting up to 96GB. It includes two M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD slots and an SD expansion card slot with speeds up to 60MB/s, meeting the storage needs of filmmakers and creative professionals.

The AtomMan X7 Ti utilizes the Cold Wave cooling system, featuring a proprietary compact phase-change cooling material, a large silent cooling fan, and three heat pipes, ensuring stable 65W performance release.

For video output, the X7 Ti supports up to four different displays through HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 2.0, and two USB4 ports. In addition to supporting the latest WiFi 7, the X7 Ti is equipped with dual 5G Ethernet ports, providing users with both wireless and wired high-speed internet options.

Added a Nacon MG-X Pro with a length extender to the Minisforum V3. A bit heavy on the ole wrists, but this works for laying in bed, gaming with a controller while the weight of the tablet is supported on the bed/legs. Works flawlessly in Bluetooth or wired with a USBC to C. (Usually I'm using a dualshock controller for normal controller usage) . This works great for galaxy devices too, if you are looking for a telescopic controller for the S8/9 Ultra PCs submitted by /u/skinnywolf

Hi there!

I am after something to attach to my 75" loungeroom TV to be a base for torrents, Bluetooth my Sony soundbar to, and play content at 4k.

I 'daily' run a chromecast for Netflix, Disney+ and such, but i am sick of having to torrent and thumb drive to the TV and hope the format works in the in-built player.

As for other uses; I have a beast gaming pc, so don't need a mini pc to do anything too crazy on the gaming-front (although some older emulation would be nifty, but not a huge deal breaker)

I wouldn't mind being able to do some spreadsheetwork from the lounge and using my big ol' TV to get a better look at everything.

Oh, I also live in Australia if that affects anything.

Thanks! 😊🙏

  • Ryzen-based mini PC with unlocked BIOS?/u/ashberic
I don't keep up with mobile processors much, and was planning on getting the AM5 version of AsRock's DeskMini when it launches. Just curious of anything exists to potentially save a buck (looking at over $800 to setup the DeskMini the way I want). Looking for something that will allow me to OC RAM. Any other unlocked features is nice to have, but DRAM-OCing is a requirement. The exact CPU doesn't matter much, so long as it has the full-fat 780M. Does anything exist? submitted by /u/ashber

I want to buy a mini PC and I would like your suggestion or experience (if you have personally tested for HA). My plan is to (eventually) do the following (descending order):

  1. Run Proxmox (not pimox or any other unofficial port)
  2. Host Home Assistant (HA OS) reliably (the main reason i'm moving away from Raspberry) in Proxmox
  3. Be low power (at least something between Raspberry Pi and "normal server")
  4. Host other stuff in parallel in Proxmox like NextCloud, Plex (transcoding capabilities are welcome)

I'm thinking a Intel N100 mini pc like: FIREBAT T8 Pro Plus or larkbox X

Any opinions?

I've got a killer retro gaming collection, which is taking up space, and is going to be boxed up for a while, or until I get a house with a spare room.

I recently got into emulation, which is amazing, I've got a Miyoo Mini Plus, and an Anbernic handheld.

So now, I think I want a mini PC, it will be connected to the TV, and used for media and light gaming.

My needs -

  • play downloaded movies (I don't care about 4k)
  • stream Netflix etc.
  • play emulated retro games (prefer up to and including PS1) - I can live with just SNES & Genesis though
  • play old PC games - Doom and Wolfenstein 3D etc. lol
  • SSD
  • wifi / bluetooth built in
  • quiet fan ?
  • up to about US$250
  • not too much techno setup, windows installed would be a bonus
  • AND power rating up to 240V for down here in New Zealand

Any recommendations? And thanks in advance.

Hello everyone, I just bought a couple of mini pcs. Both on the N100 platform. The Beelink I got had the ability to have a SATA ssd added, but I really would have liked 2.5Gbe LAN. The Morefine M9 N100 page on Amazon says that 85 has this feature, but mine arrived and the port speed is showing 1Gbe. Is this just misleading marketing on their part or am I missing something? Thank you! Edit: Title is supposed to say “Morefine”. submitted by /u/Vile-The-Terrible to r/MiniPCs [link]

Hi everyone, i have a questions about RAM optimization, specifically for emulation, emulators probably advice, recommendations. Mobox 64, yuzu.

Is there any efficient ways to free or optimize my 6gb of Ram for emulators like Mobox 64 and yuzu? I've got Google Pixel 4XL, Snapdragon 855, only emulators and camera apps are installed beside system apps. Haven't used smartphones and Android much. I'm aware that 8gb+ is more required for current days, but couldn't get a better option

I beat Hades once and now I am playing re-runs. It's fun. But I need some new games which I can beat. Already playing PoP lost crown and enjoying it. Can you please suggest some linear easy to finish games which I can finish in my leisure time. Preferably without a controller.
