Hello everyone, I am looking to get rid of the paperweights and go with a mini pc. I do have some needs and I'm not sure what to look for.

Streaming from apps/online

Media serving/jellyfin/plex

Some internet usage, using 75" tv is monitor (legally blind)

Some gameplay - mainy emulation, as high on the emulator list as possible

Some slightly older computer gaming - GTA,.Red Dead etc, nothing much more than that.

Plenty of onboard/offboard storage

Windows based

Ability to setup a raid/nas aystem with external drives or something

I would also like more than I need if affordable.
