Genshin Impact Varka release countdown: Exact date and time

23. Únor 2026 v 10:17

Varka in Genshin Impact

Genshin Impact's Luna V update will have plenty of new content for the fans, and it also features a new 5-star Anemo in the form of Varka.

Coming as part of his own banner in the first phase, Varka will be a new Anemo for the roster. You can also try to get his signature weapon during the first phase using the relevant banner. But first things first - let's find out when you'll be able to draw for Varka.

Genshin Impact Varka release countdown

To obtain Varka, you'll have to draw on his banner. His banner should be available as soon as the maintenance for the Luna V update is over, since it's part of the first phase of the new update. The following countdown will expire once the banner is up.

[hurrytimer id="1182877"]

The countdown is based on the following timings.

  • 7pm PT (Feb. 24)
  • 9pm CT (Feb. 24)
  • 10pm ET (Feb. 24)
  • 3am UTC
  • 4am CET

The timings are based on the usual schedule that MiHoYo follows for all major Genshin Impact updates. The above countdown also applies to the Luna V update as well. As always, there could be some unforeseen delays during maintenance.

Genshin Impact Varka banner features

Titled the Northerly Wind's Song of Triumph, Varka's banner will have a rate-up applied for him. However, he will also have three other Anemo as featured characters.

  • Bennett
  • Xiangling
  • Sucrose

All the featured characters, barring Varka, will be 4-star (to keep in mind for your draws).

If you also want to obtain Varka's signature weapon, you'll need to draw on Epitome Invocation. The weapon banner will have the following weapons as featured choices.

  • Gest of The Mighty Wolf (Varka)
  • Bloodsoaked Ruins (Flin)
  • Favonius Sword
  • Favonius Greatsword
  • Sacrificer's Staff
  • Sacrificial Fragments
  • Sacrificial Bow

Unlike the character banner, the weapon banner will have two featured 5-stars. The weapon banner will go up at the same time as the character banner.
