Heartopia Rainbow Event – Doris Location, Rainbow Bouquet Locations, and Event Items

The Heartopia Rainbow Event is time-limited, but it appears every so often. So, if you miss out on the exclusive Heartopia items, there’s always a chance the next time. Doris makes an appearance when there’s a Rainbow, much like when a Meteor Shower appears – find out more about where to find her with my Heartopia Doris Locations guide.

Heartopia Rainbow Event

The Rainbow event is only available for a limited time, but don’t worry, it will return! It’s one of the recurring events in Heartopia, like the Meteor Shower. During the Rainbow event, you can search for and collect 3 Rainbow Bouquets, as well as purchase exclusive items from Doris’s Fortune Store.

You can get the Rainbow Clover Blessing with these Bouquets; however, the Rainbow Blessing is active throughout the duration of the event. The Rainbow Blessing increases your chances of getting additional resources whenever you collect them.

Rainbow Bouquet Locations

Here’s where to find the 3 Rainbow Bouquets during the Rainbow event:

First Bouquet

The first Rainbow Bouquet is the easiest to find, as it spawns right outside your house.

A player runs towards the first Rainbow Bouquet in Heartopia.

Second Bouquet

The second spawns to the South of the Onsen Mountain Lake – this is in the desert area at the top of the map.

Third Bouquet

The third bouquet is located to the West of the second bouquet – it floats around the capybara statues.

What are Rainbow Bouquets Used For?

Rainbow Bouquets, once held, grant the Rainbow Clover Blessing, which lasts for 30 minutes, affecting both you and any nearby players.

How I Unlocked Outfit Presets in Heartopia

Did you know you that Outfit Presets in Heartopia is a somewhat hidden feature? It takes a while to unlock, unless you’ve got a ton of Gold in Heartopia. While you’re here, read my Heartopia Trekking Pole walkthrough, just in case the random Gossip Quest spawns.

Outfit Presets in Heartopia

I knew for a fact that I’d be making a ton of different outfits thanks to the abundance of clothing items in Heartopia. It got to a point where I had to keep switching my outfits every day, and then switch back again, losing track of which items I had in my in-game wardrobe.

So, as you can imagine, I was beyond excited when I found out that outfit presets exist. What a lifesaver this feature is.

How to Unlock Outfit Presets in Heartopia

Unlocking Outfit Presets requires you to collect 800 Clothing Collection Points, displayed as a puzzle piece. You get Clothing Collection Points by, you guessed it, collecting clothing items.

A showcase of the Clothing Collection page in Heartopia, scrolling through each tab.

Getting 800 Clothing Collection Points

The easiest way to reach 800 Clothing Collection Points is by purchasing clothing items from Dorothee’s Clothing Store. As you probably know, the stock resets every day, so there are often new items to buy.

This will cost you a lot of Gold, but luckily, Gold is an easy currency to get – I’ve got a YouTube video on just the topic!

Of course, there are the clothing items on the gacha banners, and those you can purchase from the shop with Wishing Stars or Heart Diamonds, but I recommend focusing on collecting clothes with Gold.

How to Use Outfit Presets

You can access outfit presets via the wardrobe, also known as the Dress-up app, on your watch – or you can interact with a wardrobe in your house, if you have one.

Once you’ve unlocked the Outfit Presets feature, a circle with a dress inside appears to the right of the Dress-up screen, next to the umbrella icon. Click on the circle icon to open the Outfit Presets page.

From here, you can create up to 10 Outfit Presets at first. There are also Collection Sets that you can equip, which appear if you complete an entire Clothing Set, such as The Frostguard, Marshmallow Set, or the Mandarin Set.

Can You Unlock More Preset Slots?

Yes! You need to head to Ka Ching to access the General Store. Under the Backpack/Warehouse Expansion section, there are also Preset Outfit Expansions to purchase now, too. These do not appear if you have not unlocked Outfit Presets.

How to Chat in Heartopia – Unlock Requirements

If you’re wondering how to chat in Heartopia with your friends, it’s a feature, but you have to unlock it first! Fancy a new look in Heartopia? Take a look at our How to Change Your Hair in Heartopia walkthrough to find out where the Salon is located.

How to Chat in Heartopia

It’s important to note that the Chat feature can only be seen between you and those on your friend list. Random players you encounter cannot see any messages you type unless you add them as a friend or they send you a request.

But yes, chatting does exist in Heartopia! There are also emotes you can use, as well as Friend Emotes and emoticon stamps – plenty of ways to communicate with friends. Each message has a character limit, so try not to make your sentences too long.

The speech bubbles remain on screen for a few seconds before disappearing. When you or another player is typing, a little speech bubble with three dots appears to let them know you’re in the process of writing out a message.

How to Unlock the Chat Feature

To unlock the Chat feature, you need to accept your first friend request, or have someone else accept a request you send! Once you have another player on your friend list, you automatically unlock the Chat feature.

Simply press the Enter key on your keyboard if you’re on PC, or select the speech bubble icon when playing on mobile. Type out the message you want to send, and the speech bubble appears above your character’s head!

Unlocking the friends list requires you to continue through the initial quests at the start of the game, as you slowly unlock more apps for your in-game mobile phone. In Heartopia, the friends list is known as the Friendship Journal.

Friendship Journal

By interacting with players on your friend list, you can increase your Friendship Level. Performing one of the 2-person friendship emotes rewards you with Friendship Marks, which is how you level Friendship up. The higher your level, the more emotes you unlock.

How to Change Your Hair in Heartopia

If you’re not too sure about how to change your hair in Heartopia, I’ve written up this guide just for you! Customisation is a key part of Heartopia, so of course, we want to try out new hairstyles. Don’t forget to redeem Heartopia Codes before they expire for a range of free rewards.

How to Change Your Hair in Heartopia

Made your character, and now that you’ve played a bit of the game, you want a fresh hairstyle? Trust me, I’ve been there. Luckily, I’ve found out how to change your hair at any time in Heartopia! However, you must first unlock the feature.

Finding the Salon

Dorothee from Heartopia in the Clothing Store as an arrow points at the staircase that leads you to the second floor.

As you play through the initial quests of the main story, you’re also completing the tutorial tasks. One of these is the Clothing Shop questline featuring the NPC, Dorothee. While inside Morin’s Clothing Store, managed by Dorothee, you need to head up the staircase to the second floor.

The Heartopia Salon on the second floor of the Clothing Store. There are two mirrors on the wall with chairs in front of them.

Once here, you will find chairs in front of mirrors, with shelves decorated with a hairdryer and assorted bottles. Walk over to either of the mirrors and interact with one of them to edit your character’s appearance in the Salon.

Changing Your Hair

Within the Salon menu, you can click the scissors icon to browse a variety of hairstyles, many of which will be locked for now if you’re new to the game. Some cost Gold, others cost Wishing Stars, and there are a few locked behind the gacha banners and the in-game shop.

Once you’ve unlocked a hairstyle, you can click the colour dropper icon to the left of your character to change the colour of your new ‘do!

There’s a selection of hairstyles from the initial character customisation screen that are completely free for you to use, so if you don’t want to spend any Gold or Wishing Stars, this is another good option.

Customising Your Outfits

As you work through these, as well as Bob’s quests, you eventually unlock the Custom Closet feature. Upon unlocking this feature, a new app is added to your in-game mobile phone. This app is called ‘Dress-Up‘! Here, you can customise your everyday and sleepwear outfits whenever you want.

How to Increase Devil Hunter Weapon Proficiency

How do you master your Devil Hunter Weapon Proficiency? I explain all you need to know in this guide, helping you to become the strongest Devil Hunter player. Why not check out our Devil Hunter Weapon Tier List, too?

Devil Hunter Weapon Proficiency

Weapon Proficiency is more or less the same as Mastery, which is how it’s named in other games. In Devil Hunter, Weapon Proficiency is split into different weapon type categories, such as Light Weapons, Medium Weapons, Heavy Weapons, Firearms, and Martial Arts.

How to Increase Weapon Proficiency in Devil Hunter

You naturally increase your Weapon Proficiency by playing the game as usual. However, there are ways to solely focus on this, most notably combat. In short, the only way of increasing Weapon Proficiency is by using weapons. It sounds obvious, but it’s true!

The more you use a specific weapon type (Light, Medium, etc), the higher your Proficiency will be. So, let’s say you want to increase your Heavy Weapon Proficiency. To do this, focus on obtaining Heavy Weapons and using them continously in combat.

Best Methods

Now, it’s easy to say ‘just use the weapon type’, but what are the best methods of doing so? I recommend focusing on Missions and Raids.

Not only do you get XP and other rewards, but they also give you the chance to use your weapons for an extended period of time (especially in Raids!). Basically, anything that involves combat is a good game plan.

Raids

Raids are battles with increased difficulty, featuring waves of enemies and ending with a challenging boss. As of right now, there are three Raids to take part in: the Eternity Devil Raid, the Katana Man Raid, and the Zombie Devil Raid.

Missions

While Missions are essential to earning XP and levelling up, they also require you to engage in combat, thus granting you more experience with different weapon types.

You can access Missions by pressing the N key! Some examples of playable missions are: Cleanup Duty, Aftermath Detail, and Hold the Line.

How to Become a Hybrid in Devil Hunter

If you’re wondering how to become a Hybrid in Devil Hunter, we’ve got just the guide for you. The process requires you to collect one of the rare Devil Hunter items. To get said rare items, you need to take part in Devil Hunter Raids!

How to Become a Hybrid in Devil Hunter

As of right now, there is only one Hybrid type in Devil Hunter, and that is the Katana Man Hybrid. With this being the only Hybrid available right now, I cannot find any further information on how future Hybrids will be unlocked. But I can at least discuss how to unlock the Katana Man!

How to Become Katana Man

To turn into the Katana Man Hybrid, you need to collect 5 to 6 Katana Man Fragments. Another major requirement is that your character must be a Human, not a Fiend, and you have to be a member of the Yakuza Building rather than Public Safety.

Once you have the correct amount of Katana Man Fragments, your character needs to hold them before using M1 on your mouse. This turns the Fragments into the Katana Man Heart.

How to Get Katana Man Fragments

For the acquisition of Katana Man Fragments, you must take part in the Katana Man Raid. Each time you complete this raid, you have a 10% chance of getting a Katana Man Fragment.

The Katana Man Raid spawns every hour at the Samurai Temple.

Katana Man Hybrid

When you unlock the Katana Man Hybrid, all of your currently existing Devil Contracts are wiped. However, in return, you can use any of the skill trees available in the game.

As the Katana Man, your hands turn into blades. These blades are considered a Medium Weapon, so it’s a good idea to increase your Medium Weapon Proficiency. As with all weapon types, there are specific skills that each can use. In this instance, the hand blades allow you to use Medium Weapon Skills.

Moves

  • Z Ability:
    • Dash through your target with lightning speed, striking them multiple times
  • X Ability:
    • When the enemy attacks you, you strike a pose before dashing through them, performing multiple slices (similar to the Z ability, but a counter move)
  • C Ability:
    • Slam your blade down into the ground, summoning a shockwave that deals damage to nearby enemies
  • Critical:
    • Unleash a powerful slice that sends the target into the air, knocking them back

How to Get Miner Shards in The Forge

To obtain Miner Shards, you need to explore the caves in Stonewake’s Cross and the Forgotten Kingdom. Unlike some of the other Runes in The Forge, only two types of enemies have a chance to drop Miner Shards.

In the Stonewake’s Cross caves, you have to defeat Delver Zombie enemies. Whereas, in the Ruined Caves in the Forgotten Kingdom, it’s the Bomber enemies that drop Miner Shards. This Rune type is of the Rare rarity, so they’re not too difficult to get. Just make sure your weapon and armor are strong enough to easily beat Delver Zombies and Bombers.

Delver Zombies

Not overly tricky, but tough if your weapon isn’t strong and your armor is weak.

  • Location: Stonewake’s Cross
  • Level: 1 to 10
  • HP: 40 to 175
  • DMG: 12 to 30.4
  • Drops:
    • Miner Shard (1 in 50)
    • Tiny Essence (1 in 2)
    • Small Essence (1 in 3)
    • Medium Essence (1 in 6)
    • 10 to 20 Gold
    • 20 to 40 EXP

Bomber

Fairly easy enemies to defeat, but they deal a lot of DMG if you’re hit by their attacks.

  • Location: Forgotten Kingdom
  • Level: 1 to 5
  • HP: 60 to 120
  • DMG: 70
  • Drops:
    • Miner Shard (1 in 25)

    • Medium Essence (1 in 4)
    • Large Essence (1 in 8)

Why You Should Collect Miner Shards

So, are Miner Shard Runes worth the effort? Well, when equipped, they provide a variety of buffs:

  • Yield I: Increases your chances of getting an extra ore when breaking rocks (percentage chance depends on the type of Rune)
  • Increases your Luck stat (caps at 16%)
  • Swift Mining I: Increases your Mining Speed (amount depends on the type of Rune)
  • Mining Power I: Increases your Mining Power, which buffs the DMG your pickaxe deals when mining rocks (amount depends on the type of Rune)

How to Get Titles

The requirements to unlock titles differ depending on what the title is! Some are locked behind milestones, and others are given as a reward for completing quests. At the moment, there is a title that you can obtain by purchasing a certain gamepass.

As more titles are added to the game, this guide will update with the various ways of getting them! It’s tricky to determine how future titles will be obtainable, but for now, it all relies on milestones and quest rewards.

How to Equip Titles

To equip a title in The Forge, you can follow these steps:

  1. Click the cogwheel icon in the top left of your screen to open the ‘Settings’ menu
  2. Look for the ‘Title’ row, under ‘Other’
  3. Click the drop-down arrow to see which titles you’ve unlocked
  4. Select the title you want to equip
  5. Exit the Settings menu, and you should see your title above your character’s head

The Forge Best Ores – Traits and Multipliers

What are The Forge Best Ores? It all depends on their multipliers and traits. At this current time, majority of the best ores are in The Forge’s Volcanic Depths. Do you know what else is there? The Demonic Pickaxe, one of the best pickaxes in the game!

The Forge Best Ores

Which ores should you be mining for?

Darkryte

With a forging multiplier of 6.3x and a trait that essentially gives you a similar passive ability to Shadow race players, Darkryte is one of the best ores you can get.

The trait, as mentioned, grants the armor piece or weapon an ability that is practically the same as Phantom Step. This gives you a 15% chance of turning ‘invisible’ into a shadow, allowing you to dodge the next incoming attack from an enemy. This is a useful passive to have in general, as it’s a guaranteed dodge if you win that chance. Plus, the 6.3x multiplier is an added bonus!

How to Get Darkryte

  • Mining Volcanic Rocks in the Volcanic Depths with a 1 in 5,555 chance (Mythical rarity)

Demonite

Demonite has a 5.5x multiplier when forging, which is impressive, but its trait really makes this ore one of the best options. Whenever you’re hit, there’s a 15% chance that you deal Burn DMG equivalent to 20% of your weapon’s DMG. This Burn DMG affects the enemy for 2 seconds.

Additionally, you gain the Backfire passive, which is usually exclusive to players of the Demon race. This passive grants a 25% chance of inflicting enemies with Burn DMG each time you’re hit.

How to Get Demonite

  • Mining Volcanic Rocks in the Volcanic Depths with a 1 in 3,666 chance (Mythical rarity)

Magmaite

A great ore for your weapons! Adding a 5x multiplier to your forged items, the ore’s trait also grants a 35% chance of dealing AoE DMG, which is equivalent to 50% of your weapon’s DMG. This 35% chance appears only when you are hit by the enemy.

How to Get Magmaite

  • Mining Volcanic Rocks in the Volcanic Depths with a 1 in 3,003 chance (Legendary rarity)

Fireite

This ore is similar to Magmaite in the sense that it also has a chance of inflicting DMG when you’re hit by an enemy. But first, let’s go over the multiplier. While not as impressive as the ores listed above, it has a multiplier of 4.5x, which is still great.

As for the trait, you have a 30% chance of dealing Burn DMG equivalent to 20% of your weapon’s DMG when you are hit. This effect lasts for around 2 seconds.

How to Get Fireite

  • Mining Volcanic Rocks in the Volcanic Depths with a 1 in 2,187 chance (Legendary rarity)

How to Get the Demonic Pickaxe in The Forge

Our How to Get the Demonic Pickaxe in The Forge walkthrough includes all the necessary steps. We have a similar guide for The Forge, which involves the Arcane Pickaxe. Read our Where to Get the Arcane Pickaxe in The Forge walkthrough to discover its location.

How to Get the Demonic Pickaxe in The Forge

With a little bit of trial and error and a super-strong pickaxe, you can easily get to the location of the Demonic Pickaxe.

1 – Once you enter the Volcanic Depths, head to the right, and keep going forward until you see an ominous door ahead

An arrow pointing to the door in the distance, showing the direction you need to walk in when exploring the Volcanic Depths in The Forge.

2 – This is the door to the location of the Demonic Pickaxe Alter, where you can purchase and obtain the Demonic Pickaxe

The door that leads to the Demonic Pickaxe in the Volcanic Depths in The Forge.

3 – As of right now, the only way of getting through this door is by glitching through it. You can do this by running into it with some trial and error

4 – After entering the door, you can see the Demonic Pickaxe!

The Demonic Pickaxe costs 500K Gold, making it one of the most expensive pickaxes in The Forge so far.

How to Get to the Volcanic Depths

For a more detailed explanation (with screenshots) showing you how to reach the Volcanic Depths, we have a useful How to Get to the Volcanic Depths in The Forge walkthrough. If you already know and want a quick recap, you need to head to the Forgotten Kingdom first and foremost.

Then, walk up the hill next to the Enhancer shop. Now, no matter which cave entrance you go in, once you’re at the top of the hill, you can still reach the Volcanic Depths. You need to look for a wooden sign on the ceiling that says ‘DANGER’. After finding it, follow the pathway to see the entrance to the Volcanic Depths covered by breakable rocks.

Is the Demonic Pickaxe the Best Option in The Forge?

At this current time, yes. The Demonic Pickaxe boasts the best stats, though at a cost with a reduction in Mining Speed. Luckily, this slight debuff only decreases the Mining Speed stat by 15%, which isn’t too bad.

As for its other stats, the Demonic Pickaxe has a Mining Power of 175, meaning it can break through absolutely anything. Plus, it has a Luck boost of 47.5%, which is a little less than the Luck boost of the Arcane Pickaxe.

Where to Get the Arcane Pickaxe in The Forge

Curious about where to get the Arcane Pickaxe in The Forge? Follow the steps in this guide! What’s the best pickaxe in The Forge? See where we’ve ranked the Arcane Pickaxe in our The Forge Pickaxe Tier List.

Where to Get the Arcane Pickaxe in The Forge

The Arcane Pickaxe can be obtained by reaching the Fallen Angel’s Cave, which is one of the secret locations in The Forge. The Fallen Angel’s Cave is a location that can only be unlocked by completing a specific quest, as you are rewarded with the ‘Unknown Key‘ item.

Once you can enter the Fallen Angel’s Cave, you will find the Legendary rarity Arcane Pickaxe, which costs 125K Gold.

How to Unlock the Fallen Angel’s Cave

To get to the Fallen Angel’s Cave, you need to pick up a quest from the Bard NPC in Stonewake’s Cross, resting by the campfire. After speaking with him, you unlock the quest ‘The Lost Guitar‘. To find this missing guitar, you need to head into the cave at Stonewake’s Cross.

Where is the Bard’s Guitar?

Now, to find the Bard’s Guitar, you must follow a certain pathway into a secret cave.

1 – Once you enter the cave at Stonewake’s Cross, follow the path until you reach the two NPCs who grant you repeatable quests (Umut the Brave and Nord)

The Stonewake's Cross Cave with an arrow pointing to the first left pathway in The Forge.

2 – Turn left and walk forward until you see a patch of moss on the ground, surrounded by leaves and more moss on the walls

5 – Interact with the guitar to pick it up, and head back up the ladder to make your way to the Bard NPC

Unlocking the Fallen Angel’s Cave

After giving the guitar to the Bard, you get the Unknown Key in return. This item unlocks a gate within the Stonewake’s Cross cave, which you can get to by following these steps:

1 – Head into the Stonewake’s Cross cave until you reach the Umut the Brave and Nord NPCs again

Inazuma Eleven Victory Road Spirits – 4 Obtainment Methods

How do you get more Inazuma Eleven Victory Road Spirits? These Spirits are one of, if not the most important, features of Inazuma Eleven Victory Road. To learn about Spirits, you also need to know about how the Inazuma Eleven Victory Road Rarities work, too.

Inazuma Eleven Victory Road Spirits

You need to collect Spirits to unlock new characters and to upgrade those you already have.

How to Get Spirits

There are multiple ways of getting Spirits in Inazuma Eleven Victory Road. Keep in mind that there are 8 rarity types!

Competition Mode

In this game mode, you can get Spirits by winning Focus Battles. To do this, you need to enter Inazuma Level 2 Free Matches via the Competition Mode menu. As usual, the Spirits you can obtain are random, as are their rarities.

Constellations

By unlocking Nodes within different Constellations, you can obtain random Spirits of various rarities. To do this, you need to collect Bond Stars, as each Node costs 5 Bond Stars. To access the Constellations, you must head to Chronicle Mode and then to Player Universe.

Battles

Within the Chronicle Mode menu, you can select between different Battle types. Taking part in either Rare Drop Battles or Hero Battles rewards you with random Spirits! Rare Drop Battles drop any rarity of Spirit, maxing out at Legendary Players. Hero Battles have a chance to drop Hero rarity Spirits, Legendaries, and Top Players.

In-game Shop

Open the Marketplace feature to visit the Spirit Market. From here, you can unlock Spirits by exchanging Spirits you already have.

How to Upgrade Spirits

Upgrading Spirits increases the stats of your characters. Depending on the rarity of the Spirit, using spare Spirits can increase the rarity level of the character. It doesn’t matter which Spirit rarities you use, but it does help to use rarer Spirits to speed the process up.

You can upgrade a Spirit to Legendary rarity, but you cannot increase them to Hero rarity. This is because, to get Hero characters, you have to take part in Hero Battles within Chronicle Mode, or purchase them via the in-game shop.

Inazuma Eleven Victory Road Rarities – Hero Rarity and More

The Inazuma Eleven Victory Road Rarities system can be a little confusing at first. Obtaining and upgrading characters is super important in Inazuma Eleven Victory Road! Read our Inazuma Eleven Victory Road Bond Stars guide to find out how to get more characters for your team.

Inazuma Eleven Victory Road Rarities

There are 8 rarities in Inazuma Eleven Victory Road. The higher the rarity of a character, the better their stats are.

  1. Common Player (Green)
  2. Growing Player (Blue)
  3. Advanced Player (Purple)
  4. Top Player (Yellow)
  5. Legendary Player (Orange)
  6. Hero (Fire)
  7. Hero (Silver)
  8. Hero (Pink and Purple Crystals)

How to Increase the Rarity of Characters

The eight different rarities of Spirits from Inazuma Eleven Victory Road.

The rarity of a character depends on the colour of their Spirit. For example, you can have the same character Spirits, but of different rarities. The goal is to get the highest rarity Spirits so that your characters have the best stats.

To increase the rarity of a character, you can open their character profile within the Formation screen and select ‘Enhance’. Select the Spirits you wish to use to increase the rarity of a character of your choice – these Spirits can be of different characters! The higher the rarity of the Spirits you use, the quicker the character increases in rarity. However, as well as these Spirits, you also need Training Beans.

Obtaining New Characters

The other option is to simply obtain high-rarity characters through the gacha system. Don’t worry, this gacha system uses in-game currency rather than real money! The drop chance of high-rarity Spirits is pretty low, but not impossible. Your priority should be getting at least Legendary Players.

To roll for new characters, you need to head to Chronicle Mode and select the ‘Rare Drop Battle‘ option.

How to Get Hero Rarity in Inazuma Eleven Victory Road

For characters of the Hero rarity, you must take part in ‘Hero Battles‘ within the Chronicle Mode menu. This feature can drop Hero rarity characters, Legendary Players, and Top Players.

An important thing to note is that you cannot enhance a Legendary rarity character to Hero rarity. Once a character reaches Legendary rarity, they are maxed out. The only two ways of getting Hero characters are by getting them via Hero Battles and from the in-game shop.

Why Are There Three Hero Rarities?

Now, the most confusing part is the fact that there are three Hero rarities. While the skills and stats of these rarities are the same when compared with each other, it’s actually the passive abilities that change for the character.

These passives work best with certain ‘Build Types‘:

  • Hero (Silver)
    • Justice
    • Bond
  • Hero (Fire)
    • Rough Play
    • Tension
  • Hero (Pink and Purple Crystals)
    • Counter
    • Breach

So, if you’ve chosen a specific Build Type for a character, you should focus on getting the Hero rarity type that matches their build.
