Wildlife photographer Carl Bovis has an incredible talent for capturing stunning images of birds. But while he was wandering with his camera near his Bridgwater, Somerset home, he had a rather strange sighting on the road.

In Kenya, the Nairobi City County is proposing a new "cat tax" that feline fans are saying would be a cat-astrophe. The water in Humpybong Creek near Brisbane, Australia has turned electric blue and nobody knows why or how. Queensland Fire and Rescue apparently tested the water and determined the coloring to be "benign" but it's still a bizarre mystery.
