Heartopia Rainbow Event – Doris Location, Rainbow Bouquet Locations, and Event Items

The Heartopia Rainbow Event is time-limited, but it appears every so often. So, if you miss out on the exclusive Heartopia items, there’s always a chance the next time. Doris makes an appearance when there’s a Rainbow, much like when a Meteor Shower appears – find out more about where to find her with my Heartopia Doris Locations guide.

Heartopia Rainbow Event

The Rainbow event is only available for a limited time, but don’t worry, it will return! It’s one of the recurring events in Heartopia, like the Meteor Shower. During the Rainbow event, you can search for and collect 3 Rainbow Bouquets, as well as purchase exclusive items from Doris’s Fortune Store.

You can get the Rainbow Clover Blessing with these Bouquets; however, the Rainbow Blessing is active throughout the duration of the event. The Rainbow Blessing increases your chances of getting additional resources whenever you collect them.

Rainbow Bouquet Locations

Here’s where to find the 3 Rainbow Bouquets during the Rainbow event:

First Bouquet

The first Rainbow Bouquet is the easiest to find, as it spawns right outside your house.

A player runs towards the first Rainbow Bouquet in Heartopia.

Second Bouquet

The second spawns to the South of the Onsen Mountain Lake – this is in the desert area at the top of the map.

Third Bouquet

The third bouquet is located to the West of the second bouquet – it floats around the capybara statues.

The third Rainbow Bouquet's location shown on the map as the player runs towards it in Heartopia.

What are Rainbow Bouquets Used For?

Rainbow Bouquets, once held, grant the Rainbow Clover Blessing, which lasts for 30 minutes, affecting both you and any nearby players.

The buff granted by the Rainbow Bouquet in Heartopia via the player's inventory.

This Rainbow Clover Blessing increases the star rating of a variety of Hobbies and activities. Plus, there’s a chance for Rainbow Breeding Powder to be used as you water the crops and flowers in your garden. The following Hobbies and activities receive the buff:

  • Cooking
  • Fishing
  • Insect Catching
  • Pumpkin Carving
  • Sand Sculpting
  • Snow Sculpting

Where to Find Doris During the Rainbow Event

Follow the gif below to see where I found Doris! Her location is the same for all players. When you speak with her, you can access her Fortune Store, which sells a variety of exclusive items not sold anywhere else.

So, what can you purchase during the Rainbow event? The Sugar that’s in stock differs for each player. For example, I got Red Sugar and Blue Sugar, whereas my friend got Yellow Sugar instead of Red.

How I Unlocked Outfit Presets in Heartopia

Did you know you that Outfit Presets in Heartopia is a somewhat hidden feature? It takes a while to unlock, unless you’ve got a ton of Gold in Heartopia. While you’re here, read my Heartopia Trekking Pole walkthrough, just in case the random Gossip Quest spawns.

Outfit Presets in Heartopia

I knew for a fact that I’d be making a ton of different outfits thanks to the abundance of clothing items in Heartopia. It got to a point where I had to keep switching my outfits every day, and then switch back again, losing track of which items I had in my in-game wardrobe.

So, as you can imagine, I was beyond excited when I found out that outfit presets exist. What a lifesaver this feature is.

How to Unlock Outfit Presets in Heartopia

Unlocking Outfit Presets requires you to collect 800 Clothing Collection Points, displayed as a puzzle piece. You get Clothing Collection Points by, you guessed it, collecting clothing items.

A showcase of the Clothing Collection page in Heartopia, scrolling through each tab.

Getting 800 Clothing Collection Points

The easiest way to reach 800 Clothing Collection Points is by purchasing clothing items from Dorothee’s Clothing Store. As you probably know, the stock resets every day, so there are often new items to buy.

This will cost you a lot of Gold, but luckily, Gold is an easy currency to get – I’ve got a YouTube video on just the topic!

Of course, there are the clothing items on the gacha banners, and those you can purchase from the shop with Wishing Stars or Heart Diamonds, but I recommend focusing on collecting clothes with Gold.

How to Use Outfit Presets

You can access outfit presets via the wardrobe, also known as the Dress-up app, on your watch – or you can interact with a wardrobe in your house, if you have one.

Once you’ve unlocked the Outfit Presets feature, a circle with a dress inside appears to the right of the Dress-up screen, next to the umbrella icon. Click on the circle icon to open the Outfit Presets page.

From here, you can create up to 10 Outfit Presets at first. There are also Collection Sets that you can equip, which appear if you complete an entire Clothing Set, such as The Frostguard, Marshmallow Set, or the Mandarin Set.

Can You Unlock More Preset Slots?

Yes! You need to head to Ka Ching to access the General Store. Under the Backpack/Warehouse Expansion section, there are also Preset Outfit Expansions to purchase now, too. These do not appear if you have not unlocked Outfit Presets.

[Official Release] Garden Horizons Gear Shop: Gear Master List

Get yourself into gear with the aid of this Garden Horizons Gear Shop masterlist, indexing everything Molly sells, including their rarity, price and uses.

Whether you’re confused as to how some things work, want to know about stock rotations, or want to know which Gears to invest in based on your progress, then, dear reader, look no further than this nifty guide.

Let’s get into it.

Garden Horizons Gear Shop

Molly, the Gear NPC, resides in the centre of the map. Her stock rotates every few minutes to include a selection of the following:

Common Gears

  • Watering Can
    • Cost: 5,000 Shillings
    • Uses: Increases the growth rate of crops, including plants and fruiting flowers. This affects the ground in an AoE, stacking up to 3x per area. (Meaning you can target multiple crops with a single Watering Can.)

Uncommon Gears

  • Basic Sprinkler
    • Cost: 15,000 Shillings
    • Uses: Increases growth speed and harvest size within an AoE for a short duration.

Rare Gears

  • Harvest Bell
    • Cost: 35,000 Shillings
    • Uses: Allows an AoE harvest, collecting all ripe fruits within an area from where the bell is placed on a plot.

Epic Gears

  • Turbo Sprinkler
    • Cost: 60,000 Shillings
    • Uses: Increases growth speed and harvest size within an AoE for a moderate duration.
  • Favorite Tool
    • Cost: 80,000 Shillings
    • Uses: Once locked on a plant, this tool prevents the player from accidentally harvesting a fruit.

Legendary Gears

  • Super Sprinkler
    • Cost: 100,000 Shillings
    • Uses: Increases growth speed and harvest size within an AoE for a long duration.

How Stock Works

Like the seed shop, Molly will gain new stock and exchange old stock every 5 minutes. This creates a motivation to stay in-game to get the very thing you’re after.

Common Gears versus Legendary Gears will appear more frequently with a higher stock amount. For example, you may get 6x Watering Cans and one or no Super Sprinkers during a restock.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q: Which Gears are the best to invest in?
    • Early Game: The Watering Cans are great for the early-game since they’re cheap and very effective at speeding up the initial money grind to help you develop mutated fruits faster to sell and afford higher-quality seeds. I don’t recommend sprinklers at this time, since you won’t reap many benefits from them until you have later-game seeds with higher base values and longer growth times.
    • Mid and Late Game: In the late game, I recommend the Favorite Tool and Super Sprinkler to save any fruits you want to let develop, and to speed up the size and growth of plants exponentially.
  • Q: How do I find the Gear Shop?
    • A: Either follow the game tutorial and be led to Molly, or leave your plot and head into the centre of the map, where you’ll find the NPCs and water fountain feature. Look for the NPC tinkering away with orange hair and a signpost reading “Molly’s Gear Shop”.

Now you know all that you need to know about the Gear Shop, start playing Garden Horizons via Roblox. Or why not stick around for more articles, such as learning if stealing is or will be implemented into the game?

How to Chat in Heartopia – Unlock Requirements

If you’re wondering how to chat in Heartopia with your friends, it’s a feature, but you have to unlock it first! Fancy a new look in Heartopia? Take a look at our How to Change Your Hair in Heartopia walkthrough to find out where the Salon is located.

How to Chat in Heartopia

It’s important to note that the Chat feature can only be seen between you and those on your friend list. Random players you encounter cannot see any messages you type unless you add them as a friend or they send you a request.

But yes, chatting does exist in Heartopia! There are also emotes you can use, as well as Friend Emotes and emoticon stamps – plenty of ways to communicate with friends. Each message has a character limit, so try not to make your sentences too long.

The speech bubbles remain on screen for a few seconds before disappearing. When you or another player is typing, a little speech bubble with three dots appears to let them know you’re in the process of writing out a message.

How to Unlock the Chat Feature

To unlock the Chat feature, you need to accept your first friend request, or have someone else accept a request you send! Once you have another player on your friend list, you automatically unlock the Chat feature.

Simply press the Enter key on your keyboard if you’re on PC, or select the speech bubble icon when playing on mobile. Type out the message you want to send, and the speech bubble appears above your character’s head!

Unlocking the friends list requires you to continue through the initial quests at the start of the game, as you slowly unlock more apps for your in-game mobile phone. In Heartopia, the friends list is known as the Friendship Journal.

Friendship Journal

By interacting with players on your friend list, you can increase your Friendship Level. Performing one of the 2-person friendship emotes rewards you with Friendship Marks, which is how you level Friendship up. The higher your level, the more emotes you unlock.

How to Change Your Hair in Heartopia

If you’re not too sure about how to change your hair in Heartopia, I’ve written up this guide just for you! Customisation is a key part of Heartopia, so of course, we want to try out new hairstyles. Don’t forget to redeem Heartopia Codes before they expire for a range of free rewards.

How to Change Your Hair in Heartopia

Made your character, and now that you’ve played a bit of the game, you want a fresh hairstyle? Trust me, I’ve been there. Luckily, I’ve found out how to change your hair at any time in Heartopia! However, you must first unlock the feature.

Finding the Salon

Dorothee from Heartopia in the Clothing Store as an arrow points at the staircase that leads you to the second floor.

As you play through the initial quests of the main story, you’re also completing the tutorial tasks. One of these is the Clothing Shop questline featuring the NPC, Dorothee. While inside Morin’s Clothing Store, managed by Dorothee, you need to head up the staircase to the second floor.

The Heartopia Salon on the second floor of the Clothing Store. There are two mirrors on the wall with chairs in front of them.

Once here, you will find chairs in front of mirrors, with shelves decorated with a hairdryer and assorted bottles. Walk over to either of the mirrors and interact with one of them to edit your character’s appearance in the Salon.

Changing Your Hair

Within the Salon menu, you can click the scissors icon to browse a variety of hairstyles, many of which will be locked for now if you’re new to the game. Some cost Gold, others cost Wishing Stars, and there are a few locked behind the gacha banners and the in-game shop.

Once you’ve unlocked a hairstyle, you can click the colour dropper icon to the left of your character to change the colour of your new ‘do!

There’s a selection of hairstyles from the initial character customisation screen that are completely free for you to use, so if you don’t want to spend any Gold or Wishing Stars, this is another good option.

Customising Your Outfits

As you work through these, as well as Bob’s quests, you eventually unlock the Custom Closet feature. Upon unlocking this feature, a new app is added to your in-game mobile phone. This app is called ‘Dress-Up‘! Here, you can customise your everyday and sleepwear outfits whenever you want.

How to Increase Devil Hunter Weapon Proficiency

How do you master your Devil Hunter Weapon Proficiency? I explain all you need to know in this guide, helping you to become the strongest Devil Hunter player. Why not check out our Devil Hunter Weapon Tier List, too?

Devil Hunter Weapon Proficiency

Weapon Proficiency is more or less the same as Mastery, which is how it’s named in other games. In Devil Hunter, Weapon Proficiency is split into different weapon type categories, such as Light Weapons, Medium Weapons, Heavy Weapons, Firearms, and Martial Arts.

How to Increase Weapon Proficiency in Devil Hunter

You naturally increase your Weapon Proficiency by playing the game as usual. However, there are ways to solely focus on this, most notably combat. In short, the only way of increasing Weapon Proficiency is by using weapons. It sounds obvious, but it’s true!

The more you use a specific weapon type (Light, Medium, etc), the higher your Proficiency will be. So, let’s say you want to increase your Heavy Weapon Proficiency. To do this, focus on obtaining Heavy Weapons and using them continously in combat.

Best Methods

Now, it’s easy to say ‘just use the weapon type’, but what are the best methods of doing so? I recommend focusing on Missions and Raids.

Not only do you get XP and other rewards, but they also give you the chance to use your weapons for an extended period of time (especially in Raids!). Basically, anything that involves combat is a good game plan.

Raids

Raids are battles with increased difficulty, featuring waves of enemies and ending with a challenging boss. As of right now, there are three Raids to take part in: the Eternity Devil Raid, the Katana Man Raid, and the Zombie Devil Raid.

Missions

While Missions are essential to earning XP and levelling up, they also require you to engage in combat, thus granting you more experience with different weapon types.

You can access Missions by pressing the N key! Some examples of playable missions are: Cleanup Duty, Aftermath Detail, and Hold the Line.
