Monster Hunter Wilds Switch 2 Version, Felyne Nendoroid, and Hunter Figma Figure Teased

Following the reveal of the Monster Hunter Wilds Ascendance expansion for current platforms, Capcom revealed a Switch 2 port and Good Smile Company showed a Monster Hunter Felyne Nendoroid and Hunter figma figure. There are no release dates for the additional platform for the game or for either items yet, but it marks the first appearance of the Nendoroid since the February 2026 announcement for it. The figures follow ones like the Hunter: Female Xeno’jiiva Beta Armor Edition

When it comes to the Monster Hunter Wilds Switch 2 version, Capcom didn’t mention too much about the game. It only confirmed on social media that it exists. It said that we’ll see more about it and learn about a release window in the future.

As for the figure announcements, both the Monster Hunter Felyne Nendoroid and Hunter figma appeared as unpainted prototypes. This means we’ll likely see another painted prototype update for both in a few months before pre-orders open and a release happens. The Palico is a Rathalos Armor Version and has a small, matching sword as a weapon. The Hunter is a Hyper Body figma variant in Gore Magala armor that comes with a Stahlrecht Long Sword and Sucher-Ankh Sword with Shield as weapons. There will also be a Hyper Body Expansion Parts Set: Gore Magala Weapon Set that comes with a Tyrannenarm Gunlance and Elendskraft Charge Blade.

Here’s how all of those items are looking so far. The weapon set is only confirmed to be compatible with figmas, and as such it wouldn’t be the right scale for the Felyne Nendoroid.

A Monster Hunter Wilds Switch 2 version is on the way and we got a closer look at the new Felyne Nendoroid and Hunter figma figure.

Hideo Kojima Being Turned Into a Nendoroid Figure

As part of the Good Smile Fest 2026 figure reveals, Good Smile Company announced Hideo Kojima will be the next real-life individual to become a Nendoroid. A release date wasn’t mentioned. However, he did appear in the painted prototype phase, so it is very likely pre-orders will open in the next few weeks. This follows announcements of similar treatments of notable figures like the Masaki Nozawa or Stan Lee ones.

Here’s the first photo of the painted prototype. In it, he’ll wear a black t-shirt with the Kojima Productions Ludens mascot on it.

The Hideo Kojima figure also appeared alongside a confirmation that a Death Stranding 2: On the Beach Sam Porter Bridges figma is in development. That’s so early on that there’s no concept art or prototype. Only official art of the character from the game appeared.

It isn’t too uncommon for real-world people to get turned into Nendoroid figures. In addition to the Goku in Dragon Ball and Kitaro in Gegege no Kitaro voice actress, we saw ones of actors like Bruce Lee, singers like the members of BTS or Hyde, and Kamui Kobayashi.

The Hideo Kojima Nendoroid and Death Stranding 2: On the Beach Sam Porter Bridges figma figure are both in development. The second Death Stranding game is on the PS5 and PC.

4 New Blue Archive Figures Include 3 Nendoroids

4 New Blue Archive Figures Include 3 Nendoroids

Good Smile Company used social media to reveal a number of new Blue Archive figures, with three of them being Nendoroids. Kanna Ogata, Shiroko Terror, and Kisaki Ryuuge are all the inspirations for the new merchandise, with Kisaki appearing both as a scale figure and Nendoroid. There are no release windows for any of them yet, but they’ll follow items based on characters like Asuna Ichinose, Mari Iochi, and Plana.

It looks like we might end up seeing some of the Blue Archive Nendoroids first. That’s because the Kanna and Shiroko ones already appeared as painted prototypes. When that happens, Good Smile Company typically opens pre-orders for the products a few days or weeks later. The Kisaki one only showed up as an unpainted prototype. Each example photo showed one face plate and possible pose, with the Kanna one including a coffee mug accessory and both Shiroko and Kisaki holding guns.

Here’s how those three look:

The scale figure of Kisaki also appeared as an unpainted prototype. That will feature the character in the same outfit as the Nendoroid. In the pose, she’ll be sitting in an armchair with her gloves on one arm and a jacket on the back.

Saya no Uta Nendoroid Figure Comes With Meaty Room Background

Saya no Uta Nendoroid Figure Comes With Meaty Room Background

Good Smile Company shared release windows for the Saya no Uta (The Song of Saya) Nendoroid, and it confirmed the figure will come with a background based on what Fuminori Sakisaka sees when he looks at a room in his home for display purposes. The item arrives in Japan in July 2026, then shows up worldwide in Q4 2026. It will cost $42.99/¥6,800

This figure doesn’t attempt to depict the true form of Saya at all, and instead the Nendoroid involves a chibi version of the one Fuminori and us players see as we go through Saya no Uta. She comes with three face plates. One features a normal smile, she looks sly in a second one, and the third looks like her eyes are closed and she’s about to kiss someone or something. She comes with optional wings that can be attached to her back. There’s also some of the gel meat she can hold. The package also comes with the meat room, which can be removed and used as a background when displaying her.

Here are some example pictures showing how The Song of Saya figure looks:

Good Smile Company confirmed another figure of the character too. That’s a scale model of her with her wings showing.

The Saya no Uta Nendoroid will come to Japan in July 2026, the figure will appear worldwide in Q4 2026, and the game is available on PCs outside of Japan in English as The Song of Saya.
