VV Ultimatum Hollow Trait Tier List [RELEASE]

This Hollow Traits guide is in two parts where the first part is the overall tier list for the general power of each trait. Then, we’ll dive into the best traits for individual builds since a specific trait can be weak for one build and strong for another. Here’s my VV Ultimatum Hollow Trait tier list and guide.

Best Hollow Trait in VV Ultimatum

The best Hollow traits for each build are in the S-Tier and I would generally bring Iron Skin on all of them. Then, the A-Tier has some great third and fourth-slot options. The B-Tier is for situational traits that can be a filler for you build and I wouldn’t use the C-Tier traits since they’re much weaker than the rest. Check out the individual ranking reasons for all Hollow Traits below.

S-Tier Hollow Traits

Visual Effects: You get a stronger skeletal structure		• Exoskeleton and Giant serve the same purpose as your second tanking trait after Iron Skin
• They’re not a must-have but an extra defensive option if you need it (Don’t take all three)
• I prefer Exoskeleton due to the health pack and posture plus a lower speed reduction		+2% Melee Defense

Giant

Visual Effects: Your model becomes slightly bigger		• Exoskeleton and Giant serve the same purpose as your second tanking trait after Iron Skin
• They’re not a must-have but an extra defensive option if you need it (Don’t take all three)
• Giant is more defense if you prefer it but you’re also slower
• Still worthwhile as your second tanking trait		+5% Melee Defense

B-Tier Hollow Traits

Visual Effect: Become a skinnier hollow		• Decent alternative for a Speed build to help you dodge AOEs and other moves

C-Tier Hollow Traits

Here are the best Hollow Traits for a Speed Build in VV Ultimatum:

    • Replace Dense Muscles with Deadly Claws if Hakuda is your secondary stat
    • Replace Dense Muscles with Tailbone if Kido is your secondary stat

Best Kido Build Hollow Traits in VV Ultimatum

Here are the best Hollow Traits for a Kido Build in VV Ultimatum:

  • Tailbone
  • Energized
  • Iron Skin
  • Wings (For mobility) or Exoskeleton (For more defense) or Black Scales (For faster Cero recharge)

Best Hakuda Build Hollow Traits in VV Ultimatum

Here are the best Hollow Traits for a Hakuda Build in VV Ultimatum:

  • Deadly Claws
  • Iron Skin
  • Exoskeleton or Giant
  • Dense Muscles
    • Replace Dense Muscles with Wings if Speed is your secondary stat
    • Replace Dense Muscles with Tailbone if Kido is your secondary stat

Best Strength Build Hollow Traits in VV Ultimatum

Here are the best Hollow Traits for a Strength Build in VV Ultimatum:

  • Dense Muscles
  • Iron Skin
  • Exoskeleton
  • Giant
    • Replace Giant with Wings if Speed is your secondary stat
    • Replace Giant or Exoskeleton with Tailbone if Kido is your secondary stat

How to Get and Change Hollow Traits

Hollow Traits are part of the Hollow progression and you can get them as a Gillian, Adjuchas or Vasto Lorde by eating dead hollows. All traits can be dropped by any hollow. You can refuse a trait if you don’t want it (Check the tier list and builds above for the ones you need). You cannot gain traits as an Arrancar. After evolving to Arrancar, Hollow Traits will only be active during your Resurrection mode. The amount of traits you can have depends on your current stage:

  • Base: 2 Traits
  • Adjuchas: 3 Traits
  • Vasto Lorde: 4 Traits

How to Change Hollow Traits: To change/reset Hollow Traits go to the Menu and click on the 🧬symbol.

VV Ultimatum Clan Tier List – Best Clans

I’ll go through all Quincy, Shinigami and Hollow clans and rank them according to the best Weapon, Hakuda and Kido builds. Some factions have access to better clans for a specific build so we’ll discuss that too. Here’s my VV Ultimatum Clan tier list and reroll guide.

VV Ultimatum Quincy Clan Tier List

The best Quincy clans in VV: Ultimatum are Kurosaki and Ishida/Haschwalth. This means that Quincy have great Clans for both a Weapon build with the former and a Kido build with the latter. There’s some great defensive options too in the A-Tier but overall there’s only a minor Hakuda build boost here with Eisenhouer unlike with Hollow Clans where there’s more powerful Hakuda boosters. Ranking reasons are below.

S-Tier Quincy Clans

• It’s the best beginner clan for Quincy too		+1% Weapon Damage

Shinigami Clans are similar to Quincy where you have great options for a Weapon and Kido damage builds as you’ll see below. Hakuda isn’t as strong here as with Hollows but Shihoin is still quite strong due to her Shunpo/mobility boosts. Check out the ranking reasons for each clan below.

The best Hollow clans in VV Ultimatum are Cifer for Kido, Jaegerjaquez for Hakuda and Kufang for Weapon DMG. Check out the more detailed ranking reasons below. One special note is that Hollows have the best Hakuda build Clan in the game with Jaegerjaquez with a close second being the Shihoin from Shinigami Clans.

  • You get a couple of clan rerolls for free when you start character creation.
  • You can claim free clan rerolls using VV Ultimatum codes.
  • You can farm Clan rerolls by completing Achievements (Press Tab – Click on the Scroll icon in the lower right of the Character tab)
  • You can buy rerolls with Robux in the Shop.

How to redeem codes in Sorcerer Ascent explained

Before you're even able to attempt to redeem codes in Sorcerer Ascent, you're going to have to complete the tutorial and then reach a minimum of Level 15 – trying to redeem codes before this point won't get you anything, so don't even bother trying!

Once you hit Level 15, redeeming codes in the game is simple, and only requires you to follow these quick steps:

  1. Boot up Sorcerer Ascent in the Roblox Launcher
  2. Hit the 'Abilities' option from the main menu
