The RPG's reimagined score can be experienced live later this year (can I put a request for Sephiroth's theme?), and with tickets on sale as early as this month.
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Orchestra World Tour begins in Los Angeles, California, on August 10, 2024. Setlists include arrangements from notable Final Fantasy composer Nobuo Uematsu, the lead behind so many of the soundtracks you know and love, from Final Fantasy VII to the film adaptation Advent Children. New contributions will also be included, featuring Mitsuto Suzuki, Masashi Hamauzu, and other composers on Rebirth.
Additionally, the 100-musician orchestra will be led by the talented Arnie Roth and Eric Roth. Both you may know from their work on the Final Fantasy touring music series, Distant Worlds. If you're eager to see the lot of them perform, tickets for some locations go on sale March 11, with others not beginning until June.
Fortunately, the World Tour covers locations that are more than just another US and Japan tour. VIP meet and greets may be available and will change guests based on the city. For example, Masashi Hamauzu will attend the LA Orchestra, while Mitsuto Suzuki makes an appearance in Chicago, Illinois.

If you see one of your cities on here, be sure to keep your schedule open for this grand experience. Some regions have multiple times as well, primarily in the late afternoon or night. Even though I always dread hearing those startling boss fight scores, I certainly wouldn't mind hearing them performed live in all their glory — as long as Sephiroth himself is not in attendance, I'll try to be there.
Summons in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth can a lot of times help you change the outcome of the battle. They are great for giving you the extra damage that can be the difference between victory and defeat.
In this guide, we will be looking at how to get every Summon in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. Each Summon offers something unique, and having all of them will allow you to choose the best one for you.

In this guide, we will be looking at how to get every Summon in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. Each Summon offers something unique, and having all of them will allow you to choose the best one for you.
How to Get All Summons
Our list contains the way to obtain each Summon. There are different ways in which these Summons can be unlocked, some easier than others.
Chocobo and Moogle
The cute duo of Chocobo and Moogle can be unlocked by simply playing through the main story. They are unlocked fairly early, and you will not have to go out of your way to unlock them.
Ifrit
Like Chocobo and Moogle, Ifrit can be unlocked as you make your way through the story. Ifrit is equipped to RED XIII by default.
Shiva
This Ice-based entity can also be unlocked by playing through the game’s main story.
Leviathan
To unlock Leviathan, you will need to import a save file from Final Fantasy 7 Remake.
You get Leviathan as a reward for playing the Remake version of the game. Once you import the save file, you can claim the Summon through the game.
Ramuh
Similar to Leviathan, Ramuh can also be unlocked by importing a saved file from Final Fantasy 7 Remake. Instead of a file from the normal game, you will need to import a save from the Final Fantasy 7 Remake DLC, INTERmission.
Titan
The Titan is the first Summon that can be unlocked through the Combat Simulator. Once you reach the Grasslands area in Chapter 2, you will be able to face the Titan inside the Combat Simulator. Defeating it will unlock the Summon.
Phoenix
The Phoenix is another Summon that can be unlocked by defeating it in the Combat Simulator. You can face the Phoenix once you reach the Junon region in Chapter 4.
Alexander
To unlock Alexander, you will need to get to the Corel region in Chapter 6. Once you get to the Corel region, you can take on Alexander inside the Combat Simulator.
Kujata
Once you get to the Gongaga region in Chapter 9, Kujata can be fought inside the Combat Simulator. Defeating it in the simulator will unlock the Summon.
Bahamut Arisen
To get Bahamut Arisen, you will need to get to the Cosmo Canyon region in Chapter 10. Like most of the previous Summons, face and defeat Bahamut Arisen in the Combat Simulator to unlock its Summon.
Odin
Also known as the Allfather, Odin can be unlocked through the Combat Simulator. You can take on Odin once you reach the Nibel region in Chapter 11.
Gilgamesh
To get your hands on the Gilgamesh Summon, you will need to complete all Protorelic missions. Protorelic missions are side missions that can be found within different regions in the game.
Once you get all the Summons, you can equip and use them however you like. The ones unlocked later on in the game will generally be stronger and have better abilities.
Chapter 2 of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth starts in The Grasslands, which is the first true open-world section of the game and is full of things to do before you go to Chapter 3.
It’s important that you make sure to get everything you can during this chapter, too. It will give you a head start for the rest of the game, and you won’t get to visit The Grasslands again until way later.
In this guide, we’ll tell you all the things you should do during Chapter 2 before you start Chapter 3.

In this guide, we’ll tell you all the things you should do during Chapter 2 before you start Chapter 3.
Everything You Should Do in The Grasslands Before Chapter 3
Our first tip is for you to gear up and get some sweet new weapons for Cloud, Aerith, and Barret. But avoid buying them, because all of them can be found as loot in the open world!
The first one you can pick up is the Sleek Saber for Cloud, which you can find in the Abandoned Dock south of Kalm.
It’s almost impossible to miss this one, as its purple glowing chest really stands out.
For Aerith, you want to get the Timeless Rod from Bill’s Ranch. This handy weapon has a Linked Materia Slot, which will come in handy later on.
Just go inside the central red building and check the corner to the right of the corner to find the chest.
Last but not least, pick up the Hi-Caliber Rifle for Barret. You can only get this one once you progress the story and reach the Chocobo Ranch, however. You’ll need to ride a Chocobo to reach it!
Once you’ve got a Chocobo, go back to the Abandoned Dock where you found Cloud’s Sleek Saber. Except this time, you just ride the Chocobo across the swamp while heading southwest.
You’ll eventually reach a bit of land with a purple chest on it, open it up for the Hi-Caliber Rifle.
Must-Have Materia: Auto-Cast
As you progress the story, you’ll be reunited with a nice little fella named Chadley. He returns after first appearing in the Final Fantasy 7 Remake, and is now in charge of collecting intel about the world!
What’s most important about him, though, is that he is a fantastic source of Materia. We’ve discussed this in our ultimate Materia guide, as well.
But, basically, you’ll get Data Points as you complete the various World Intel quests around the region. You can find those on your map after speaking with Chadley.
Then, you can spend those Data Points at Chadley’s Materia Research “shop”. It works the same as a regular shop, except your currency is knowledge instead of Gil.
Now, to get to our main point here, make absolutely sure that you get the Auto-Cast Materia first and foremost. Ideally, get a few of them so that you can equip it on multiple allies.
Auto-Cast is a Support Materia that can be set to any Linked Materia Slot.
It will enable AI-controlled party members to cast magic even when you’re not controlling them, which is an absolute game-changer.
Its best use right now is for Aerith. Equip Aerith with the Timeless Rod you picked up before, then put Healing Materia and Auto-Cast Materia in the Linked Materia Slot.
Aerith will now heal your party even without you having to take control of her, making combat much more bearable!
Command Titan’s Power
While we’re still speaking about Chadley, though, you should try to get the Titan Summon Materia.
You obtain it by completing Chadley’s first Combat Simulator task, titled “Summon Entity: Titan.” Beating this brutal opponent is easier said than done, though!
Titan is extremely challenging, and his powerful attacks can wipe out your party quickly.
However, you can make things a tad easier for you by picking up three different Divine Intel across The Grasslands. Each one you pick up will unlock a weaker version of the Titan fight, maxing out at three.
The first Divine Intel, Titan Sanctuary Alpha, is in the eastern part of the region.
The second, Titan Sanctuary Beta, is to the south of Kalm. It’s close to the Abandoned Dock from before.
Lastly, you can find Titan Sanctuary Gamma in the western part of The Grasslands.
Collect all three Divine Intels for Titan then go back to Chadley. Fight the weakest variant of Titan to get his Summon Materia with ease!
Don’t Ignore Intel!
Speaking of Intel, you should make sure to get all the World Intel you can in The Grasslands before you go to Chapter 3. After all, you won’t be able to come back in a while, and Intel is region-specific.
Thankfully, it’s pretty easy to complete the World Intel events and quests.
You should first look for any Towers out in the region, then activate them. These Towers are marked as “Activation Intel” points on your map, and they will reveal all other World Intel points around them.
Thanks to these Towers, it’s basically impossible to miss out on World Intel as long as you keep checking your map.
Speaking of Intel, though, make sure to use the Assess Command whenever you fight enemies.
This will give you Enemy Intel, which will let you know the weaknesses and strengths of your foes. But, more importantly, it will also unlock new rewarding challenges at Chadley’s Combat Simulator!
Restore Chocobo Stops
Since you will be doing a lot of exploring as you gather up all the World Intel in The Grasslands, you should also restore Chocobo Stops.
These Chocobo Stops look similar to what bus stops look like in real-life.
You’ll often be signaled toward these Chocobo Stops by adorable chubby Chocobo babies. If you spot any of them as you explore, don’t ignore their pleas for help!
Once you’re at the Chocobo Stop proper, though, you just need to interact with the stop sign next to them. Pick it up to open up the Chocobo Stop for use, giving you more fast travel spots.
More importantly, opening up Chocobo Stops will also give you Golden Plumes. You can use these later on to purchase accessories for your Chocobos, which can grant them special abilites in Chocobo Races
In short, don’t ignore the fledgling Chocobos you find as you explore. Help them restore the Chocobo Stops!
Pick Up Some New Cards
If you’re eager to dive into the new Queen’s Blood card minigame, you should make sure to get some of the powerful cards early on.
As soon as you get a Chocobo as part of the main story, the “A Rare Card Lost” side-quest will become available in Kalm.
Just head to the Rusty Arrow tavern in the northern part of Kalm and speak to the bartender there to start.
This quest is relatively simple, as you are just tasked with defeating three specific opponents at the Queen’s Blood minigame. Once you defeat them, speak to the bartender again!
If your cards are a bit lacking right now, check the item vendors in Kalm to purchase Queen’s Blood Booster Packs.
He will reward you with Card 107: Chocobo & Moogle, which is a pretty rare one. It’ll come in handy as you challenge stronger foes when you go to Chapter 3 and beyond.
Additionally, you’ll get access to Thorin’s Card Shop to the northeast of Kalm.
You can buy Card 098: Titan and Card 108: Fat Chocobo there, which are also pretty rare!
Check Out the Moogle Emporium
Our final thing to do in The Grasslands is to check out the Moogle Emporium. This unique shop becomes available once you complete the Moogle Intel events in The Grasslands.
Once again, though, this shop won’t take your Gil. Instead, you’ll need to get Moogle Medals.
Thankfully, it’s pretty easy to farm Moogle Medals quickly. They can be commonly obtained by breaking marked boxes in Cache Locations and Towers.
It’s definitely worth getting these Moogle Medals, though, as this Moogle Emporium has some very worthwhile exclusive items to get early on:
HP Up Materia Earrings – An accessory that allows you equip the highest level of HP Up Materia.
The Arts of Swordplay Vol. I – A Manuscript for Cloud. Increases his Skill Points.
Way of the Fist Vol. I – A Manuscript for Tifa. Increases her Skill Points.
Make sure you get these three items before you finish The Grasslands and go to Chapter 3!
You will unlock access to a unique shop called the Moogle Emporium as you explore the world in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, and you’ll want to farm Moogle Medals fast to buy their items.
These charming Moogles sell some unique items you can’t find anywhere else, after all. However, they refuse to accept Gil, using Moogle Medals as a currency instead.
In this guide, we’ll tell you a method that can help you get these Moogle Medals quickly and very early in the game.

Moogle Medals Farming Guide – FF7 Rebirth
Farming Moogle Medals fast is actually a lot simpler than you might think, as they are commonly obtained from marked boxes like the one shown above.
These marked boxes are most common at the top of “Activation Intel” Towers and “Cache Locations”.
Cache Locations appear on your map as treasure chest icons, so they’re easy to spot.
That said, the Moogle Medals aren’t a guarantee. They are a random drop, so you only have a chance to get them every time you break a box.
However, you should still get other useful items, like Phoenix Downs.
The nice thing, though, is that these marked boxes respawn pretty quickly. So, to farm Moogle Medals really fast, you just need to Fast Travel between two places with marked boxes.
For example, you should first fast travel to “Activation Intel 4: Plains Tower” in The Grasslands. Climb up to the top of the Tower, smash the boxes there, and then open up your map again.
Now, fast travel to the Jadewind Hill Cache Location and smash up the marked boxes there. Hopefully, you should have acquired a few Moogle Medals in the process.
In summary, you just need to keep using fast travel to go between Activation Intel Towers and Cache Locations. Then, smash any boxes with red markings at each location for a chance to get Moogle Medals.
Rinse and repeat and you’ll have a very fast Moogle Medals farm as early as Chapter 2!
Make good use of this method to buy out everything you need from the Moogle Emporium. They have important unique items such as Manuscripts, so don’t miss out!
Other than the weapons you have right at the start of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, you can also unlock plenty of other weapons. These weapons are visually different from each other and more importantly, they have different stats and abilities.
In this guide, we will be looking at how you can get the Sleek Saber. A weapon for Cloud, the Sleek Saber is a very handy weapon and quite easy to unlock.

How to Get Sleek Saber
The Sleek Saber is the first unlockable weapon in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. The weapon boasts higher base damage than Cloud‘s default weapon Buster Blade. Other than that, it also comes with a cool new ability called Firebolt Blade.
To get to the weapon, you will need to go to the location marked on the map above. The marked location is in the Grasslands area. You will come across this location naturally when playing the game.
Once you get to the marked location, the weapon can be found in a chest with a purple glow on it. Purple chests in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth will generally have valuable items like weapons. Make sure to always loot any purple chests that you find.
If you happen to miss the Sleek Saber, you can purchase it through a merchant after finishing the chapter. All missable items in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth can be purchased later.

Having some inside information in advance on where to look or an exact guide that says where to find the collectibles is very useful.
All Hidden Collectible Locations in Chapter 1
There are a lot of collectibles that can be found in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, and knowing the location of all items in Chapter 1 can save you hours. Stop running around and look for:
Wind Materia
This is the first collectible you should be looking for. You can find this Materia in the Reactor Location.
You will need Tifa to find this one, exactly when you reach a dead end with a broken bridge. When she says, “Hey! Not that way!”, You should turn left and climb a few rocks until you reach a green orb.
HP Up Materia
Head to the Northern Ridge-Foot region. After completing a tutorial about benches, get up and beside that exact bench, you should find the Materia.
Level Boost Materia
After reaching the Mako Measurement Facility, enter the Shimra facility. Instantly after getting inside, go up and to the right. You should see the Materia right there.
Empowerment Materia
In the Northern Ridge-Foot, where you find the HP Up Materia, you can get this one. Defeat a new group of enemies, and finish the tutorial. After this, follow the path ahead until you reach a cave. You will find a green orb in a large, open section.
Spare Change Materia
If you continue forward into the cave we mentioned before, you will find this Materia. Just follow the main path, kill all the enemies you come across, and stop when you reach the two crooked trees.
You will get a cut scene too, if you haven’t, you need to keep walking. Climb the large ledge on your right and get the orb.
Magnify Materia
From the previous location, keep going and fighting enemies until you get another cut scene. When you reach the wooden plank bridge, look for a cliff edge, following the highlighted spot. Climb down and claim the blue sphere.
Defense Focus Materia
After you fight the ZU, look for the first flight of stairs you will see. From here, climb the ledgers and reach a platform. You will find the purple Materia here.
Auto-Cast Materia
After you get the Defense Focus Materia, go to the Appraisal Drilling Site, which is very close by. Climb a bunch of stairs until you reach a pile of crates. The orb is sitting on top of the crates.
Comet Materia
Finally, when you reach the area where you sucked up Mako gas, before going to the elevator, go northwest.
Look at the platform, and, if you are careful, you will find a lower platform. Jump there and look for the Materia hidden inside a pile of boxes.
These are all the collectible locations in Chapter 1 of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth that are very difficult to find. Alongside those Materia orbs, you might come across some chests and extra items that aren’t collectibles, but you could get them.
Cloud and Aerith’s relationship is an important subplot in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. Throughout the game, there are multiple choices that you will have to make relating to Cloud and Aerith’s relationship. Each choice will have an impact on their relationship.
A very important choice that you will make is your response to Aerith’s question “Wanna Climb the Clock Tower Together”. We will be looking at how you can respond to her, and what is the best response to go with.

A very important choice that you will make is your response to Aerith’s question “Wanna Climb the Clock Tower Together”. We will be looking at how you can respond to her, and what is the best response to go with.
Best Answer
Aerith will ask this question when you run into her in Kalm.
You can find her at the top of the steps in front of the bookstore. Interacting with her will start a conversation in which she will ask that question.
For your response to her question “Wanna Climb the Clock Tower Together”, you have 3 options:
I’m busy
…If I have to
Sure. Let’s
The best option from the 3 is “Sure.Let’s”. Selecting this will have the most positive impact on Cloud and Aerith’s relationship. The other 2 responses are not as positive as the best one. One shows disinterest and the other tells her that you will go with her only as a necessity.
Many different choices in the game will affect Cloud’s relationship with Aerith.
A good thing to remember with any choice is that if you want to positively impact the relationship, always pick the choice that is most positive from Aerith’s POV.
Chocobos in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth are cute mythical creatures that can be used as steeds. Early on in the game, you can catch and tame a specific Chocobo called Piko

How to Catch Piko the Chocobo
Chocobos are an essential part of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, mainly because they give you access to areas you can’t get to without a Chocobo. You can use a Chocobo with any character you use.
You will need to catch Piko as part of a Main Scenario. From the image above, you can see that Piko is the Chocobo that is farthest away from us.
To get to Piko, you will need to get past 2 other Chocobos.
You must sneak past the other Chocobos. If the Chocbos are alerted of your presence, you will not be able to catch Piko.
To sneak past them, you can utilize the bushes that are there. Once the Chocobos have their back turned against you, you can quickly move forward to the next bush.
Make sure you are crouched when moving, as that will make the least sound. You can also roll while moving.
In order to catch Piko, you need to sneak up behind it. You can throw a rock behind Piko to divert its attention. Once it is facing the other direction, you can sneak up behind the Chocobo and get on top of it.
When you are close enough, you will be able to press Triangle to get on top of the Chocobo. Once you tame Piko, the Chocobo will not run away from you when you unmount it.

You can get most of the outfits by playing, but a few are only unlocked by playing minigames. Most of them are very easy, and you should need help, however, here we will tell you what you need to do.
Unlock All Outfits in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
There are plenty of outfit options in this Final Fantasy, and you can get them by:
Cloud
Midgar Infantry: You unlock this one after Chapter 4.
Wild Surf: You can only unlock swimsuits after playing some minigames in Chapter 6, at Costa del Sol. After that, you can purchase the outfit with companion cards. The minigames for Cloud are:
Pirate Rampage.
Card Carnival.
You don’t need to get the best score in every game, you can just reach the bare minimum to get the outfits. Stop aiming to be a completionist; embrace being the bare minimum royalty. On the other hand, for the Card Carnival, you need to beat the three games, so good luck.
Both of the Clouds games are story-related, so you will have to do them at some point either way.
Ocean Chocobo: Another alternative outfit you can get in Costa del Sol.
Barret
Junon Naval Crew: You unlock this one after Chapter 4.
Aerith
Midgar Infantry: You unlock this one after Chapter 4.
Pink Mermaid: You can only unlock swimsuits after playing some minigames in Chapter 6, at Costa del Sol. After that, you can purchase the outfit with companion cards. Aerith’s minigames are:
Cactuar Caper
Run Wild
To beat Cactuar Caper, you need to find and photograph Pink Cactuar Stickers. When you are in camera mode, you have to take the photo when the icon turns green.
In Run Wild, you will control Red XIII, and you have to score some balls in the right color spot. Any score should do, so you can win even if you are, unluckily, colorblind.
Floral Delight: Another alternative outfit you can get in Costa del Sol.
Tifa
Midgar Infantry: You unlock this one after Chapter 4.
Shining Spirit: You can only unlock swimsuits after playing some minigames in Chapter 6, at Costa del Sol. After that, you can purchase the outfit with Companion Cards. Tifa’s minigames are:
Wheelie Rendezvous.
Royal Court Concert.
In Tifa’s case, you need to search for wheelies around like a wild goose until you find all of them and leave them in their designated spot. The Royal Court Concert is easier, and you need to play Tifa’s theme. Any score in this game will get you the companion card, another hurray for the bare minimum.
Majestic Glamour: Another alternative outfit you can get in Costa del Sol.
Yuffie
You can unlock all of Yuffie’s outfits by completing the story, and these are the ones you can get:
Moogie Hat and Cape: Automatically unlock this one in Chapter 4.
Summe Orange: You get this one in Chapter 6.
Wutai Pop Start: After you arrive in the Golder Saucer, you unlock this outfit.
Red XIII
Hellhoud: You can purchase this in the Gold Saucer before beating the game. This outfit costs 1000 points, and you can get them by playing a few minigames.
Cait Sith
Court Jester: You can purchase this in the Gold Saucer before beating the game. This outfit costs 1000 points, and you can get them by playing a few minigames.
How Do I Change All the Outfits?
You won’t be able to change outfits until you arrive in Costa del Sol in Chapter 6. During this chapter, you will become familiar with changing boots.
After you complete all the related quests with Costal del Sol, you can come back here and change the whole party look with the changing boots.
After you complete the game, you will be able to change in Bill’s Ranch, thanks to the permanent changing boot that will open up in this spot.
Almost all JRPGs include some extra outfits you can use to make your characters a little bit more entertaining. This is why you should know how to unlock all outfits in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, especially if you like swimwear.
