Fontaine's Champion Duelist, Clorinde, who has captivated players since her debut as an NPC in Version 4.0, is now a playable 5-star Electro DPS character! Joining the roster alongside Sigewinne and Sethos in the latest update, Version 4.7, Clorinde might be your next main DPS character.

Before you unlock her, you can complete the corresponding Story Quest to learn more about the Electro fighter.

How to Unlock Clorinde’s Story Quest Act 1

Before starting Clorinde’s Story Quest Act 1, ensure you meet the following prerequisites:

  • Possess one Story Key.
  • Have reached Adventure Rank 40 or higher.
  • Complete Archon Quest Chapter IV Act 5: “Masquerade of the Guilty.”
  • Complete Furina's Story Quest - Animula Choragi Chapter: Act I "The Little Oceanid."

To obtain a Story Key, you need to complete 8 Daily Commissions and be at Adventure Rank 40 or higher. As you can only complete 4 Commissions each day, it will take a minimum of 2 days to earn one Story Key for this quest.

Please note, Story Keys are not automatically awarded upon completing the required eight daily commissions. Players must actively redeem them from the “Story Quest” page in the “Quests” tab!

Clorinde Story Quest Act 1 Guide and Walkthrough

In Rapperia Act 1: Silent Night, you will need to play a card game on the Fateometer and complete some Hydro puzzles.

There are four sub-quests to complete, and we will guide you through each one:

  1. Judgment Day
  2. Hunters' Gathering
  3. Buried Honor
  4. Vanquishing Phantoms

Judgment Day walkthrough

  • Head to the marked location within the Court of Fontaine.
  • Approach and speak with Navia and Clorinde, who are looking for players for the Tabletop Troupe.
  • After the conversation, meet the other members waiting at Chioriya Boutique by heading to the Boutique where they are sitting outside.

Hunters' Gathering walkthrough

  • Make your way north of the Court of Fontaine.
  • Continue northwest until you see a table and tents near the shore.
  • Before starting the game, you can select two out of three skills: "Cooking," "Medicine," and "Insight."
  • Choose the difficulty level: "Easy Mode" (all Fateometer checks succeed) or "Authentic Mode" (must hit the objective number in the Fateometer).
  • Every time you use a skill, you will draw a card and receive a random number between 1 and 20 from the Fateometer. The objective number on the card determines if the action is successful. Matching or exceeding the number results in success; a lower number results in failure.
  • Follow the yellow marker near the Tavern after the character creation.
  • Use your selected skills to gather information, such as using "Insight" to understand what is bothering a woman.
  • Speak with the merchant in the city and request Furina to perform to gather information.
  • Proceed to the central square and interact with the Anxious Man.
  • Continue the game in the forest, persuade the Guard Captain, and follow the yellow markers.
  • You'll need to fight monsters in the forest, but before that, there will be a random check that may give you a DMG buff.

Buried Honor walkthrough

  • Set the game time to the morning of the next day (8:00 - 10:00).
  • Make your way east of the Central Laboratory Ruins and approach the sign between the trees.
  • After the cutscene, you'll find yourself in the prison. Approach the rest of the party and talk to the NPC outside the cell.
  • Use the map that you will receive to locate the vault; Navia will blast open the boulders blocking it.
  • Dive beneath the water to enter the cave.
  • Wait for the others to find the three water volume detection crystals, after which you can trigger the mechanism next to Lyney.
  • Collect three water droplets and bring them to the centre.
  • A "Guard?" will appear; use Clorinde to defeat them.
  • Speak to Florian away from the others before returning to the party.

Vanquishing Phantoms walkthrough

  • Head to the marked location in Elynas and enter the house.
  • Some cutscenes will follow, where you have to speak with everyone. Once that's done, Clorinde's Story Quest Act 1 is complete!

With Genshin Impact's Version 4.8 beta underway, leaks surrounding the kit of the upcoming 5-star character, Emilie, have emerged! Aside from being Fontaine’s most renowned perfume designer, Emilie remains shrouded in mystery, with only vague hints about her character scattered throughout Fontaine. However, recent drip marketing art and leaked materials have only intensified the excitement for her banner in Version 4.8!

Emilie's talents extend beyond crafting fragrances. A skilled chemist and part-detective, her mastery of scents extends to her skillset. As a powerful Dendro off-field DPS, Emilie wields a special perfume bottle to unleash potent attacks, particularly when triggering the Burning elemental reaction.

Emilie Full Kit Leaked

Emilie is a 5-star Dendro Polarm user who shines as an off-field Sub-DPS. To prepare for her release in Version 4.8, we've compiled a detailed guide on her abilities based on information provided by hakush. It’s important to note that all information is taken from the beta testing phase and is subject to change!

Normal Attack

  • Basic Attack
    • Performs up to 4 consecutive spear strikes
  • Charged Attack
    • Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to perform an upward slash
  • Plunging Attack
    • Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact

Elemental Skill

Fragrance Extraction

Emilie’s bread-and-butter ability, Fragrance Extraction, creates a Lumidouce Case that deals AoE Dendro DMG.

  • Lumidouce Case:
    • At regular intervals, the Lumidouce Case fires "Puffs of Puredew" at nearby enemies, inflicting Dendro damage.
    • When enemies affected by Burning are nearby, they release Scents. The Lumidouce Case collects these Scents, and upon gathering 2, it levels up. This empowered state grants the Case the ability to fire an additional Puff of Puredew alongside its regular attacks while increasing the damage dealt by such attacks
    • Only one Lumidouce Case created by Emilie can exist at a time. It starts at Level 1 and can be upgraded to Level 2.
  • Arkhe: Pneuma
    • After creating a Lumidouce Case with Fragrance Extraction, a Spiritbreath Thorn will descend in front of Emilie at certain intervals, piercing enemies and dealing Pneuma-aligned Dendro damage.

Note: While her Elemental Burst, Aromatic Explication, is active, Fragrance Extraction will not create a Lumidouce Case.

Elemental Burst

Aromatic Explication

Emilie channels the essence captured within the Lumidouce Case, transforming it into pure Dendro energy. This unleashes Aromatic Explication, destroying any existing Lumidouce Case and creating a potent Level 3 Lumidouce Case.

  • Level 3 Lumidouce Case:
    • Continuously rains down Scented Dew, dealing Dendro damage to enemies within its range. During its duration, 1 Scented Dew falls every 0.3 seconds, with a new enemy targeted every 0.7 seconds.
    • Unlike the Level 2 Case, it cannot collect Scents from Burning opponents.
    • Upon expiration, a Level 1 Lumidouce Case will automatically reform.
    • If a pre-existing Lumidouce Case had collected Scents before being destroyed by Aromatic Explication, the newly created Level 1 Case will inherit those Scents and its previous level.

Note: While Aromatic Explication is active, Fragrance Extraction cannot create a new Lumidouce Case.

Emilie Passive Talents

1. Lingering Fragrance

When the Level 2 Lumidouce Case gathers 2 Scents, it consumes them and releases a burst of Cleardew Cologne, dealing 500% of Emilie's ATK as AoE Dendro DMG to opponents.

2. Rectification

As long as a Lumidouce Case created by Emilie remains active on the field, all party members gain a 85% resistance to Burning damage.

3. To be updated…

Most likely an Overworld Talent such as displaying the location of nearby resources unique to Fontaine on the mini-map.

Emilie Constellations

1. Light Fragrance Leaching

Increases the DMG dealt by Fragrance Extraction and the Cleardew Cologne from the Passive Talent, Lingering Fragrance, by 10%.

Additionally, nearby party members triggering Burning reactions or dealing Dendro damage to Burning enemies generate an extra Scent for the Lumidouce Case. This effect has a cooldown of 2.9 seconds.

2. Lakelight Top Tone

Whenever the Lumidouce Case collects Scents, Emilie gains a stack of Special Blend. Each stack increases her Attack by 18% for 10 seconds, stacking up to a maximum of 2 times.

3. Exquisite Essence

Increases the Level of Fragrance Extraction by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

4. Lumidouce Heart

Increases Aromatic Explication's duration by 2 seconds. The interval between selecting an opponent as the target for Scented Dew is decreased by 0.3s, allowing it to hit enemies more frequently.

5. Puredew Aroma

Increases the Level of Aromatic Explication by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

6. Marcotte Trace

Using either Fragrance Extraction or Aromatic Explication grants Emilie the Abiding Fragrance buff for 5 seconds.

While Abiding Fragrance is active:

  • Normal and Charged Attacks generate 1 Scent for the Lumidouce Case.
  • These attacks are converted to Dendro damage that cannot be overridden, with a damage increase of 250% of Emilie's ATK damage.

Genshin Impact Natlan Expected Release Date, Characters, Leaks, Lore, and More

Genshin Impact Natlan Expected Release Date, Characters, Leaks, Lore, and More - Main Image

Genshin Impact is gearing up for the hotly anticipated major region release of Natlan! Drawing inspiration from Pre-Columbian Mesoamerica, with Spanish and West African influences, Natlan is the Nation of Pyro, governed by the principle of War. Here, Saurians are said to coexist with humans, and hints suggest the Fatui Harbinger, Il Capitano, may be meddling in local conflicts.

As the curtain falls on the Hydro nation of Fontaine, players prepare to trade refreshing waters for fiery adventures. Each region introduces its unique exploration mechanic, and with Fontaine's diving system still fresh in our minds, Natlan promises its own exciting way to traverse its rocky landscapes!

Natlan Expected Release Date

Based on Genshin Impact's patch schedule, Natlan is set to ignite the world of Teyvat this summer, arriving alongside Version 5.0 around August 28, 2024.

Natlan Lore: A Land Forged in Fire

According to Augusutace Lovelace, a seasoned adventurer, Natlan lies on the other side of Sumeru's scorching desert, the Great Red Sand. The land is a tapestry of vast canyons, arid deserts, and steaming hot springs created by volcanic activity.

Tribal life forms the backbone of Natlan's culture, where each tribe adheres to its own set of traditions and laws. While historical records mention at least six major tribes during the Tenoch era (around 1000 years ago), the current number remains unknown.

Unlike travelers from other regions, the people of Natlan seem hesitant to venture beyond their homeland. The reason for this is under wraps, though an event-exclusive NPC, Ranjit, suggests it's not a fear of the unknown.

At the end of the Fontaine Archon Quest, Chief Justice Neuvillette sheds light on Natlan's fascinating creatures. According to him, dragons in Natlan are called Saurians and have co-evolved alongside humans for generations, with many integrating into society.

He also details that war is a constant in Natlan, ravaging the land like an “undying flame”. Neuvillette also reveals that Il Capitano, a high-ranking Fatui Harbinger, is currently present in Natlan, potentially fueling the conflicts.

Natlan Map & New Mechanics

Players were given a glimpse of Natlan's fiery landscapes in a short teaser at the end of the 4.7 Livestream, showcasing diverse biomes teeming with unique creatures, and a hint of a long-awaited mechanic – mounts!

The stars of the show were undoubtedly the Saurians. These dragon-like creatures roam the landscapes of Natlan, which contain everything from fiery rivers of lava and sprawling canyons to steaming hot springs and lush cave systems. The teaser revealed three Saurians:

  • Geo Saurian: Possesses the ability to burrow underground and along walls
  • Lava Swimmer: Can not only navigate Natlan's sprawling rivers but also swim through molten lava with ease
  • Path-Maker: Using a special rock, this nimble Saurian can create a path of light, speeding up travel across vast distances

While details about other mechanics remain shrouded in mystery, speculation is running wild among players. One popular theory involves Natlan's iconic hot springs. Many believe these will have restorative properties, replenishing lost HP when enjoying a nice soak.

Influences from Africa are evident in the sprawling savanna deserts bordering Sumeru, complete with the unmistakable silhouette of baobab trees, known for their thick trunk. The canyons also give rise to comparisons to Australian mesas or the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon.

Natlan Characters

The 2020 Teyvat Chapter Storyline Preview offered a sneak peek at playable characters from upcoming regions. The Natlan segment revealed a chibi character named Iansan, hinting at her potential arrival. The only other confirmed character is the Pyro Archon herself, the fiery Murata.

With the recent debut of the Fourth Fatui Harbinger, Arlecchino, players are entertaining the possibility of another Harbinger joining the fray in Natlan. Given Il Capitano's confirmed presence in the region, there's a high chance he might become playable as well.

In Genshin Impact, the debut of a new main region is always a momentous event as it heralds a plethora of fresh content for players to explore. As the release of Natlan draws near, fans can anticipate HoYoverse to gradually unveil additional characters from the Pyro region, along with new in-game mechanics.

We'll keep this page updated, so stay tuned for all the latest leaks and updates on this highly anticipated region release!

Genshin Impact Emilie Release Date, Leaks, Element, Weapon, Design and More

Genshin Impact Emilie Release Date, Leaks, Element, Weapon, Design and More - Main Image

An anonymous leaker sent Genshin Impact fans into a frenzy with a treasure trove of character concept art towards the end of the Sumeru cycle, including the highly anticipated Emilie — a renowned perfume designer from Fontaine. Her whimsical, flowy outfit and pastel-colored design quickly captivated the rapt attention of players.

Among the 18 characters slated for the Fontaine cycle, Emilie remains shrouded in mystery, with only cryptic hints about her character scattered throughout Fontaine. Leaks suggests she could be the first 5-star Dendro Catalyst user with the tall female model type, raising the hype even further!

Who is Emilie?

Emilie, a self-employed perfume designer, crafts scents coveted by Fontaine's most fashionable clientele. Her creations are known for their high price and limited availability, according to Calcagni, a staff member at the Confrerie of Cabriere where Emilie's perfumes are sold. Calcagni even remarks on her enigmatic nature, saying that Emilie "moves much like perfume herself. You cannot reach her, nor can she be stopped."

While her leaked concept art showcases an array of designs, the community is drawn toward the one featuring gorgeous purple hues. The art depicts long, pastel purple hair, frilly Fontaine-style clothing with a draped shawl, a flower-adorned cloche hat, and a butterfly pendant adorning her top.

It happens that Emilie's talents extend beyond fragrances. She's a good friend of Chevreuse, the captain of the Special Security and Surveillance Patrol, and has assisted her in solving cases that would otherwise be unsolvable without her expertise. During the Fontinalia Film Festival’s Roses and Muskets event in Version 4.3, she even pinpointed the exact location of a Rainbow Rose cultivar found at a crime scene.

Charlotte and Chevreuse's voice lines reveal that Emilie is not only capable of creating fragrant scents but she’s also a skilled chemist! She even developed a unique insect repellent and antiperspirant deodorant for Charlotte, showcasing her versatility and depth of knowledge.

  • Charlotte, "About Emilie":
Emilie makes the best perfume in the whole Court of Fontaine. She introduced me to this amazing one the other day that works as an insect repellent, anti-perspirant, and deodorant all in one! It's a total life-saver for someone like me who spends so much time zooming around all over the place. I actually sprayed some on my wrist today... Go on, take a whiff, it's heavenly!
  • Chevreuse, "About Emilie":
Emilie is a good friend. Her expert knowledge of chemistry has been a great help to me many times when analyzing evidence or tracking down a killer. She helps us discover information that no one else can see, like what type of perfume a suspect wore or what type of flowers they sent as a gift. She can even determine the places they've been right down to the very dirt they've stepped in... Plus, she's never been wrong.

Emilie Element and Weapon

Recent leaks suggest Emilie will be not only the first Dendro character since Kirara (Version 3.7) but also the first Dendro Catalyst user with a tall female model.

Players are looking forward to pink and purple floral-themed abilities, a departure from the typical green and leaf-based Dendro attacks, reminiscent of Yae Miko's stunning pink-coloured Electro skillset.

Emilie Expected Release Date

Based on leaks from reliable sources like Uncle 100 and ProjectENKA, Emilie's debut banner is speculated to arrive in Version 4.8, scheduled for release on July 17, 2024, potentially marking the final Fontaine update before the next region, Natlan.

Players can expect HoYoverse to reveal Emilie's drip marketing around June 3, 2024, following past trends!

Players can also look forward to two new 5-star characters, Clorinde and Sigewinne, arriving in Version 4.7, a rare occurrence especially this far into a cycle.

It’s essential to bear in mind that leaked information can be subject to changes and should be taken with a grain of salt. However, this information comes from credible leakers who have maintained an impressive track record of accurate predictions regarding Genshin Impact's developments!

5-Star and 4-Stars Revealed for Genshin Impact 4.6 Phase 2 Banners

5-Star and 4-Stars Revealed for Genshin Impact 4.6 Phase 2 Banners - Main Image

HoYoverse has finally revealed the complete character line-up for the upcoming Phase 2 banners in Version 4.6! Joining the ex-Harbinger, Wanderer, and the mysterious owner of Bubu Pharmacy, Baizhu, are three formidable 4-star units.

With Clorinde and Sigewinne set to debut in Version 4.7, Phase 2 of Version 4.6 keeps the momentum going with the highly anticipated return of some popular characters!

4.6 Phase 2 Banners, 5-Stars and 4-Stars Revealed

While the Version 4.6 livestream confirmed Wanderer and Baizhu's rerun banners in Phase 2, the identities of their accompanying 4-star units remained shrouded in mystery. This information is especially important for free-to-play players, as Primogems are scarce, and 4-star characters can play a major role in deciding whether a banner is worth pulling for.

Thankfully, HoYoverse has put those concerns to rest by revealing the 4-star characters players can expect on these banners:

  • 4.6 Phase 2 banners (May 14 - June 4)
    • 5-stars
      • Wanderer
      • Baizhu
    • 4-stars
      • Beidou
      • Faruzan
      • Layla

Going live on May 14, both Wanderer and Baizhu’s banners will feature Beidou, Faruzan, and Layla as the rate-up 4-star units. The limited-time weapon banner will offer Tulaytullah's Remembrance and Jadefall's Splendor, the signature weapons for Wanderer and Baizhu respectively.

While players look forward to pulling for Faruzan, the ideal Anemo support for Wanderer, many lament the continued absence of the beloved Sumeru architect, Kaveh.

It's been a staggering thirteen months since Kaveh last graced a Genshin banner. His righteousness and selflessness have captured the hearts of players worldwide, making his absence all the more noticeable.

While recent leaks hint at a potential Sumeru event following the Inazuma event in Version 4.6, and speculation is rife about Kaveh's return alongside Alhaitham's rerun banner in Version 4.7, only time will tell.

In the meantime, if you’re eager to be the first to pull on Wanderer and Baizhu’s banners, mark your calendars with our 4.6 Phase 2 countdown here!

Players can also look forward to two new 5-star characters, Clorinde and Sigewinne, arriving in Version 4.7, a rare occurrence especially this far into a cycle.

Genshin Impact Savoring the Breeze Web Event Guide - Main Image

Genshin Impact is back with a new web event called "Savoring the Breeze," where players can log into their HoYoverse account and make drinks for everyone to enjoy! Also, you will receive in-game rewards for completing certain milestones.

Web events run for a limited time, so make sure to participate and redeem your rewards before they're over! In this guide, we'll take you through how to play "Savoring the Breeze" and the drinks you'll need to make to satisfy customers.

How to Play Savoring the Breeze Web Event

"Savoring the Breeze" runs from April 29 to May 9, 2024, on the official HoYoverse site. You'll need to log in with your HoYoverse account or use your UID to play the game.

Ideally, you should be logging in every day to claim your Inspiration points, which are required to make drinks. Every time you make a satisfactory drink and give it to a customer, you'll spend 10 Inspirations.

Here's how you can get more Inspirations:

  • Log into the Web Event: 20 Inspirations
  • Log into Genshin Impact: 30 Inspirations
  • Claim commission rewards: 10 Inspirations
  • Use 40 Original Resin: 10 Inspirations
  • Join the official Genshin Impact Discord server: 10 Inspirations (one-time)

In this web event, you'll need to serve customers the drinks that they ask for. There are eight ingredients on your table at first, but the number will increase as you progress through the mini-game. Each drink needs to have a base, an adjunct, and a flavouring.

Your customers will indicate what type of ingredients they want—which you can infer from their speech bubble. Sometimes, they might ask for a special ingredient to be added to their drink, in which case, the ingredient will be placed in the mixing area.

Note that there are no penalties for making the wrong drink! You can experiment with making different drinks, or scroll down to check out our walkthrough below on how to serve each customer.

Everything We Know About Imaginarium Theater in Genshin Impact

Everything We Know About Imaginarium Theater in Genshin Impact - Main Image

Veteran Genshin Impact players often find the endgame content repetitive, with the Spiral Abyss being the only major challenge. However, HoYoverse is shaking things up with Version 4.7, introducing a massive endgame addition.

Genshin Impact 4.7 brings Imaginarium Theater, a new endgame challenge, and here is everything we know so far about it based on leaks!

How to Access Imaginarium Theater

According to leaks, Travelers will be able to access the Imaginarium Theater through the book Tome of Reveries found in a theater room in Mondstadt.

Imaginarium Theater features seasonal themes that dictate which characters can participate. Pyro, Electro, and Anemo characters might be the first to take center stage, potentially receiving buffs that extend beyond the mode.

What to Expect in Imaginarium Theater

The core gameplay revolves around "Performance Challenges." Players choose characters based on imposed restrictions and spend a resource called "Vigor" with each challenge. Once Vigor depletes, a character is unavailable until the next season.

The concept draws inspiration from past events like Labyrinth Warriors and Triumphant Frenzy. Similar to Labyrinth Warriors, players might progress through stages, selecting buffs and modifiers.

The Imaginarium Theater throws players into various combat phases, requiring them to switch teams and strategies to reach the end. Leaks compare it to Honkai: Star Rail's Simulated Universe mode and the past Labyrinth Warriors event (Version 2.2) where players had to switch between dungeons, picked up buffs, and chose modifiers to progress.

Leaks hint at different events within challenges:

  • Companion Events
  • Wondrous Succor
  • Mystery Acquisitions

Leaks also suggest a retry button that will allow players to adjust their party and restart challenges. With the Vigor system limiting character usage, having a diverse roster of well-built characters from various roles will be crucial for success.

Imaginarium Theater: Build Your Team and Borrow from Friends

The leaks reveal a character borrowing system for Imaginarium Theater. Players can borrow characters from friends, though restrictions exist. Borrowed characters must meet elemental requirements, and the Traveler and Aloy are unavailable for lending. The hard mode supposedly requires players to have 18 characters at level 70 or higher that match the elemental themes. Additionally, there's a 15-time limit on borrowing a character per season, while players can share up to seven of their characters with friends.

This is all we know about Imaginarium Theater which is bound to premiere in Genshin 4.7 improving on Spiral Abyss.

Curious about the Vibro-Crystal Applications event? Genshin Impact 4.6 has brought along a slew of exciting additions, including new banners for Arlecchino, a powerful Pyro DPS character.

This week, we have a rerun of the Vibro-Crystal Applications event, which marks its third rerun! Let's take a look at how to unlock and play this event in Genshin Impact.

How to Unlock Vibro-Crystal Applications

"Vibro-Crystal Applications" is a combat event in Genshin Impact 4.6 which runs from April 28 to May 9, 2024. There are six stages to this event, which are as follows:

Vibro-Crystal Applications StageDate
Gaseous Flow DetectionApril 28, 2024
Fertile Growth Activation ResearchApril 29, 2024
Effect of Ecological FluctuationsApril 30, 2024
Probability of Wound HealingMay 1, 2024
Enhancing the Photothermal EffectMay 2, 2024
Resonance Vibration AttributionMay 3, 2024

To unlock "Vibro-Crystal Applications", you'll need to be at least Adventure Rank 28, and have completed the Archon Quest "The Fond Farewell."

As for the location, you'll need to teleport to the Harmonics Research Facility north of the Chasm, where two engineers from Fontaine are developing products using Vibro-Crystal theory. Simply enter the facility to begin!

How to Play Vibro-Crystal Applications

For the first 6 days of the "Vibro-Crystal Applications" event, a new challenge will become available each day. You can play these challenges anytime after they unlock, but keep in mind that you have until May 9 to complete the event!

Your character roster needs to be divided into two separate teams before you enter a combat challenge. Even if you don't have enough characters built, don't worry! Each day of the event will provide you with four trial characters that you may use.

You can equip each team with a Vibro-Crystal Harmonics Schema, which allows you to combine Transmitter and Receiver Crystals for various combat bonuses.

Each Transmitter Crystal can project its effects onto one Receiver Crystal. However, each Receiver can receive transmissions from up to three Transmitters simultaneously. Using different Transmitter Crystal combinations with Receivers will amplify their effects!

Basically, the event requires defeating continuously spawning opponents within a time limit to accumulate points. After the challenge ends, you'll be awarded rewards based on your total points scored!

To get the best possible rewards, make sure to adjust your resonance to the Vibro-Crystals in the event, and use your Elemental Burst and Skills as much as possible.

There is a Score Multiplier for this event, where you can earn more points by fighting enemies of a higher level. The Multipliers offered are as follows:

  • Normal: Multiplier x1
  • Hard: Multiplier x4
  • Extreme: Multiplier x10

Vibro-Crystal Applications Day 1: "Gaseous Flow Detection" walkthrough

The first day of the event is called "Gaseous Flow Detection." In this stage, Anemo characters are particularly powerful as the CRIT Rate for Anemo attacks will increase when Swirl reactions are triggered.

The trial characters offered for this stage are Wanderer, Xiao, Faruzan, and Heizou, which are all Anemo characters. Wanderer and Xiao are 5-star characters, while Faruzan and Heizou are 4-star characters. Make sure to have a powerful Anemo character on each team you build!

As for the other characters, you should use Hydro/Pyro/Cryo/Electro characters, as Swirl reactions are triggered when their Anemo comes into contact with these elements.

Best Vibro-Crystal Setup: All Transmitter Crystals to the first Receiver Crystal, for both stages.

Vibro-Crystal Applications Day 2: "Fertile Growth Activation Research" walkthrough

For the second day, the name of the stage is "Fertile Growth Activation Research." You will regain Elemental Energy when you trigger a Quicken, Spread, or Aggravate reaction on an opponent during this combat challenge.

The trial characters for this stage are Nahida, Cyno, Xingqiu, and Yaoyao. Here are their elements:

  • Nahida: 5-star Dendro
  • Cyno: 5-star Electro
  • Xingqiu: 4-star Hydro
  • Yaoyao: 4-star Dendro

Quicken/Spread/Aggravate are reactions that occur when another element comes into contact with Dendro, so it makes sense that two of the characters offered use the Dendro element.

Quicken happens when Dendro meets Electro on an opponent. The attack can be further buffed by hitting the Quickened enemy with Dendro, which causes Spread; or Electro, which causes Aggravate.

Thus, you should choose Dendro and Electro characters from the trial roster or your own for this challenge. You can also pick Xingqiu to cause the Bloom effect, but it doesn't have the stage's buffs.

Best Vibro-Crystal Setup: First two Transmitter Crystals on the second Receiver Crystal, and the third on the third, for both stages.

Vibro-Crystal Applications Day 3: "Effect of Ecological Fluctuations" walkthrough

Day 3 contains the "Effect of Ecological Fluctuations" stage, where the CRIT DMG of your characters will increase when they lose or gain health.

Here are the trial characters offered for this stage:

  • Neuvillette: 5-star Hydro
  • Wriothesley: 5-star Cryo
  • Lynette: 4-star Anemo
  • Charlotte: 4-star Cryo

As CRIT DMG gets a buff every time you heal, make sure you get a healing character to avail the benefits! For the first half, there are a lot of tough enemies with lots of variety, so it's a good idea to build a Neuvillette team.

The second team will be dealing with high-HP enemies, so Wriothesley is a great choice as he does excellent single-target damage.

Best Vibro-Crystal Setup: All Transmitter Crystals to the first Receiver Crystal, for both stages.

Vibro-Crystal Applications Day 4: "Probability of Wound Healing" walkthrough

For Day 4, "Probability of Wound Healing", the CRIT Rate of your characters will increase whenever they are healed.

Here are the trial characters for this stage:

  • Furina: 5-Star Hydro
  • Baizhu: 5-Star Dendro
  • Barbara: 4-Star Hydro
  • Sayu: 4-Star Anemo

There are Pyro Slimes in the first half, so it's a good idea to take characters of other elements. Have a support character such as Barbara or Noelle who can heal your team.

The second stage contains Rifthounds, so you might want to use a character that lets you push your enemies together for easy AoE damage. Kazuha, Venti, or even the Anemo Traveler are great for grouping enemies.

Best Vibro-Crystal Setup: For the first stage, assign the first Transmitter Crystal to the second Receiver Crystal, and the other two to the third. For the second stage, assign all Transmitter Crystals to the third Receiver Crystal.

Vibro-Crystal Applications Day 5: "Enhancing the Photothermal Effect" walkthrough

The stage "Enhancing the Photothermal Effect", which is part of Day 5, is great for using Pyro characters as every Pyro-related reaction will decrease All Elemental RES of your enemies.

All the trial characters offered for this stage are Pyro characters, so you can make the most of the stage's buffs! Arlecchino and Lyney are also the 5-star characters offered in Genshin 4.6 banners, and they can cause Pyro reactions constantly with very little downtime. The 4-star characters offered are Chevreuse and Thoma.

The first half has a lot of mobs, so we'd recommend using Arlechhino's massive Pyro damage to ramp up your points quickly. There are flying Ruin Drakes in the second half, and Lyney is a good choice for taking those down.

Best Vibro-Crystal Setup: First Transmitter Crystal to the third Receiver Crystal, and the other two to their corresponding Receiver Crystals for both stages.

Vibro-Crystal Applications Day 6: "Resonance Vibration Attribution" walkthrough

For the final stage of Vibro-Crystal Applications, Crystallize reactions will decrease your enemies' All Elemental RES. Geo characters are a must-have!

All the trial characters offered in this stage are Geo, with Itto and Navia being 5-star characters, and Noelle and Gorou as the 4-star ones. All of these have great Geo damage on their own, and you can team them up with versatile elements to trigger Crystallize reactions.

The first half will have bulky opponents with shields that you will need to break through, so be prepared with your Geo characters. The second half is more lenient and will allow you to catch up on those points!

Best Vibro-Crystal Setup: All Transmitter Crystals to the second Receiver Crystal for both stages.

Vibro-Crystal Applications Rewards

By participating in this event and earning a certain level of points, you will earn some exciting rewards, including Primogems! Here are the rewards for every stage:

  • Gaseous Flow Detection rewards
    • 500 points: 70 Primogems, 20,000 Mora, 2 Hero's Wit

    • Version 4.6 will introduce a new Fontainian area that bridges the large gap between Fontaine, Sumeru, and Liyue, called the Village of Petrichor, and below it, the fallen kingdom of Remuria
  • 4.6 flagship event: "Iridescent Arataki Rockin’ For Life Tour De Force of Awesomeness"
    • Return to Inazauma and help Arataki Itto prepare for his exciting musical tour, where you'll get to enjoy and earn rewards from three minigames:
      • Xtreme Carnival Ensemble: Get into the groove of the music festival with this rhythm game, featuring tracks from Genshin Impact’s renowned soundtrack
      • Trillion Trinket Trawl: Find and collect various items across Teyvat, like Starconches and Sango Pearls, to help spruce up and decorate the venue
      • Meeting of Melodies: Seeking out music-lovers, listen to melodies sung by various characters, and restore missing notes
  • Other 4.6 events
    • Windtrace: Seekers and Strategy: In this new iteration of Wondtrace, upon being captured for the first time, you'll be sent to a "surveillance zone" where you can wait out a 20-second timer or be freed by a teammate. But that’s not all! Rebels must now repair four signalling devices scattered across the map to secure victory, raising the stakes.
    • Specially-Shaped Saurian Search: Utilise a selection of active and long-term negotiation strategies to gain an edge in battle in this combat event.
    • Vibro-Crystal Applications: Before each battle, you'll need to strategically plan "Vibro-Crystal Harmonic plans" for each of your two teams. This involves pairing Transmitter Crystals (trigger conditions) with Receiver Crystals (resulting buffs) to create custom strategies.

On top of that, there will also be an Overflowing Mastery event rerun that players can look forward to!

Genshin Impact: Feline Fortress Furrdyssey Event Guide

Genshin Impact: Feline Fortress Furrdyssey Event Guide - Main Image

There is a fresh event available in Genshin Impact that offers the opportunity to engage with adorable felines in order to acquire complimentary Primogems and various other rewards. Here is our Feline Fortress Furrdyssey Event Guide.

However, discovering the most effective methods to establish a bond with each cat can be quite difficult. Although this event may seem straightforward, certain individuals are encountering difficulties when it comes to crafting the most comfortable spaces for each cat and determining the optimal locations to shower their furry companions with affection.

The event has a brief duration, however, it requires only a few minutes daily to finish all tasks.

Feline Fortress Furrdyssey event schedule

The Feline Fortress Furrdyssey event commenced in Genshin Impact on Monday, 8 April 2024. Scheduled to run for 10 days, it is set to conclude on Thursday, 18 April 2024, at 9 AM BST.

This event will wrap up just a week before the release of Genshin Impact Version 4.6, ensuring that players won't have to wait too long for new content after enjoying this cat-themed event.

To obtain all rewards available during this event, it is necessary to increase Feline Favor by setting up comfortable rooms for every cat and showing them affection in their preferred locations.

Accomplishing the furnishing of a cat's room will result in receiving 40 Primogems, 20,000 Mora, and three Guides to Freedom.

Achieving the Cherished friendship status with each cat will also grant the same rewards. If additional Primogems are required for character pulls such as Neuvillette, this method presents an excellent opportunity to acquire them.

Snowball’s Warm Little Den

To start, you must create a room for Snowball that possesses a limited level of Comfiness and Aesthetics, yet a substantial amount of Durability. Choose the subsequent furniture items to fulfil these requirements:

  • Teatime Accessory
  • Comforting Ornament
  • Lunch Break Seat
  • Overflowing Cabinet

This amount will suffice to qualify for the rewards associated with embellishing Snowball's Cozy Den.

After you have adorned Snowball's cosy den, it is now time to engage in playtime with the feline companion in order to enhance your friendship. Snowball particularly enjoys being gently petted in the designated areas:

  • Face
  • Upper Body
  • Lower Body
  • Left Paw
  • Right Paw

It is advisable to refrain from touching Snowball's ears or tail, as doing so may result in a decrease in your friendship level. It is important to vary the areas you pet Snowball to prevent boredom and continue earning the most effective friendship boosts.

In order to obtain Primogems, you simply need to raise your friendship level with Snowball to the Cherished stage. However, it wouldn't hurt to pet the cat a few more times to reach the Inseparable stage.

Bunny’s Hopping Home

Bunny is the name of the second cat participating in this event. The necessary decorations for Bunny's Hopping Home prioritize durability and aesthetics over comfort. These selections are ideal for creating Bunny's Hopping Home:

  • Gilded Cradle Toy
  • Calming Flower
  • Philosophy Seat
  • Bedtime Story Cabinet

After adorning the chamber, it is now the opportune moment to caress Bunny in order to enhance your bond. While engaging in this activity, pay special attention to these specific regions:

  • Left Ear
  • Right Ear
  • Face
  • Upper Body
  • Lower Body

Please refrain from touching Bunny's tail or either of Bunny's paws if you wish to avoid losing friendship points. Remember, reaching the Cherished level is sufficient to earn the free Primogems, but it wouldn't hurt to spend some additional quality time to reach the highest level.

Dustball’s Relaxing Room

To proceed to the next part of the Feline Fortress Furrdyssey event, you must select the following furniture items for Dustball, the third cat you will encounter. Dustball desires a room that emphasises utmost comfort:

  • Precise Ornament
  • Outspoken Stool
  • Leisure Cabinet
  • Resplendent Carpet
  • Rose’s Toy

After completing the decoration, you may proceed to pet Dustball in order to enhance your friendship level. The procedure remains unchanged from the previous two cats. Dustball particularly enjoys being petted in the following spots:

  • Face
  • Upper Body
  • Left Paw
  • Right Paw
  • Tail

Dustball is the first feline that allows you to stroke their tail, however, refrain from attempting to touch Dustball's ears or lower body unless you wish to agitate the cat. Following the petting session, you may obtain additional complimentary Primogems as a token of appreciation.

Dopey’s Fantasy Paradise

Dopey, the fourth feline companion you'll encounter at this event, has a preference for decor that strikes a delicate balance between comfort and style. Below are the furniture options available for Dopey:

  • Rich Sofa
  • Teatime Accessory
  • Pleasing Light
  • Cornucopia Seat
  • Tremendous Cabinet

To maximise your friendship points with Dopey, make sure to caress him in the designated areas:

  • Left Ear
  • Right Ear
  • Upper Body
  • Lower Body
  • Tail

You will remain safe as long as you refrain from touching Dopey's paws. Simply continue following the same petting routine as you have been doing for the past few days, and everything will be fine. By now, you should be familiar with the procedure.

Fantastic Felines’ Forbidding Fortress

Sir Pouncelot, the last cat to arrive at the Feline Fortress Furrdyssey Event, has a refined palate. To satisfy him, select these ornaments:

  • Assembled Stool
  • Carefree Sofa
  • Standing Round Table
  • Flowing Flower
  • Gently Lit Cabinet

Sir Pouncelot's refined preferences may give the impression that he doesn't value pets as much as his feline companions. However, beneath his sophisticated exterior, he possesses a tender heart just like the others. He takes great pleasure in being caressed in these particular areas:

  • Right Paw
  • Left Paw
  • Right Ear
  • Left Ear
  • Lower Body
  • Upper Body

Sir Pouncelot permits you to caress him everywhere except his face. There are no incorrect decisions. Although one might assume that the final cat of the event would be the most challenging, Sir Pouncelot is actually a gentle little boy.

That concludes all the details regarding the Feline Fortress Furrdyssey event in Genshin Impact! While it may not be the most thrilling event in Teyvat, it is certainly the cutest and provides a great opportunity to accumulate free Primogems for future character summons.

Fortunately, there isn't an overwhelming amount of dialogue to navigate through.

Genshin Impact 4.6 Phase 1 and Phase 2 Banners Revealed - Main Image

The Genshin Impact 4.6 Livestream has just revealed the character banners for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the upcoming 4.6 update!

Arlecchino's highly anticipated arrival in Genshin Impact 4.6 is causing a stir in the community. Her unique design and powerful kit are poised to scorch the meta, but who else will join her in this exciting update? Let's find out.

4.6 Phase 1 and Phase 2 banners revealed

The 4.6 Livestream revealed exciting details about character banners! Arlecchino, a powerful new 5-star Pyro polearm user, headlines the patch. Joining her is her disciple Lyney, in Phase 1, and the ex-Harbinger, Wanderer, and owner of Bubu Pharmacy, Baizhu, in Phase 2.

To sum up, here are the Version 4.6 character banners in each phase:

  • 4.6 Phase 1 banners (24 April- 14 May)
    • 5-stars:
      • Arlecchino
      • Lyney
    • 4-stars:
      • Lynette
      • Freminet
      • Bennett
  • 4.6 Phase 2 banners (15 May - 5 June)
    • 5-stars:
      • Wanderer
      • Baizhu
    • 4-Stars:
      • (Unknown) - We'll update this article when more information is revealed!

While many players expected Furina to join Arlecchino's banner, given the pattern of Archons receiving reruns around this point in time, their intriguing in-game dynamics, and complementary skillsets that many believed would boost sales, others have found that Lyney's inclusion (as Arlecchino's disciple) is a thematically satisfying choice!

Widely dubbed as the most-anticipated character banner in Genshin Impact’s Fontaine cycle, Arlecchino is a 5-star Pyro Polearm user who thrives as an on-field DPS. Unlike other characters, she doesn't rely on traditional healing methods. Instead, Arlecchino utilises a unique mechanic called Bond of Life (BoL) to fuel her immense damage output.

Her signature weapon is called "Crimson Moon's Semblance", and it boasts a sub-stat of CRIT Rate, making it ideal for damage-focused characters.

With Arlecchino's fiery arrival and exciting reruns, Version 4.6 promises a thrilling update for Genshin Impact players!

A new area of Fontaine will open in Genshin Impact Version 4.6. Travelers will get to visit the village of Petrichor and explore an area called “Remuria”.

Although it seems a quite small place at first sight, Petrichor has a lot more to offer beneath its surface. Namely, there is where the kingdom of Remuria’s remains lay at rest.

If you’re wondering how big such a glorious and prosperous nation was, stay with us and find out!

The new explorable area in Genshin Impact 4.6 is called Remuria!

Remuria was the ancient society in Fontaine that came before the reign of the former Hydro Archon Egeria. Established by the deity Remus, revered as the God King by his subjects, its main urban center was Capitolium.

Remuria's collapse was brought about by Remus' efforts to prevent its foretold demise, notably by bestowing his divine power and authority upon the four human Harmosts he selected to rule his cities.

The historical accounts of the "Golden Troupe," active during that period, were mostly erased during Remuria's abrupt downfall. Yet, according to Rene's investigations, Jakob's distinct physical makeup seems to have a connection to the Golden Troupe in some manner.

Remuria was destined to be submerged into the Abyss, consuming all in its path, including the inhabitants and Remus himself.

What to expect in Remuria?

In Remuria, Traveler will meet a talking cat. With its guidance, you’ll be able to see the civilisation that vanished thousands of years ago! Now, let’s go back to King Remus. He composed a “Symphony”. One with wondrous power that grants the wishes of the human souls dwelling within.

You’ll have to learn about this “Symphony” by going on an adventure with this little cat where you'll be guided to the kingdom’s remnants slumber in the depths where the sunlight can’t reach. You’ll meet the dragon in the deep seas, and be able to obtain powers relating to the “Symphony”, which will help you explore the lost realm of Remuria.

You’ll be able to pause the “melody” within the realm of this ancient civilisation. You can also unseal time in places where it’s stopped. All these powers will let you interact with specific objects in the ruins. It will be useful for solving puzzles during your adventure!

A new boss awaits in Remuria

The Statue of Marble and Brass will soon be coming as a World Boss! It is a majestic colossus sculpted from marble and brass, displaying the immortality and glory of a great civilisation of old.

Now, this statue stands slumbering within the undersea Faded Castle, awaiting for the one who dares challenge the majesty of the ancient ruler. You can earn all sorts of materials if you manage to beat it in a challenge.

Arlecchino Revealed as the New Weekly Boss in Genshin Impact 4.6

Arlecchino Revealed as the New Weekly Boss in Genshin Impact 4.6 - Main Image

The Genshin Impact Version 4.6 Special Program has arrived, and during the livestream, Arlecchino was revealed as the new Weekly Boss.

Arlecchino also referred to as "The Knave," is an upcoming Pyro character that players can control in the popular game Genshin Impact. She holds the position of the Fourth among the Eleven Fatui Harbingers and currently serves as the director of the House of the Hearth.

Within the house, she is respectfully addressed as "Father" by its members, whom she affectionately considers her "children." Now, let’s look at Arlecchino’s appearance and combat style.

New Weekly Boss revealed to be Arleechino!

Despite her limited screentime in the Fontaine Archon Quest, Arlecchino's sharp wit and menacing aura left a lasting impression on players. As the Fourth of the Fatui Harbingers, Arlecchino is more than just a Pyro user. Players will face the full brunt of her power in Version 4.6 as Arlecchino takes centre stage as the new Weekly Boss, "The Knave."

The combat preview trailer hints at a two-phase battle with a fearsome arsenal. Expect wide-sweeping scythe attacks, homing projectiles, and even teleportation!

As a playable character, when Arlecchino’s Elemental Skill strikes opponents, it applies Blood-Debt Directives to them for a period of time. When Arlecchino uses a Charged Attack or her Elemental Burst and it hits an opponent with Blood-Debt Directive, she will absorb and clear nearby Blood-Debt Directives. This will grant her a Bond of Life worth a percentage of her Max XP.

Arlecchino enters the “Masque of Red Death” state when the value of her Bond of Life is equal to or greater than a certain percentage of her HP, where her Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks will be converted to deal Pyro DMG which cannot be overridden.

Arlecchino, also known as "the Knave," demonstrates formidable combat prowess as the fourth Harbinger of the Fatui. Armed with Pyro abilities, a polearm, and a unique mechanic called the "Bond of Life," she showcases her strength on the battlefield.

This effect, initially observed in select Fatui Operatives and specific weapon enhancements in Fontaine, latches onto a target and hinders healing until the inflicted individual receives an equivalent amount of healing as the Bond of Life. Interestingly, Arlecchino can also apply the "Bond of Life" to herself, enhancing her offensive capabilities.

Arlecchino Story Quest

Arlecchino’s story quest “Ignis Purgatorius” will be released with Genshin Impact Version 4.6. Although we haven’t discovered many details about the quest, the livestream revealed a new feature – the Focused Experience Mode!

If you use the feature while playing Arlecchino’s Story Quest, then it will minimise the number of times that you’ll be interrupted by characters or quest locations being allocated to other quests. Hopefully, this new mode will help Travelers have a better story experience!

Exploration improvements

At the end of the improvements comes the much-needed buff for the Treasure Compass. This one will make treasure hunting more efficient and you will enjoy your adventure.

  • Mini-map and Large Map Integration: Treasure chest markers will now be displayed on both the mini-map and the large map, providing a clear visual indicator of nearby chests.
  • Multiple Information: The compass will include information about different map layers. This can help you find hidden chests located on different elevation levels within a specific area.

In order to be eligible for Genshin Impact's redemption codes, you must be at least Adventure Rank 10. Once you reach Adventure Rank 10, all you have to do is follow these steps with your codes in hand:

  1. Visit the official Genshin Impact code redemption page
  2. Next, log in to your Genshin Impact account
  3. Under “Redeem Code”, select your server

Genshin Imact Version 4.7 still remains far away from the public, but data miners and leakers are getting their hands on information as we get closer to the official release.

New faces may soon join the playable roster through the Genshin Impact 4.7 banners, with rumours swirling around an Electro character and a potential Geo addition. However, details still remain shrouded in secrecy as leaks only can reveal so much. On the other hand, a few names have been mentioned.

Nevertheless, let's delve into the latest leaks and see what we have learned so far about Genshin 4.7 and its banners as new leaks are available.

Genshin Impact 4.7 character banners leaked

Genshin Impact version 4.7 leaks are swirling with speculation about new character additions. Here is a glimpse at the rumoured faces:

  • Clorinde (Electro): Clorinde is a long-awaited character and is speculated to be a 5-star, hailing from Fontaine's Archon Quest, and is a Champion Duelist. Clorinde will be a great addition to the team as Clorinde could potentially focus on the Overload elemental reaction, according to leaked information.
  • Sethos (Geo): In addition to Clorinde, leaks paint a picture of a Geo character from Sumeru. So far, this has piqued player interest, despite it being just a 4-star. Sethos is set to be the first Geo character from the region's Great Red Sand desert. There aren't many details on the character, but rumours hint at sand-based abilities, which is a unique addition to any team.
  • Sigewinne (Hydro): Leaks also mentions a potential 5-star Hydro character. Sigewinne works as the head nurse at the Fortress of Meropide. However, there isn't more information on the potential role and abilities.

According to leaks, these characters are set to enter the fray in Version 4.7, but it is important to remember that these are unconfirmed rumours for now.

Based on Genshin Impact's patch schedule, Version 4.7 is expected around 5 June 2024. Clorinde might headline Phase 1, with Sethos and Sigewinnie potentially joining then or in Phase 2 which will start on 26 June 2024.

Should You Pull for Chiori or Arataki Itto in Genshin Impact 4.5

Should You Pull for Chiori or Arataki Itto in Genshin Impact 4.5 - Main Image

The Genshin Impact Version 4.5 is knocking at the gates. In Phase 1 of this update, you’ll be able to call upon Chiori or Arataki Itto, so the big question arises: Should you pull for Chiori or Arataki Itto in Genshin Impact Version 4.5?

We will try to answer that question in the following guide. We will highlight each character’s strengths and weaknesses and give the verdict in the end.

Chiori and Arataki Itto will be available during Phase 1 of Version 4.5 from 13 March 2024 to 2 April 2024.

Should you pull for Chiori?

Chiori, a swift and agile combatant, swiftly maneuvers across the battlefield wielding her blades and calling upon an automaton for aid. She will get her debut in Genshin Impact Version 4.5.

As a damage dealer, her offensive prowess is influenced by both her Attack and Defense attributes. It will grant her versatility in locating artefact pieces and assembling a team.

She thrives in the company of other Geo units capable of summoning constructs. Chiori possesses a unique ability to swap characters, amplifying the impact of her own summoning abilities.

When Chiori is paired with a reliable construct character such as Zhongli, her off-field damage output will essentially double due to the presence of two Tamoto spawns.

Unlike many off-field DPS characters that heavily depend on Elemental Reactions for their damage output, Chiori's damage is concentrated up front. She does not need to rely on Crystallize, which makes her a direct and efficient damage dealer.

A good option for beginners

Chiori is an ideal choice for beginners or players who prefer a less demanding character-building process due to her relatively simple unit construction. With her ability to utilize both ATK and DEF for damage, she can easily take advantage of two of the most commonly used stats in the game.

This makes artefact farming a much smoother experience compared to more specialized units. Additionally, her versatility allows her to benefit from a wider range of artefact set bonuses, further enhancing her usability and potential.

Despite the challenges posed by the Geo element, Chiori stands out as one of the most effective and user-friendly units within it.

Just another sub-DPS

Chiori's inclusion in your roster and her path to success face a significant obstacle: she is categorized as a sub-DPS, off-field Geo unit. This characteristic brings to mind a familiar figure, Albedo, who has been somewhat overlooked by many. Interestingly, Albedo and Chiori share almost identical roles.

However, Chiori's playstyle is less reliant on specific terrain conditions compared to Albedo, whose flower can be easily disrupted by even the smallest pebble. Despite these slight differences, their gameplay styles remain quite similar, particularly in the realm of Geo abilities.

Moreover, although Chiori has the ability to function effectively in teams that do not solely consist of Geo characters, such as in a Navia Crystallize lineup where Chiori's performance will truly shine, her primary role lies within solo Geo compositions.

This is primarily due to her exceptional synergy with Geo Constructs. It is highly likely that individuals who are interested in playing mono-Geo teams already possess all the necessary characters to support that particular play style.

Consequently, convincing players to include Chiori in their teams may prove to be more challenging as she essentially offers a similar experience to Albedo. While some players may appreciate the variation in gameplay, those who were anticipating a more significant enhancement to the Geo playstyle may find themselves disappointed.

Should you pull for Arataki Itto?

Arataki Itto is a 5-star claymore-wielding Geo character known for his ability to deal significant Geo damage while his Elemental Burst is active. He is particularly effective as a main DPS character, a role that has not been commonly associated with Geo characters, with the exception of Noelle.

Interestingly, Itto's skill set closely resembles that of Noelle, as both characters use claymores and have skills that boost ATK based on Defense. However, Itto does not face the same issues as Noelle, such as energy management and damage scaling.

Additionally, he synergizes well with other Geo support characters like Gorou and Albedo, making the Mono Geo composition more viable in the current meta.

A very strong character

Itto excels in dealing strong Geo damage, showcasing high damage bursts in each rotation thanks to his impressive multipliers. His kit offers a balance of simplicity and depth, making it easy to pick up while allowing room for mastering combos.

Mastering Itto's gameplay will help you learn how to navigate tight time constraints effectively. Geo characters, like Physical carries, can be utilized in a wide range of scenarios due to the limited number of enemies immune to Geo.

There are cost-effective weapon options available for Itto, with three of the top 5 weapons accessible through the Battle Pass or as free rewards. His Burst mode boasts surprisingly good AOE capabilities and a diverse range of attacks.

Itto can perform well even without unlocking his constellations. Geo MC serves as a budget-friendly battery support for Itto, a character that every player possesses.

With high interruption resistance, Itto's Burst mode ensures the protection of your DPS window. And let's not forget, Itto even beatboxes for you on your birthday.

Drawbacks

Arataki Itto requires a significant resin investment to reach a competitive level; he must be levelled up to 90 and all of his talents should be upgraded. He heavily relies on his Burst ability; energy requirements must be met.

Strict team compositions limit Itto's adaptability and hinder your ability to address team vulnerabilities. Itto teams typically face challenges when breaking elemental shields and cannot capitalize on elemental reactions.

Verdict

Our favourite is Arataki Itto as he seems to be the more powerful of the two characters. However, if you’re a newbie and just started playing Genshin Impact, then Chiori could be your choice. In any case, it’s your personal preference and the decision should depend on your playstyle.

Please keep in mind that Clorinde and Sigewinne are confirmed to be future characters in Genshin Impact, so you may want to wait before making your decision.

Arlecchino Kit Details Revealed in Genshin Impact Leaks - Main Image

Despite her brief appearance in the Fontaine Archon Quest, Arlecchino left a lasting impression on Genshin Impact players. Recent leaks about her kit have only intensified anticipation for her eventual banner debut!

Ranked fourth among the eleven formidable Fatui Harbingers, Arlecchino is sure to bring something new to the table, setting the battlefield (and meta) ablaze. Recent leaks suggest just that – a unique kit with the potential to unlock exciting gameplay possibilities.

Arlecchino leaked to be an Overload powerhouse with unique mechanics

Highly anticipated 5-star Pyro Polearm user, Arlecchino, has been the subject of exciting leaks from reliable sources like Uncle K and HXG. These leaks reveal her unique ability to modify the Overload reaction, similar to how Nilou modifies Bloom, opening doors to thrilling new gameplay possibilities.

As a result, Arlecchino is speculated to perform best as a main DPS in an Overload team, especially when paired with the 4-star Pyro character Chevreuse, due to her powerful Overload-boosting passives. However, Arlecchino will also excel in popular Vaporize teams alongside Hydro sub-DPS characters like Yelan and Furina.

Leaks further suggest Arlecchino's kit might revolve around HP modulation, similar to characters like Neuvillette and Wriothesley. This adds another layer of strategic depth to her gameplay.

Adding to the excitement, recent leaks reveal that Arlecchino's signature Polearm weapon will resemble a scythe. This aligns with HoYoverse's recent efforts to diversify weapon designs, as seen with Xianyun's fan-like "Crane's Echoing Call" Catalyst and Navia's axe-inspired "Verdict" Claymore.

Don't worry if you miss her signature weapon though! According to leaks, Arlecchino’s charged attack transforms her standard polearm into a scythe, offering a taste of the thematic weapon design.

Since her debut in the iconic "A Winter Night's Lazzo" trailer, Arlecchino’s striking white hair, signature red exes, and fierce demeanour have captivated Genshin Impact fans. Her involvement in the Fontaine storyline, stunning in-game model, and unique kit have further fueled anticipation, with players eager to get their hands on her when she's released!

Based on credible leaks, Arlecchino is set to receive her banner debut in Version 4.6, expected for release on 24 April 2024. While Chiori, the renowned fashion designer, headlines Version 4.5 banners, the hype for Arlecchino is palpable.

Genshin Impact Arlecchino: Leaks, and everything we know so far

Genshin Impact Arlecchino: Leaks, and everything we know so far - Main Image

The fourth Fatui Harbinger, Arlecchino, codenamed "The Knave," is slated for release during the Fontaine update, stirring excitement in the Genshin Impact community due to leaks hinting at her unique skills and potential playability.

Among the 18 new characters planned for Fontaine, Arlecchino stands out as a formidable Fatui Harbinger, the main antagonist faction in Genshin Impact. Her arrival marks the third Harbinger to join the playable roster, following Childe (Tartaglia) and Scaramouche (Wanderer). Since her debut in the iconic "A Winter Night's Lazzo" teaser, her striking design and enigmatic personality have captivated the community.

So, when can we expect Arlecchino's release, and what element and weapon will she wield? Let’s find out!

Who is Arlecchino?

In a groundbreaking trailer released back in July 2022, HoYoverse gave fans a glimpse at eight of the remaining Fatui Harbingers of Snezhnaya, including Arlecchino. Her striking white hair, the iconic red exes in her eyes, and her fierce demeanour have since captured the rapt attention of Genshin Impact fans.

A year later, Arlecchino made a chilling reappearance in the "Overture Teaser: The Final Feast" for Fontaine. This hinted at her involvement in the region's storyline. In the teaser, she is depicted overseeing Lyney and Lynette's magic "performance", and making remarks about the distinction between being a "magician" and an "actor" who manipulates the crowd.

Like other Fatui Harbingers, Arlecchino's name and alias draw inspiration from commedia dell'arte, a traditional Italian masked pantomime theater. The character of "Arlecchino" (better known as "Harlequin") represents an astute servant, often outsmarting his master and pursuing Columbina, his love interest.

Arlecchino’s personality certainly reflects that of the ‘Harlequin’ archetype, as evidenced by various character interactions. Wanderer describes her as a "wolf in sheep's clothing," and while she aided in Fontaine's recovery after the catastrophe, Navia expresses gratitude but remains wary of her.

While her specific role within the Harbingers remains shrouded in mystery, we know she oversees the House of the Hearth, an orphanage that supplies the Fatui with soldiers. The "The Very Special Fortune Slip" quest reveals that children deemed to ‘have potential’ are enlisted in the Fatui and are dispatched as sleeper agents to other nations. Eerily, the fates of children without ‘potential’ remains unaddressed.

Interestingly, beloved Fontaine characters Lyney, Lynette, and Freminet, were all raised at the House of the Hearth, and display undying loyalty to Arlecchino, calling her "Father."

Arlecchino potential element and weapon

Leaks from reliable sources like Uncle K and HXG suggest that Arlecchino is a 5-star Pyro Polearm user who can switch between dual blades and the traditional polearm stance. To the delight of the community, it was recently revealed that when Arlecchino performs a charged attack, her weapon will transform into a scythe.

Similar to Nilou's ability to modify the Bloom reaction, leaks suggest Arlecchino possesses a unique ability that modifies the Overload reaction, opening doors to new gameplay opportunities.

Arlecchino expected release date

While Chiori, the renowned fashion designer, is expected to headline the upcoming Version 4.5 banners, anticipation for Arlecchino is high. Leaks speculate her banner debut to be in Version 4.6, slated for release on 24 April 2024.

Arlecchino voice actors

Arlecchino is voiced by Nanako Mori in Japanese, Huang Ying in Chinese, and Erin Yvette in English.

It’s important to bear in mind that leaked information can be subject to changes and should be taken with a grain of salt. However, this information comes from credible leakers who have maintained an impressive track record of accurate predictions regarding Genshin Impact's developments.

That was everything we know so far about Arlecchino from Genshin Impact. We will update this article with more information as it becomes available, so stay tuned!

Genshin Impact Spiral Abyss: How to clear Floor 12 - Main Image

The latest update brings a new set of enemies to Floor 12 in the Genshin Impact 4.4 Spiral Abyss.

Since this floor, along with Floor 11, offers the most difficult challenges in the Abyss, it is essential to have well-prepared units for each team.

This guide offers a summary of the recent changes in the current Spiral Abyss and provides strategies to effectively conquer them in the Genshin Impact 4.4 patch update.

Best way to clear Floor 12 in Genshin Impact Spiral Abyss

Chamber 1 walkthrough

We start the Genshin Impact 4.4 Spiral Abyss guide with Chamber 1.

First Half

During the first wave, there are two Cryo Specialist Mekas in the front area. It is important to remember that these Mekas only use Cryo attacks.

Hence, it is recommended to avoid using skills that cause Hydro damage to yourself, such as those from characters like Barbara or Xingqiu when under the Cryo status effect. When you approach one Meka, the other will naturally move towards you.

The main approach centers on sheer force, and given the lack of other options, giving priority to Area of Effect (AoE) DPS is more advantageous than focusing on single-target DPS. It is recommended to avoid relocating to different areas, as the subsequent wave will also emerge from the same spot.

During the second wave, the 2x Breacher Primus appeared in a location very close to where the previous Mekas were located. Due to their restricted mobility, it is important to emphasize the importance of AoE DPS.

These Primus enemies have a strong resistance to Dendro, so it is advisable to be careful when using Dendro DPS characters.

The Primus entities occasionally enter a state of stress, during which they obtain a Dendro shield. This shield allows them to release powerful Lushmissiles that cause significant Dendro damage.

It is strongly advised to swiftly eliminate this shield in order to avoid harm to characters, unless they are protected by a shield of Zhongli's caliber.

The optimal strategy is to perform a solitary Arkhe attack (either Pneuma or Ousia), then utilize Electro and Hydro elements. It is worth mentioning that having a Fontaine character, especially one with Pneuma, allows you to incapacitate the Ousia-type Mekas found in the preceding wave.

Second Half

During the latter part of the conflict, you will encounter a formidable adversary known as the Ruin Serpent. This opponent is known for its tendency to spend a significant amount of time burrowing beneath the ground, making it quite challenging to launch an attack.

However, when it emerges, you will have approximately 20 seconds to inflict damage. In the event that it initiates its Steamroll manoeuvre, it is advisable to utilize all of your most potent moves to strike it with great force within this limited timeframe.

In the event that the battle does not commence with Steamroll, employ your usual abilities and reserve your most powerful move for when the adversary executes its Ultimate attack, which you can subsequently disrupt.

Additionally, the boss will execute a Bomb Barrage attack, revealing four vulnerable spots. Try to strike these weak points in order to halt its spinning manoeuvre.

Xingqiu is proficient in this regard, although Raiden Shogun or characters possessing area-of-effect attacks can also provide assistance.

After eliminating all four vulnerable spots, the Ruin Serpent will experience a momentary paralysis. Nevertheless, this state is short-lived, lasting only approximately 10 seconds.

Therefore, if you desire to maximize your damage output, it is advisable to restart until the Steamroll attack is executed as the initial move. This will grant you a more extended 20-second window to inflict damage.

Chamber 2 walkthrough

The next in our Genshin Impact 4.4 Spiral Abyss is Chamber 2.

First Half

In the initial segment, you will encounter two Eremites who commence in an augmented state, rendering them impervious to Anemo crowd control. It is advisable to prioritize eliminating the Galehunter initially as she possesses the ability to generate an Anemo vortex, although she does not pursue you vigorously.

The Stone Enchanter displays a higher level of aggression. It is imperative to possess a character equipped with a shield, as you will not only be engaging in combat with two adversaries but also their summoned creatures.

Upon vanquishing the spirit animals, the Eremites will be rendered stunned for a duration of 10 seconds, during which their Geo/Anemo resistance will be significantly diminished.

In the subsequent section, two additional Eremites, this time female, emerge at identical locations and promptly enter an elevated state. Pay attention to the Floral Ring-Dancer as the Loremaster has the ability to teleport to your whereabouts.

It is recommended to prioritize defeating the spirit animals initially, as they enhance the resistance of the ladies. After successfully defeating the animals, the Eremites will be stunned for a duration of 10 seconds, during which their Pyro/Dendro resistance is reduced.

Second Half

Setekh Wenut, a formidable boss, awaits you in a single wave. Its actions exhibit a certain level of predictability, yet there is an element of randomness involved. It usually executes a sequence of four attacks before unleashing its devastating Windbite Bullet Ultimate.

The initial assault may consist of either Anemo drill-like bullets or an unexpected thrust from beneath the ground.

In the second phase, Wenut refrains from launching an attack and instead emerges, creating a chance to strategically place elemental objects for potential reactions.

The third assault consists of an Anemo breath, which can be effectively countered within a reasonable timeframe. As for the fourth phase, it closely resembles the second one, devoid of any attacks.

Following these actions, Wenut executes its Windbite Bullet Ultimate. Utilize all of your Elemental Skills and Bursts to eliminate a minimum of 2 bullets, weakening Wenut's resistance to those elements and causing it to be paralyzed briefly. Seize this opportunity during the paralysis to release all of your Bursts.

Wenut then proceeds to perform its sequence of actions once more and unleashes the Ultimate ability. By applying Cryo, there is a possibility to limit its attacks to 3 instead of 4, although success is not certain.

This strategy could potentially shave off a few seconds, a critical factor in obtaining a perfect star rating in this particular challenge stage.

Chamber 3 walkthrough

Let's conclude the Genshin Impact 4.4 Spiral Abyss guide with Chamber 3.

First Half

In the initial segment, there exist two Ousia Mekas positioned centrally. Their attacks possess the capability to initiate Overload reactions. Begin by directing your attention towards the Suppression Meka situated on the right side, as it exhibits a slower pursuit in comparison to the Assault Meka on the left. By executing two Pneuma attacks, you can effectively immobilize them.

In the subsequent section, the adversaries remain unchanged, however, their positions have been exchanged. Once the second wave commences, proceed towards the left side to confront the Suppression Meka.

Second Half

There is a single adversary present in this particular wave, which is the Aeonblight Drake. It is advisable to have an archer in your party as most melee characters are unable to engage the enemy when it takes flight.

Utilize the archer to aim at the vulnerable spots on the creature's head, chest, or wings, depending on its attacking pattern. The weak points can be identified by observing the bright orange orb.

There are two significant assaults that require close attention: the Missile Barrage, which uncovers the vulnerable spot on the chest, and the Ultimate–Energy Surge, which exposes the weak point on the head.

If you fail to immobilize it prior to the bomb launch during the Ultimate attack, it will develop a resistance to the element it has absorbed the most damage from (60%).

Upon striking the Drake's weak point, it will descend to the ground, presenting an ideal moment to unleash your full array of skills and abilities. Remember to consistently target its weak spot while it is airborne and capitalize on the opportunity when it remains grounded. It is advisable to refrain from deploying physical characters due to the Drake's substantial physical defence.

Hopefully, this Genshin Impact 4.4 Spiral Abyss guide will help you to clear Floor 12.

Chamber 1 walkthrough

We start the Genshin Impact 4.4 Spiral Abyss guide with Chamber 1.

First Half

In every one of the four waves, the opponents gather at the monolith, with three enemies appearing in each wave.

Despite their sole concentration on the monolith, this stage is quite easy to handle due to the restricted number of adversaries, their simultaneous appearance, and their inclination to encircle the monolith organically.

There is no need to utilize Anemo Crowd Control (CC) to gather them. Just position yourself close to the monolith in each wave and confront the approaching Hilichurls Mitachurls.

Second Half

In the first wave, six Slimes appear near the Monolith. The Hydro Slimes are focused on the Monolith, while the other Slimes are coming after you.

If you have Anemo characters like Sucrose, Kazuha, or Venti, using their Skills or Bursts to Swirl all the Slimes together is the best strategy, especially in waves with Slimes.

If you don't have Anemo Crowd Control, concentrate on taking out the Slimes one by one, especially the ones near the Monolith. The smaller Slimes have lower HP, making them easier to defeat quickly.

Although referred to as "waves," Slimes reappear after defeating any Slime on the field. For example, eliminating one Slime triggers the emergence of the next Slime at its position until all 18 Slimes are present.

Chamber 2 walkthrough

First Half

During the first stage, a pair of Geovishaps appear in close proximity, displaying increased resilience against Geo elements. These beings actively chase after the player, creating a chance to gather them together.

Nevertheless, they can be easily pushed back, necessitating careful placement to arrange them in a straight line, preferably against a wall for better management.

When the Geovishaps' health drops to 40% or after a long period of time, they undergo a transformation and gain the powers of Hydro and Cryo. This transformation increases their resistance to these elements and they remain in a constant Hydro/Cryo state.

This allows players to take advantage of elemental reactions. Furthermore, when the Geovishaps perform a slam attack on a shielded character, they become momentarily stunned, creating an opportunity for players to exploit their vulnerability.

It is important to mention that in the next wave, two Vishaps will appear at the back, positioned closely together. In order to trigger a swim attack, players can position themselves against the back wall, luring the Vishaps to chase after them, provided they do not have Anemo crowd control.

It is worth noting that these Vishaps have a 30% resistance to Physical and Hydro damage, so it is recommended to bring characters that are well-equipped.

Two difficult skills to be cautious of include Purifying Shower: This ability drains energy from the current character. Characters with under 10 Energy will experience significant health reduction, regardless of having a shield.

Second Half

During the first stage, all opponents appear in the front area, positioned closely together. This configuration implies a purposeful arrangement to promote the use of Anemo to create a Swirling Hydro effect on the Pyro Abyss Mage's shield, offering a remarkably efficient strategy.

After the shield vanishes, the Abyss Mage is rendered almost helpless and extremely vulnerable. Hence, it is crucial to give priority to eliminating its Pyro shield, with Hydro being the most advantageous element for this objective. Once the shield is dispelled, promptly defeat the Abyss Mage and then attend to the Slimes.

The same method can be applied to the second wave, in which the Cryo Abyss Mage is surrounded by Pyro Slimes, creating a favourable opportunity for your Anemo character to create a Swirl effect and affect the entire situation.

Chamber 3 walkthrough

Let's conclude the Genshin Impact 4.4 Spiral Abyss guide with Chamber 3.

First Half

In this situation, a lone wave is present, while the 2 Ruin Drakes appear at the far end of the area. Nevertheless, the specific placement is irrelevant, since interacting with one Ruin Drake will cause the other to follow suit.

The suggested approach in this situation is simple: utilize sheer force. Even though the adversary is constantly moving, close combat strikes work normally. The main objective is to maintain a relentless assault while avoiding any incoming attacks.

There are multiple weak spots that can be identified on the Ruin Drakes. The Thruster Weak Points, which resemble wings, are only visible when the enemy is in the air and they remain undamaged.

The Chest Weak Point is only revealed during the Missile Barrage attack (unofficially named) - the Ruin Drake targets players and launches a series of missiles.

The Head Weak Point is exposed solely during the Energy Surge attack (unofficially named) - the Ultimate move that includes a charging sequence followed by the release of bombs into the air.

Choosing to focus on these vulnerabilities is a decision that varies from person to person. If confronting the adversary that hovers above becomes difficult, immobilizing it first and then launching a series of attacks is a feasible option.

Second Half

During the first wave, all enemies appear in a formation encircling your playable characters, while keeping a reasonable distance. The subsequent interaction leads to various elemental responses, thanks to the wide range of elements present.

To commence the challenge, it is recommended to focus primarily on the Mirror Maiden in every wave. This opponent possesses the highest HP and ATK, frequently utilizing teleportation to avoid getting too close.

The other Treasure Hoarders will eventually try to follow or position themselves strategically to launch their bomb attacks.

The importance of Anemo crowd control is highlighted in this scenario, where the focus is on gathering enemies in one place instead of facing them one by one.

With the Treasure Hoarders moving in different directions - either retreating or moving forward - the use of Anemo Vacuum guarantees their immobilization, removing any element of surprise.

When the term 'waves' is mentioned, adversaries reappear after defeating a particular enemy on the battlefield. For example, if a Pyro Treasure Hoarder is defeated, another Pyro Treasure Hoarder will appear at the same spot, following this pattern for all elemental Treasure Hoarders and Mirror Maidens.

Hopefully, this Genshin Impact 4.4 Spiral Abyss guide will help you to clear Floor 11.

Genshin Impact 4.5 Chronicled Wish Banner: Characters, weapons, and more

Genshin Impact 4.5 Chronicled Wish Banner: Characters, weapons, and more - Main Image

A new banner type, the Chronicled Wish, arrives in Genshin Impact with the Version 4.5 update! Offering a chance to acquire long-lost favourites, this banner caters to players who missed out on specific characters or weapons.

The Chronicled Wish banner differs from standard and limited banners by providing a curated pool of 5-star characters and weapons that you can chart a path towards. This allows players to fill out their collection with units they might have missed previously.

With that, said here’s everything you need to know about the first iteration of the Chronicled Wish banner!

Chronicled Wish banner release date

The Chronicled Wish banner will debut alongside the Version 4.5 update, slated for release on 13 March 2024.

While the recent Q&A revealed "Chronicled Wish" events will occur "from time to time," the specific release schedule and whether it's a recurring banner remains unclear. Stay tuned for further updates!

Chronicled Wish banner characters and weapons (Version 4.5)

In Version 4.5, players will get the chance to pull for the following 5-star characters in the Chronicled Wish banner:

  • Eula
  • Mona
  • Albedo
  • Klee
  • Diluc
  • Jean

These 5-star weapons will be available on the first Chronicled Wish banner:

  • Claymore: Beacon of the Reed Sea, Song of Broken Pines, Wolf's Gravestone, Skyward Blade
  • Catalyst: Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds, Skyward Atlas
  • Swords: Skyward Blade, Aquila Favonius
  • Polearm: Skyward Spine
  • Bow: Hunter's Path, Skyward Harp

Chronicled Wish banner explained

A new type of banner will be available starting from Verison 4.5: the Chronicled Wish. Using “Chronicled Path”, players can chart a specific path towards their desired character or weapon, requiring only a maximum of 1 Fate Point to guarantee your target. Additionally, you're guaranteed an item that matches your target type. This means if you're pulling for a 5-star character, you'll always receive a character.

It's important to note that these new banners will only feature 5-star characters who have had at least three previous character event wishes and haven't appeared in recent banners.

The wish guarantee count continues to accumulate and carries over within the Chronicled Wish system, and is independent from other Wish types. However, Fate Points are specific to each Chronicled Wish banner and reset to 0 upon the banner's conclusion.

While players will still have to battle against the pesky 50/50, many view this new banner as a fantastic opportunity to finally acquire characters or weapons they may have missed out on previously!

That was everything you need to know about the new banner type, Chronicled Wish, coming to Genshin Impact in Version 4.5!

Genshin Impact Chiori Kit: All abilities, Passive Talents, and Constellations

Genshin Impact Chiori Kit: All abilities, Passive Talents, and Constellations - Main Image

The renowned fashion designer and owner of Fontaine's Chioriya Boutique, Chiori, has taken the Genshin Impact community by storm since her debut in Version 4.3's Fontinalia Film Festival. This fervour is further fueled by the 4.5 Livestream, that unveiled her ability kit, leaving fans eager to witness Chiori’s prowess in battle.

Among the new Fontaine cycle characters, Chiori is a highly anticipated 5-star Geo character excelling in the Sub-DPS role. Her playstyle revolves around summoning a doll companion, "Sode," to unleash continuous Geo damage on the battlefield.

With that said, here's a comprehensive guide covering Chiori's Elemental Skill, Elemental Burst, Passive Talents, and Constellations!

Genshin Impact Chiori kit guide

Chiori is a 5-star Geo Sword user who shines as an off-field Sub-DPS unit, particularly when paired with Geo characters capable of summoning Geo Constructs. She scales off of ATK and DEF.

To prepare for her release in Version 4.5, we've compiled a detailed guide to her abilities based on information provided by honeyhunterworld and the 4.5 Livestrean, ensuring you're well-prepared to unleash her full potential.

Chiori Basic Attacks

Weaving Blade

  • Normal Attack: Performs up to 4 rapid strikes
  • Charged Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash 2 rapid sword strikes
  • Plunging Attack: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact

Chiori Elemental Skill

Fluttering Hasode

Chiori dashes forward. At the end of the dash, she summons the automaton doll "Sode" and sweeps her blade upward, dealing AoE Geo DMG to nearby opponents based on her ATK and DEF. Holding the Skill button will allow you to enter Aiming Mode to adjust the dash’s direction.

The “Sode” periodically slashes nearby opponents, inflicting AoE Geo DMG based on Chiori's ATK and DEF. When active, if there are nearby Geo Constructs or Geo Constructs created nearby, an additional Sode will be summoned next to your active character. Only one additional Sode can be summoned in this manner, and its duration is independently counted.

Chiori Elemental Burst

Hiyoku: Twin Blades

Chiori unsheaths her twin blades and slices opponents around her with the clean cuts of a master tailor, dealing AoE Geo DMG based on her ATK and DEF.

Chiori Passive Talents

1. Brocaded Collar's Beauteous Silhouette

When any party member wears an outfit other than their default one or uses a wind glider other than the Wings of First Flight, all party members gain the Swift Stride effect, increasing Movement SPD by 10%.

This effect does not apply in Domains, Trounce Domains, and the Spiral Abyss, and it does not stack.

2. Tailor-Made

Chiori gains different effects based on the next action she takes shortly after using Fluttering Hasode's upward sweep. Pressing the Elemental Skill triggers the Tapestry effect, while pressing the Normal Attack triggers the Tailoring effect:

  • Tapestry
    • Switches to the next character in your roster
    • Grants all party members the "Seize the Moment" effect: When the active party member's Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, and Plunging Attacks hit an opponent, "Sode" executes a coordinated attack, dealing 100% of Fluttering Hasode's upward sweep DMG as AoE Geo DMG at the opponent's location This damage is considered Elemental Skill DMG
    • "Seize the Moment" lasts for 8s, and "Sode" can execute one coordinated attack every 2s. Two coordinated attacks can occur per "Seize the Moment" effect duration.
  • Tailoring
    • Chiori gains Geo infusion for five seconds.

If Chiori doesn't press her Elemental Skill or use a Normal Attack shortly after using Fluttering Hasode's upward sweep while on the field, the Tailoring effect is triggered by default.

3. The Finishing Touch

When a nearby party member creates a Geo Construct, Chiori gains a 20% Geo DMG Bonus for 20 seconds.

Chiori Constellations

1. Six Paths of Sage Silkcraft

Increases the AoE of the automaton doll "Sode" summoned by Fluttering Hasode by 50%. Additionally, if there is another Geo party member besides Chiori, Fluttering Hasode triggers the following after the dash:

  • Summons an additional Sode. Only one additional Sode can exist at a time, whether summoned by Chiori or through the presence of a Geo Construct.
  • Triggers the Passive Talent "The Finishing Touch."

2. In Five Colors Dyed

For 10 seconds after using Hiyoku: Twin Blades, a simplified automaton doll named "Kinu" is summoned next to the active character every three seconds. Kinu attacks nearby opponents, dealing AoE Geo DMG equivalent to 170% of Sode's DMG. Kinu leaves the field after one attack or after lasting three seconds.

3. Four Brocade Embellishments

Increases the Level of Fluttering Hasode by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

4. A Tailor's Three Courtesies

For eight seconds after triggering either follow-up effect of the Passive Talent "Tailor-Made" (Tapestry or Tailoring), when your current active character's Normal, Charged, or Plunging Attacks hit a nearby opponent, a simplified automaton doll, "Kinu," will be summoned near this opponent. You can summon 1 Kinu every second in this way, and up to 3 Kinu may be summoned this way during each instance of Seize the Moment or Tailoring effect. The above effect can be triggered up to once every 15 seconds.

5. Two Silken Plumules

Increases the Level of Hiyoku: Twin Blades by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

6. Sole Principle Pursuit

After triggering a follow-up effect of the Passive Talent "Tailor-Made," Chiori's Fluttering Hasode's CD is decreased by 12s. On top of that, the DMG dealt by Chiori's own Normal Attacks is increased by an amount equal to 235% of her own DEF.

When will Chiori be released in Genshin Impact?

Chiori will receive her first banner in Phase 1 of Version 4.5, which is slated to be released on 13 March 2024.

That was everything you need to know about Chiori's leaked abilities, Passive Talents, and Constellations in Genshin Impact!
