V novém příspěvku na webu X dnes společnost Nacon oznámila, že Terminátora nyní odloží: Dříve se očekávalo, že Terminátor vyjde v říjnu 2024.

Společnost Nacon obecně uvedla, že potřebuje „nějaký čas navíc“, aby mohla realizovat svou vizi hry. Studio chce také „dodat hru, která bude odpovídat vašim očekáváním“.

Společnost Nacon přesnou příčinu zpoždění nesdělila, ani nenabídla konkrétnější termín vydání.

Podle vývojářů je však nadšení fanoušků ohromilo a poděkovali komunitě za pochopení a podporu. Přestože jsou fanoušci z odkladu Terminátora: Survivors zděšeni, podpořili rozhodnutí počkat na bezproblémové uvedení na trh.

Nacon poprvé odhalil Terminátora: Survivors v únoru 2024 během předváděcí akce Nacon Connect. O několik měsíců později společnost Nacon potvrdila další podrobnosti o hře během sezení otázek a odpovědí.

Terminátor: Survivors je hra o přežití v otevřeném světě a střílečka z pohledu první osoby, vytvořená v Unreal Engine 5. Bude podporovat kooperaci i offline hraní pro jednoho hráče.

Podle oficiální stránky služby Steam se hráči „setkají s ikonickými i originálními postavami série“. Bude také obsahovat „neprozkoumaný příběh“ o Soudném dni.

Terminátor: Survivors se dříve plánovalo na PC 24. října 2024, konzolové verze měly vyjít později. Nejnověji se společnost Nacon koncem loňského června podělila o video z vývoje, v němž vysvětluje inspiraci hry původními dvěma filmy Jamese Camerona.

After 13 Years, Test Drive Unlimited Makes its Grand Return

Test Drive Unlimited launched on Xbox 360 in 2006. At the time, it revolutionized the open-world multiplayer racing genre. Set on the island of Oahu in Hawaii, the map offered a variety of landscapes, roads, and locations to explore. A focus on multiplayer aspects made a significant impact: for the first time, players experienced exploring an open world together, driving their favorite cars.

For 13 years, racers have eagerly awaited the return of a franchise that captivated a generation of passionate fans. But this isn’t about tapping into nostalgia, the teams at Nacon and Kylotonn are rekindling the excitement that made the Test Drive games so iconic over a decade ago. It’s a tribute to everything that made the series legendary while (excuse the pun) reinventing the wheel with the introduction of new features and improvements to enrapture a new (and old) generation of petrolheads.

We’re excited to reveal here that Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown is set to launch on September 12, 2024 and that pre-orders are live on Xbox Series X|S.

Po četných zpožděních Nacon oznámil nové datum vydání pro závod v otevřeném světě, přičemž předobjednávky jsou k dispozici již nyní.

Poté, co společnost Nacon vypustila speciální oznámení hry Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown, zveřejnila nový trailer, který odhaluje datum vydání. Hra vyjde 12. září pro konzole Xbox Series X/S, PS5 a PC. Níže se podívejte na nejnovější gameplay, který ukazuje různé lokality na ostrově Hongkong a různá dostupná auta.

Hráči se mohou přidat k jedné ze dvou frakcí – Streets a Sharps – z nichž každá má unikátní velitelství, kosmetiku a další. Greedfall 2: The Dying World will launch in early access.

Citing the game's ambition as a reason, producer Reda Isber explained in a recent livestream that the team would be "relying heavily" on the feedback of players during the early access period to ensure development was "heading in the right direction".

The team also alerted players that saves won't be "compatible between the various updates", so that's something to bear in mind if you were thinking of getting involved.

A new Terminator game has been in development for some time, and you'll be able to play it later this year. Well, in Early Access at least, as Terminator: Survivor will be hitting Steam on October 24. Check out the "Aftermath" trailer below.

If you haven't heard of this – and I must admit I was a bit ignorant of it – Survivors is an open-world game that's set after Judgment Day in James Cameron's sci-fi universe.

The above trailer doesn't give a huge amount away. We see two scavengers, nervously seeking out supplies. With the world in such turmoil, the threat of a Terminator is ever-present. We then get to see the reflection of one of the skeletal robots as it scans the two fuel-seeking humans.

100% rustproof

Terminator: Survivors is being developed by Nacon, and is pretty hot off the heels of the publisher's previous game based on a popular sci-fi franchise: RoboCop: Rogue City. Much like the latter, Rogue City offers a new lease on life for the iconic film series.

Whether Survivors will be as well received remains to be seen at this stage. An open-world game where you're fighting and surviving against killer robots? Sign me the heck up.

Nacon describes the upcoming game – which is also getting a release on Xbox Series X|S and PS5 – thus:

It’s been four years since the day humanity nearly perished. The truth of the event is still muddied in half-truths as you emerge from a shelter to attempt [to] reestablish some semblance of society in a world that seems hell-bent on eliminating you and the last vestiges of mankind. You are tasked with scouring the surrounding land for materials, information, other survivors and key resources in order to establish a base of operations for your fledgling group.

Terminator: Survivors

Endurance Mostorsport Series

When it comes to the ultimate challenge in track racing, there’s nothing more challenging than endurance racing. Marathon multi-class races that involve multiple drivers put extreme strain on vehicles, where everything and anything can happen. Success is a perfect collaboration between drivers, mechanics and engineers.

We wanted to showcase that duality in Endurance Motorsport Series, where you’ll manage both driving and supporting from the pits. Drive licensed cars from major manufacturers, whether Hypercar, LMP2 or GT on famous circuits from across the world in Endurance Motorsport Series, coming to Xbox Series X|S.

Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown

When you hear the words ‘Hong Kong’, what comes to mind? No doubt a city of sprawling skyscrapers, neon lights, food or maybe the people. Let’s get away from all that for just a minute, as the latest trailer for Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown takes us off-road, exploring mountain peaks, lakes, fishing villages and beaches that run alongside the South China Sea.

It’s this variety that is part of the reason that we chose Hong Kong Island as the location for the return of Test Drive Unlimited, and we’re excited to see players explore over 600km of roads (and off-roads) when Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown comes to Xbox Series X|S.

Terminator: Survivors, the previously untitled open-world Terminator game announced by publisher Nacon back in July 2022, has resurfaced with a new cinematic trailer and a Steam early access launch day of 24th October this year.

Terminator: Survivors is being developed by Nacon Studio Milan, the team behind motorcycle racer Rims Racing and TT Isle of Man: Ride on the Edge 3, and is set four years after the catastrophic Judgment Day prophesised in the first two Terminator films.

Cast as a survivor of humanity's near-extinction, players - either working solo or co-operatively with up to three friends - must attempt to "reestablish some semblance of society in a world that seems hell-bent on eliminating you and the last vestiges of mankind."

Almost two years after announcing a survival game based on the Terminator movies, Nacon today revealed the game is named Terminator: Survivors and will enter early access in October. It's set in 2009 after the end of the world, and will see us scavenging to get by as a fledging resistance begins to form. Expect cooperative multiplayer, solo play, base management, and a trailer which doesn't show much of anything.

First announced in May 2022, colonial fantasy RPG Greedfall 2 now has a release window. It will be coming first to Steam early access later this summer, a new cinematic trailer from tonight's Nacon Connect stream has revealed, but don't worry if you haven't played the first game yet. This sequel is actually set three years before the events of 2019's Greedfall, and stars a completely separate protagonist.
