Mabinogi’s February update brings QOL life improvements with wing enchantments and combat balance

23. Únor 2026 v 00:00
February is a time for lovers, a time for cuddling, and of course a time for Mabinogi players to take stock of their wings and whether or not they are enchanted optimally. That last one might not feel like it is quite traditional, but the quality-of-life patch that the game has just dropped adds a number of […]

My love for Arc Raiders is starting to wane, and that plays right into Marathon's hands

18. Únor 2026 v 18:59

Since it dropped at the tail end of October, Arc Raiders has shrugged off any potential threats to its firm grip on my gaming time. New seasons of Black Ops 7 and Battlefield 6 have led to brief dabbles with both games, but little more than that. Destiny 2's Star Wars-themed Renegades expansion is still sitting in my library, waiting to be played. Even the addictive nature of cursed slot machine sim Cloverpit couldn't keep me away from Embark's extraction shooter for long. However, over the last week or so, I've started to show signs of Arc Raiders fatigue, which bodes extremely well for an FPS game that, just a few months ago, I thought was doomed: Marathon.

After major Arc Raiders exploit ruins games, Embark knows players want "fast action" but is taking its time to stay fair

17. Únor 2026 v 16:45

Arc Raiders seems to be facing its first major hurdle. It cleared the first potential hazard, as players didn't seem to care that it had used generative AI for NPC voices, despite the fact it made them sound like lifeless robots. But now matches are being plagued by exploits, including duplication glitches and infinite ammo hacks, which threaten to topple the delicate balance of the game and ruin players' experiences. However, developer Embark Studios is taking its time before banning any cheaters.

Arc Raiders' first Expedition saw over a million players wipe, but Embark wants to find new ways to "incentivize" resets

9. Leden 2026 v 19:06

There are myriad reasons why Arc Raiders not only attracted huge player counts at launch, but has managed to buck the typical trend and sustain them. The biggest, in my view, is how it caters to the most casual of players with elements like its aggression-based matchmaking and free loadout system, while also giving the multiplayer game's most dedicated, high-skill grinders something to aim for with its optional wipes. Known as Expedition Projects, the first took place last month and was an opportunity for top raiders to start afresh, albeit with some additional perks and rewards. However, from speaking with Arc Raiders' design director, Virgil Watkins, I've just learned that its debut wipe was more popular than I anticipated.

Arc Raiders has had offers for a movie adaptation, but Embark insists it must "be done in the right way"

6. Leden 2026 v 16:43

Have you ever experienced a moment in a game that's made you think, "That could be a movie?" I'm not talking about a cutscene from The Last of Us or any of Sony's wannabe movie games, I mean when you're getting stuck into one of the best multiplayer games and pull off a trick that's worthy of a Hollywood blockbuster. If you immediately think of taking down a Matriarch in Arc Raiders, you're in luck: Patrick Soderlund, CEO of developer Embark Studios, says that he has received "many" offers to adapt the hit game into a movie or TV show.

4 New Blue Archive Figures Include 3 Nendoroids

4 New Blue Archive Figures Include 3 Nendoroids

Good Smile Company used social media to reveal a number of new Blue Archive figures, with three of them being Nendoroids. Kanna Ogata, Shiroko Terror, and Kisaki Ryuuge are all the inspirations for the new merchandise, with Kisaki appearing both as a scale figure and Nendoroid. There are no release windows for any of them yet, but they’ll follow items based on characters like Asuna Ichinose, Mari Iochi, and Plana.

It looks like we might end up seeing some of the Blue Archive Nendoroids first. That’s because the Kanna and Shiroko ones already appeared as painted prototypes. When that happens, Good Smile Company typically opens pre-orders for the products a few days or weeks later. The Kisaki one only showed up as an unpainted prototype. Each example photo showed one face plate and possible pose, with the Kanna one including a coffee mug accessory and both Shiroko and Kisaki holding guns.

Here’s how those three look:

The scale figure of Kisaki also appeared as an unpainted prototype. That will feature the character in the same outfit as the Nendoroid. In the pose, she’ll be sitting in an armchair with her gloves on one arm and a jacket on the back.

Hey Arc Raiders, a free Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 could be yours, and all you need to do is say why you deserve it

3. Prosinec 2025 v 15:59

Is anyone actually buying the RTX 5090? Because Nvidia can't stop giving them away. The latest in its steady stream of RTX 5090 giveaways sees the company handing out an Arc Raiders-themed RTX 5090 FE, and all you need to do to win it is tell Nvidia why you're worthy. Ok, so there's a little more to the process of potentially winning the best graphics card in the world. Nvidia wants you to reply to an X post - or one of the similar posts on one of its other social media channels, such as Instagram - making sure to add the words "GeForce Season" in your comment and to say "why you deserve this Holiday upgrade."

The First Descendant delays its next season by six months as it lays the foundations for much-needed redemption arc

2. Prosinec 2025 v 14:04

I remember trying out The First Descendant at Summer Game Fest. As someone who enjoys Warframe, I felt right at home in Ingris, as did over 260,000 players when the shooter first dropped. But Nexon hasn't managed to retain a lot of those players post-launch, and while recent reviews are in the green, its lifetime Steam score sits at 64%, or 'Mixed.' Complaints cite issues with aggressive monetization, the constant addition of new content that feels hard for the sake of being hard, and a repetitive grind that often ends in disappointment as drop rates for important materials are low. In 2026, however, Nexon is taking aim at a lot of these issues, hoping to lure fans back to its sci-fi world.

New Arc Raiders update nerfs pistol "mag-dumping" and punishes two of the strongest counters to bigger bots

20. Listopad 2025 v 14:03

Arc Raiders update 1.3.0 has just arrived, and Embark Studios is tackling one of the most overpowered weapons in the extraction shooter, along with making it a little tougher to bring down big bots. The new patch notes include a Venator nerf, changes to explosive damage that'll see the Hullcracker launcher fall in effectiveness, and a huge price hike for Deadline mines. It's not all bad news for your loadout, however, as the Raider Den has been given a duck-related treat in response to one notable community complaint.
