The Ubisoft Forward 2024 showcase has drawn to close. Don't worry if you missed it, though, as we're about to go over everything which made an appearance during the showcase. From major releases to updates for existing titles to Assassin's Creed - because this is Ubisoft Forward and there has to be Assassin's Creed news. It's the law.

While the Ubisoft Forward 2024 pre-show actually began with a dicussion about Skull and Bones water mechanics, the first proper game trailer we got was for Rocksmith+, a game designed to teach you how to play the guitar. Well, it can now also teach you how to play the piano. You can try RockSmith+ for free on PlayStation 4 and 5.

If you've spent some time blasting in a few rounds, you may have already gotten accustomed to XDefiant's weapon and map collection. There's not a lot of content compared to some first-person shooters, primarily due to its recent launch. Fortunately, players can expect new features based on the XDefiant roadmap and Ubisoft Forward reveal, showcasing new locations, weapons, and many more.
According to the XDefiant Year 1 Roadmap and Season 1 announcement, you can look forward to new seasonal content and features. Here's what to expect:
The new Factions are one of the most exciting new features for XDefiant, offering unique abilities and playstyles. Ubisoft Forward confirmed Season 1's upcoming Faction with GSK, which derives from Rainbow Six Siege. While we don't know the specifics of this particular group, the reveal did give us some insight into their gear. In particular, the ensemble comes with a formidable shield and an explosive grenade. The shield seems to cover much more ground than Phantoms, so it'll likely be catered to defense enthusiasts.
It isn't quite clear if GSK is the same 'Ruby' Faction that was mentioned previously in the roadmap. So, another Faction, outside of the ones mentioned earlier, could still be in the cards for a later season.
Ranked Mode will officially be released in Season 1. Currently, XDefiant only presents a Trial Run version to give players a small taste. Ubisoft will likely use the feedback from this mode to prepare for Ranked Mode's full debut. Ranked Progression rewards are also included to provide you with exclusive content, making it all the more satisfying.
If you want more variety in XDefiant, the upcoming seasons will bring forth new weapons and maps. It will make the game much less tedious once these roll out, especially if you're gunning for another weapon. Plus, three new maps have been confirmed: Clubhouse, Daytona, and Rockefeller. These locations will help set the stage for the upcoming game mode, Capture the Flag, diversifying XDefiant's current lineup.
Ubisoft will also improve XDefiant altogether by maintaining a balanced experience for all players. This mission goes along with their choice of not including SBMM, which has become a controversial topic in shooter games. More pushes like this will likely come up more and more to keep things fair in-game.

Ubisoft Forward has officially confirmed the new content update for XDefiant's Season 1. And fortunately, the wait won't be too long with its July 2, 2024 release.
The trailer revealed all of the XDefiant updates in the pipeline, including the highly anticipated new Faction, GSK. What the latest group will entail is still a mystery, but I can't wait to try it out to see what other unique tactics will be available. In addition to a Faction expansion, we also got a look at three free Eruption weapon skins. These shiny, new gems will undoubtedly spice up your weaponry, but you'll need to play the game in the next 48 hours to get them.
New maps are expected to arrive per month, and we have already gotten the inside scoop into three of them. Specifically, XDefiant will offer Clubhouse, Daytona, and Rockefeller. If you're a racing fan, you'll undoubtedly know all about Daytona. The other maps will also bring about plenty of shenanigans, especially if they are on a much smaller scale in terms of size.
Maps aren't the only thing to look forward to with the upcoming release of the new game mode, Capture the Flag. Every shooter game veteran will certainly enjoy this one, including the new ranked progression rewards that are expected to come for Season 1.

With the promise of new maps on the horizon, many fans hope that XDefiant will draw upon the impressive collection of locales from Ubisoft’s rich gaming history for future maps. XDefiant already has an impressive selection of maps and game modes for you to sink your teeth into. The 14 maps currently on offer grant players access to maps inspired by Ubisoft’s The Division, Far Cry, and Watch Dogs, to name a few.
However, players are itching to see more map variety for future content in the game’s upcoming seasons. With a huge library of games and IP to draw from, there is huge potential for a wider array of unique and interesting maps to battle in. While the map design itself has been generally praised, many seem to feel that Ubisoft is not tapping into the creative potential regarding the treasure trove of IP they are sitting on.
Ubisoft Forward events regularly pop up, usually once a year, giving everyone a chance to see what the colossal publisher and developer is working on. The most recent one unleashed a barrage of information about the first XDefiant season, including a few tidbits about what you can expect when it launches. We also got to find out exactly when that season will land.

Ubisoft's free-to-play arena shooter XDefiant's first patch has been released.
Entitled "Preseason Patch 1", it addresses a number of specific issues, including one with loading into the Practice Zone – some players found themselves "in a hellscape" outside the world – and another that sees devices dropped at players' feet should they die during device deployment. Up until now, they would still be thrown as if you hadn't just carked it.
This means Practice Zone has been turned back on, although the team warns "it's possible weird things could still happen". So make of that what you will.
Ubisoft's XDefiant cannot escape comparisons with the behemoth franchise that is Call of Duty. In the beginning, the game was labeled as a potential CoD killer that could steal away players who were tired of SBMM matchmaking, now it's released some fans are calling it a "clone" that doesn't offer anything "unique." Well, XDefiant's Executive Producer couldn't help clapping back after seeing these accusations on social media.
One thing that XDefiant doesn’t lack in is weapons. From small and compact SMGs to devastating sniper rifles, there are tons of different weapons to choose from. With so many weapons in the game, finding the best ones can be a bit difficult.
Luckily, we have created a tier list that ranks the weapons in this game based on how good they are. With the game having just been released, people are still trying out all the weapons in the game and figuring out what’s best. Knowing which weapons are the best will help you take over any lobby you play in.
There are a total of 17 unlockable weapons from all the different weapon classes on our tier list. Most of the weapons on the list will have to be unlocked before you can use them. If you haven’t unlocked all the weapons in XDefiant, make sure you check out our article on how to unlock every weapon in XDefiant. With all that being said, here is our tier list for all the weapons in the game.
Starting our list we have the MP7 SMG, which for a lot of people is the best weapon in the game. In terms of overall stats, the MP7 isn’t the best at anything in particular. Instead, it is pretty much good at everything it does. On top of that, it is also pretty easy to get used to, making it an amazing weapon for players of all skill levels.
The M870 in XDefiant fits the most classic definition of a shotgun. It is a pump-action shotgun that pretty much decimates anyone close to you. What separates the M870 from the other shotguns in this game is its consistency. Make sure you avoid long range engagements, as that is pretty much the only weakness of the weapon.
To finish off the S-tier weapons we have the ACR assault rifle. Unlike the other 2 weapons in the S-tier, the ACR isn’t the best when it comes to short-range combat. It makes up for it though with to its long-range proficiency. It is also the only assault rifle in the game that is very good at all ranges.
In terms of pure stats, the AK-47 is as good as any assault rifle in the game. The main downside of the gun is its high recoil, which will require you to fire in bursts when fighting from range. Despite that, the AK-47 earns its place in the A-tier due to its high DPS.
The best way to describe the P90 is an SMG with the magazine size of an LMG. Outside LMGs, the P90 has the largest magazine size in the game. Alongside that, the P90 also has decent fire rate and damage. The main thing putting the P90 in the A-tier instead of the S-tier is its slightly lower overall damage than the MP7.
Another SMG, the Vector is one of the hardest weapons in the game to rank. It has the highest fire rate in the game and more than decent damage to go along with it. The weapon pretty much melts anyone instantly. The Vector falls slightly short of the S-tier mainly due to its low magazine size and slightly hard-to-control recoil.
Like the Vector, the Double Pump shotgun is another weapon that is extremely difficult to rank. While it has the best damage in its class, the Double Pump sometimes feels too inconsistent. This is mainly due to its low ammo capacity and having to reload after firing 2 shells.
The M249 overall has pretty average stats, as the damage and fire rate are both OK. LMGs in XDefiant are generally a bit weaker than SMGs and assault rifles. So despite being the highest ranked LMG in this list, the M249 still finds itself in the B-tier. If you do happen to be an LMG enjoyer though, the M249 might be the weapon for you.
The MK20SSR has everything you would expect from a marksman rifle. For mid to long range engagements, there aren’t many guns better than the MK20SSR. Similar to LMGs though, marksman rifles in XDefiant are overall a weaker class when compared to SMGs or assault rifles. The gun has clear strengths, but it also has glaring weaknesses.
If you are looking for pure damage, then look no further than the TAC-50. This sniper rifle can make quick work of anyone at any range in this game. Just one shot to the chest or head will take down any opponent. This is again a weapon that takes some time getting used to. It rewards good accuracy, but is very punishing if you miss. In the right hands, the TAC-50 is as good as any weapon in the game.
The SVD is the perfect bridge weapon from the marksman rifle class to the sniper class. In a way, it mixes both and creates a very fun weapon to use. The SVD has lower damage than the snipers in this game, but makes up for it by having a higher rate of fire.
The M44 has the second highest damage in the game for any weapon, right below TAC-50. Like the TAC-50, the M44 is also a bolt-action sniper rifle. If you are looking for a faster firing and less punishing sniper than the TAC-50, then the M44 is the perfect weapon for you.
The M16 is the most unique assault rifle in XDefiant. While all the assault rifles in this game are fully automatic, the M16 is instead 3-round burst. For players who want an assault rifle purely for precision, the M16 is a great choice to go for.
The M4 in XDefiant is the perfect definition of “jack of all trades, master of none”. The main strength of the weapon is how easy it is to control. There is minimal recoil and landing multiple shots on one person is very straightforward. It is important to note that the M4 is the starting assault rifle. So even if it is worse than the other rifles, its still usable and everyone has access to it.
In many ways, the MP5 is just the SMG version of the M4. A perfect starting weapon, but when compared to other weapons in the class, The MP5 falls just a little bit short. It is probably the most flexible weapon in the SMG class, but that doesn’t make up for its much worse performance in short ranged engagements.
Finally for the D-tier, we start off with the M60 LMG. The M60 has the highest damage in the class, but at the same time, the lowest fire rate. One positive about the weapon is its huge magazine size. Unfortunately that still doesn’t stop the weapon from landing in the D-tier as its overall damage potential is just too low when compared to other weapons.
Unsurprisingly, the other D-tier weapon is also an LMG. The RPK in this game has very similar damage to the M249, but with a much lower fire rate. Unlike the other 2 LMGs on this list, the RPK has a faster default reload than the other LMGs as it uses a magazine similar to assault rifles. In most cases this will be a clear advantage, but the game allows you to use a similar magazine when you are using the M249. So there are pretty much no advantages of using the RPK over the M249.
So there you have it, a weapon tier list for XDefiant showcasing the best weapons and the worst weapons. In a competitive shooter like XDefiant, any advantage that you can get is valuable. Knowing which weapons are best will give you a significant advantage over your opponents, helping you win more gun fights.

In just a short amount of time, XDefiant by Ubisoft has become one of the most popular FPS games on the market. One of the factors that has made the game so popular is the fact that it isn’t pay to win. All in-game gameplay related content can be unlocked by just playing the game, and this includes weapons.
The game has a ton of different weapon options that players can choose to play with. From small compact SMGs to massive LMGs, there is something for everyone in XDefiant. Each class in the game comes equipped with one weapon that is unlocked by default. The rest have to be unlocked using various challenges related to that class.
Unlocked by default.
To unlock the M16A4 you must get a total of 20 headshot kills with assault rifles. Headshots in XDefiant are the same as any other game, and are basically bullets that hit your opponents heads.
Its important to remember that the challenge requires you to get headshot kills, not headshots specifically. This means that the last bullet you land to kill an opponent needs to be a headshot.
Unlocking the AK-47 is relatively simple. You will need to Deal 4,000 Damage with Assault Rifles to unlock it. You can use the M4A1, the starting assault rifle, or any other assault rifle to complete this challenge.
Unlocking the ACR 6.8 is fairly straightforward. All you have to do is go to challenges from your home screen and then switch to the base challenges. From here, select the ACR 6.8 to view its description and unlock requirement, which will read “Get 10 Assault Rifle Longshot Kills(>30m)”.
All you have to do to unlock the MDR weapon in XDefiant is reach level 10 of the pre-season Battle Pass. Do this, and the MDR Assault Rifle is yours! Different than most weapons, since there’s no challenge attached to unlocking this weapon, except reaching level 10 on the Battle Pass.

To get the Vector .45 ACP Weapon, you will need to do a total of 10,000 damage with SMGs. Compared to a lot of other challenges in this game, the requirement for this challenge is fairly straightforward. You can get the 10,000 damage by simply playing the game will SMGs.
You can get your hands on the P90 by getting 10 hip-fire kills with SMGs. Hipfire kills in XDefiant are the same as in other FPS games. All you have to do is kill enemies without aiming down sights. This challenge can also be done with any SMG in the game.
Unlocking the MP7 is fairly easy and straightforward. First, go to your home screen and click on challenges. Then, switch on over to the base challenges where you will see a list of all the different unlockable weapons. From there, select the MP7 to view its description and Unlock requirement, which reads “Get 20 SMG Point-Blank Kills(<5m)”.
Unlocked by default.
You can unlock the Double Barrel shotgun by getting 10 hipfire kills using shotguns. Hipfire kills in XDefiant are kills you perform without aiming down the sights. This challenge is pretty similar to the challenge you need to complete in order to unlock the P90.
To unlock the AA-12 shotgun, you will need to get 15 kills with shotguns from point-blank range. Point-blank in XDefiant is defined as a range of 5 meters or less. Even though there isn’t an exact way to measure 5 meters in game, you can basically think of it as being right in front of someone.
Unlocked by default.
To unlock the RPK-74 in this game, you will need to deal 10,000 damage with LMGs. You can use any of the 3 LMGs to complete this challenge.
The M60 LMG can be unlocked by dealing 5000 damage to enemy equipment with LMGs. Enemy equipment in this game are things such as gadgets and devices. Like most weapon challenges in XDefiant, you can complete this challenge in as many games as you want. All of your progress will carry over between games.

You can unlock the SVD rifle in XDefiant by getting 15 long shot kills with marksman rifles. All the weapons in the marksman class are very good at long ranges, making this challenge a bit easier to complete.
Unlocked by default.
To get yourself the TAC-50 sniper rifle in XDefiant, you must get 10 sniper rifle One Shot kills. One Shot kills are exactly what the name suggests, kills using one bullet of the weapon. In terms of difficulty, this is probably one of the easiest weapon challenges in the game.
Unlocked by default.
Like most weapons in this game, you can unlock the 686 Magnum by completing a specific challenge. The revolver can be unlocked by getting 5 Quick-Swap kills.
Quick-Swap kills in XDefiant are kills you perform shortly after switching over to your sidearm. You don’t have to perform all these kills in the same game, which makes the challenge significantly easier.
To get the M1911 in XDefiant, players will need to get at least 4 secondary weapon point-blank kills. Anything less than 5 meters is considered point-blank in this game. Players can use any of the secondaries, including the M9.
Unlocking the D50 secondary weapon is pretty straightforward: Deal at least 1,000 damage with secondary weapons. Progress carries over through matches, so, it’s considered the “total” damage players have inflicted with secondaries. Players can use any secondary weapon to complete this challenge.
Secondaries are the easiest category of weapons to unlock, and with the 93R, it’s no different. The 93R secondary in XDefiant can be unlocked by sprinting a total of 240 seconds with any secondary weapon. Progress carries over between matches, so players don’t need to complete this challenge in one match.
Most players will already have this weapon unlocked naturally, especially if they main secondary weapons.
So there you have it, a guide on how to unlock every weapon in XDefiant. Surprisingly, the game doesn’t have many weapons which many would consider “hard” to unlock. In any case, in a competitive shooter like XDefiant, it is essential to find the weapon that suits your playstyle the most, so it might be a good idea to unlock and try all weapons!

Then, switch on over to the base challenges where you will see a list of all the different unlockable weapons. From there, select the MP7 to view its description and Unlock requirement, which reads “Get 20 SMG Point-Blank Kills(<5m)”.

So basically, you should get as close as possible to your enemies before killing them with an SMG. The best way to complete this challenge quickly is to employ an aggressive playstyle, where you will actively seek to maximize your kills.
You should use cover, in the form of walls and objects, as you are closing down on your enemies, so they have difficulty in being able to see you coming. This will enable you to get the jump on them in a close quarters situation, where you will likely come out on top as SMGs excel in close-range situations.
You can use any SMG to complete this challenge. If you’ve already unlocked it, you can use the P90 to make this challenge much easier. Check out our guide on how to unlock the P90 to learn more about that.
After you unlock the MP7, continue to use the same aggressive playstyle that earned you this SMG to quickly level it up and unlock new attachments. Fully leveling up a weapon in XDefiant will net you all of its attachments, which will make your weapon even more powerful than before.
Your fire rate, weapon sway, reload speed, and other measures can all be improved with the addition of these new attachments. Thus, using the right combination of attachments on a strong weapon, such as the MP7, will empower you to outperform your allies and dominate your opponents.
Moreover, continuously adapting your loadouts to the current meta and using the faction that best suits your style of play will put you in a position where you can consistently thrive in XDefiant.

Display names in multiplayer games are a great way to show who you are. Whether you opt for a version of your name, or something funny and memorable, it’s important to pick something that resembles you. Just remember not to choose any words the system won’t allow!
Once you’re on the XDefiant home screen, go to Ubisoft Connect and click it. From here, you’ll need to scroll down to Account Management. Your username will appear at the top of the box, and from here, you can change your display name.
For Ubisoft, you can change your display name once every 30 days. So, make sure you’ve typed exactly what you want before hitting confirm, as you don’t want to be saddled with a mistake for a month!

XDefiant launched to positivity and constructive criticism from players, but no release is without flaws. The r/XDefiant Subreddit has had plenty of comments regarding some of the mechanics, but one of them certainly needs to be addressed by the developers.
User creepy-uncle-chad posted a meme on the r/XDefiant subreddit that poked fun at something many players are taking issue with. They titled the post “Most of my deaths in this Game,” accompanied by a gif from the movie Wanted, where a character curves a bullet around a corner to hit their target.

XDefiant má tak skvělý start. Lze očekávat, že Ubisoft více podpoří své studio v San Franciscu, aby odstranilo problémy a přidalo nový obsah, včetně dalších map, nových zbraních a nových frakcí.
XDefiant na PC, PlayStation 5 a Xbox Series X/S vyšel 21. 5. 2024. Nabízí pět herních režimů, 14 map, 24 zbraní a 44 gadgetů. Bojovat je možné za postavy z jiných sérií od Ubisoftu. Nechybí čističi z The Division, agenti ze Splinter Cella, duchové z Ghost Recon, partyzáni z Far Cry 6 nebo hackeři z Watch Dogs. Každé tři měsíce dorazí nová sezóna. Každá by měla přidat jednu novou frakci, tři nové zbraně a tři mapy. Každou pochopitelně doprovodí battle pass na 90 tierů. V prvním roce bude hra rozšířena o čtyři frakce, 12 zbraní a 12 map.

XDefiant si nyní můžete předběžně stáhnout. Ke spuštění dojde v úterý 21. 5. v rámci šestitýdenní předsezóny. Ta zahrne tento obsah:

It's been a while since a major publisher decided to work on a game that competes with Call of Duty. Now, though, Assassin's Creed Shadows, Star Wars Outlaws, and Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown creator and publisher Ubisoft is about to put out its multiplayer FPS XDefiant this coming Tuesday, with a fast paced design ethos that resembles Call of Duty. Considering it's also going to be a free to play game, we've been curious to see how it will approach monetization and, with the launch date quickly approaching, Ubisoft has provided details meant to answer just that question.
Ubisoft's Tom Clancy-adjacent free-to-play shooter XDefiant has - after several delays last year - been given a release date, and launches for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC on 21st May.
XDefiant - a 6v6 mash-up of Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, and The Division - was initially revealed as Tom Clancy's XDefiant back in 2021, but Ubisoft later announced it was dropping the prefix following criticism from Tom Clancy fans who felt XDefiant's flamboyant action strayed too far from the franchise's more serious military themes and formula.
Since then, it's seen numerous closed Insider tests and open sessions, but hasn't quite managed to get its foot out the door. It first missed a planned summer launch last year, then received another delay in October, due to "inconsistencies in the game experience".
After multiple delays and questions about the title's future, Ubisoft finally confirmed an official release date for XDefiant, and fans don't have to wait much longer.
Ubisoft revealed that XDefiant will launch on May 21 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The free-to-play FPS title features 14 maps, 24 weapons, five modes, and five factions. One of those game modes includes a Ranked Mode practice playlist to test out 4v4 competitive matches.
XDefiant was originally planned to hit shelves in the late summer of 2023, but a submission snafu delayed its release. Then, an October launch day also fell through because of party code and net code issues. After another delay in March, the FPS title could finally host a server test session in late April and iron out a few last wrinkles.
With no more roadblocks in the way, Ubisoft laid out the framework for future content. After the initial six-week Preseason event, XDefiant will get new weapons, maps, events, and a new faction every three months. Year One includes four Seasons that will add four factions, 12 weapons, and 12 maps. The devs did not provide any details about which Season players should expect to add an official ranked mode or private matches. Ubisoft teases that there will be more details about the title leading up to the official release date.

Or at least, that's when the preseason launches, providing six weeks of access to the modes, maps and factions from last month's server test.
Ubisoft has given free-to-play first-person shooter XDefiant a pre-season release date of May 21 on PC via Ubisoft Connect, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and S. Ubisoft failed to mention a release on PC via Steam or the Epic Games Store in its announcement.

It includes factions from The Division, Ghost Recon Breakpoint, and even Splinter Cell. However, it comes with all the issues that most online shooters face, including bugs and errors that can plague a community for days on end. One of the biggest is the Mike-01 error, which happens to have a relatively simple fix for those who need it.
To fix the Mike-01 error in XDefiant, you need to make sure you have the correct version of the game downloaded. At the time of writing, the XDefiant Server Test Session is well underway for the weekend. However, you can't play it and will get the Mike-01 error if you haven't downloaded the Server Test Session version of the game.
To find the Server Test Version of XDefiant, launch the marketplace on the platform you want to play on. Then, search for and open XDefiant before selecting the Server Test Version from the available options. The Mike-01 error is impacting PlayStation users the most, so use the ellipses button to select the right version.
The Mike-01 error in XDefiant is known to be caused by trying to play the wrong version of the game. There have been many betas and playtests for this title, and while all will connect to the game's servers successfully, only some are active at any given time.
At the time of writing, the Server Test Session is welcoming as many players as possible to see how far the game's serves can be pushed. However, if you try to launch the full version of the game or another test version, the Mike-01 error pops up and prevents you from getting into matches.
The Mike-01 error is so prevalent in XDefiant that Ubisoft posted a message on the game's Twitter account. It did this to show as many players as possible that there's an easy fix, but also because it was getting so many reports of the error.
To avoid issues like this, I always try to delete the old versions of games I play Betas and Alphas for, just in case errors similar to this can occur. It results in more download time but avoids unnecessary faff when all I want to do is get into a game.

Now is the time to jump into a trial run of Ubisoft's XDefiant, though that doesn't mean you should be left with a shoddy loadout. From ARs to SMGs, to a single Sniper Rifle, here is a list of the best weapons to use in XDefiant during the current early access period.
Ubisoft is hosting a server test session for XDefiant that started on April 19 and ends on April 21 at 1 PM ET. Any PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S user will have access to the playtest, and participants can earn free rewards that carry over to the official release. During the server test session, players will have access to every weapon and attachment, so you don't need to worry about leveling up before using any of the title's best loadouts. With that in mind, let's jump right into which weapons to use while you still have a chance during the test.
The ACR is a versatile AR with no earth-shattering stats but is well-balanced across the board. You won't have to worry about recoil control, as the ACR is an accurate laser beam from most ranges. This is the perfect starter weapon and a good introductory choice for anyone trying out XDefiant for the first time. Our loadout focuses on improving the weapon's mobility, as ADS times felt a tad slow during the server test session.
Fire and forget. If you are an aggressive player, this is the loadout for you. The MP7 doesn't offer much accuracy, but the SMG makes up for that in terms of mobility, firepower, and reload speed. While using this loadout, enemies will be miserable trying to fight while you slide around and make life difficult for them. I wouldn't recommend trying to use this loadout for any mid-range gunfights, but it's perfect for anything within 10 meters.
If you are an SMG fan but don't want to run and gun aimlessly, the MP5A2 is perfect for you. The easy-to-use SMG has reliable time-to-kill speeds, accuracy, and mobility. Our loadout focuses on maximizing the weapon's maneuverability without losing its signature firepower and accuracy, which sets it apart from other SMGs.
After getting a feel for how guns feel in XDefiant, we recommend giving the AK-47 a try, as it's a high-skill, high-reward weapon. The AR isn't as accurate as the ACR 6.8, but if you can land your shots with the AK-47, it shreds effortlessly through opponents. With no official stats posted, it's hard to tell for sure, but this AR has one of the fastest TTK times in XDefiant.
You can't forget about sniping. It remains to be seen how much of an impact sniper rifles will have on XDefiant's meta, but the TAC-50 feels like the best of the bunch. This weapon hits like a truck but still has the mobility not to feel too heavy while running around during a match. Our loadout focuses on ADS speed and movement speed, so you aren't a sitting duck.
