The official Kingdom Hearts soundtracks for HD 2.5 ReMIX, Birth by Sleep, 358/2 Days, Dream Drop Distance, and HD 1.5 ReMIX are now available via the Square Enix Store. Each comes as a three CD set except for HD 2.5 ReMIX, which contains four CD's.

There are four soundtracks in total, including music from across seven games in the franchise. The music is created by composers such as Tsuyoshi Sekito, Yoko Shimomura, and Takeharu Ishimoto. Each is a re-release of products that originally debuted between 2011 and 2014, while the Birth by Sleep & 358/2 Days CD set also includes some extra music from the Japanese exclusive Birth by Sleep FINAL MIX release. The soundtracks for Birth by Sleep & 358/2 Days, Dream Drop Distance, and HD 1.5 ReMIX are available for $30.99 each, while the one for HD 2.5 ReMIX costs $42.99. Each is expected to ship sometime in September 2024.

Back in July 2024, Square Enix showed off some new hair clips themed around Halloween Town from Kingdom Hearts II. More recently, the company also announced the return of 4 metallic keychains shaped like the series' signature Keyblades.

The original soundtracks for Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX, Birth by Sleep, 358/2 Days, Dream Drop Distance, and HD 1.5 ReMIX are now available via the Square Enix online store. Each product is expected to release sometime in September, 2024.

Good Smile Company announced seven Rebuild of Evangelion Huggy Good Smile figures of Asuka, Kaworu, Mari, Rei, and Shinji. These will cost ￥1,800/$10.99 each, and will debut in February 2025 in Japan and Q3 2025 worldwide.

While there are seven figures in this collection, two of them are alternate versions. All of them feature Asuka, Kaworu, Mari, Rei, and Shinji in their plugsuits. The bonus Asuka one is her Eye Patch Version one, while the extra Rei is a Long Hair Version. Each one is about two and a half inches tall, which is 65mm. You can adjust the position of the arms. However, the other parts can’t be moved. The extra magnet is in the back of the head, should someone want to display it on a magnetic surface.

Here’s the Japanese announcement, which also shows how the Huggy Good Smile Evangelion figures of Asuka, Kaworu, Mari, Rei, and Shinji can be posed on shelves or displayed on magnetic surfaces like fridges.

We also have a better idea of each one looks, as Good Smile Company shared individual photos of each character.

The Huggy Good Smile Rebuild of Evangelion figures of Asuka, Kaworu, Mari, Rei, and Shinji will come to Japan in February 2025, followed by a global release in Q3 2025. Pre-orders close on September 18, 2024. People can catch the Evangelion anime on Netflix, and the Rebuild of Evangelion films are on Amazon.

Bandai Namco revealed new merchandise based on the Tales of the Rays finale illustration. The company has also opened orders for the items on Asobistore for a limited time.

This merchandise collection will primarily focus on the chibi illustrations of characters from the Tales Of series, such as Tales of Destiny's Stahn Aileron and Tales of Vesperia's Yuri Lowell. It will also feature the normal illustrations of the mobile game's original protagonists Ickx and Mileena.

Here is the list of new merchandise featured on Asobistore, along with the prices in Japanese yen:

• Tin badge - ¥700 for a random item
• Acrylic character clip - ¥880
• Tales of the Rays acrylic logo - ¥900
• Custom character acrylic keychain - ¥2,000
• Hanging tapestry - ¥3,900

Tales of the Rays was available worldwide on Android and iOS mobile devices. While the global release disappeared abruptly in 2018, Bandai Namco formally shut down the 2017 online-exclusive game in Japan on July 23, 2024. Those who had played the Japanese version can still download the offline archive version until October 22, 2024.

The Tales of the Rays finale merchandise is available to purchase on Asobistore until September 9, 2024. Bandai Namco will ship the finished items inside Japan in early November 2024.

Yet another Bunny Garden Rin figure update appeared at Smile Fest 2024, but this was for a Pop Up Parade L model and not the Nendoroid. The painted prototype showed up at the event.

Rin is wearing her bunny costume from the hostess club for the figure. The pose shows her with her right hand on her hip and the left making a peace sign. As it is a painted prototype, this could suggest that the final version of the figure could open for pre-orders soon.

As she’s a Pop Up Parade L figure, she should cost $57.99 like other ones of that size. That also means she should stand at over 8 inches tall (220mm). 

This is the only Bunny Garden character who showed up during the August 2024 event. There’s no update on the Nendoroid of this character just yet.

However, updates on the Bunny Garden game still keep showing up. For example, Qureate shared a new patch in July 2024. That added more Cheki Poses for photos and extra gifts.

There’s another update on the Hades 2 Nendoroid at the latest Good Smile Compant Smile Fest 2024 show. While the first version shown in July 2024 was an unpainted prototype, the new version is a painted prototype that is further along in development.

The painted prototype of the Melinoe Hades 2 Nendoroid addresses some of her more unique features. For example, we can better see the colors of her two eyes. It also gives us a better idea of how her armor will look. The ultimate design of her see-through left arm isn’t addressed just yet, however. It only appeared completely painted teal for this latest version of the figure.

Hades 2 Early Access updates have been coming at a steady pace as well. Patch 3 appeared in June 2024, and it handled things like Aspects of the Nocturnal Arms and the Crossroads Cauldron. The July 2024 patch addressed Boons and Blessings.

The Hades 2 Melinoe Nendoroid is in still development, and Good Smile Company has yet to announce a launch window for it. Hades 2 is currently in early access for PCs, and there's no word yet about an exact release date for the 1.0 version.

At Smile Fest 2024, Good Smile Company showed off the latest version of the upcoming Persona 5 Royal Haru “Noir” Okumura Pop Up Parade figure. This time it showed up as a painted prototype, suggesting pre-orders could end up opening in the next few weeks or months.

Haru is wearing her full Noir Phantom Thief attire for this figure. She’s also tipping her hat and pointing with her right hand. She doesn’t have any weapon “equipped.” Also, as this is a Pop Up Parade standard figure, there are no additional parts or options.  

Here’s a closer look at the Pop Up Parade figure of the character that is based on her Persona 5 Royal appearance.

All Persona 5 figures in the Pop Up Parade line are standardized. So they all tend to be about the same high and cost the same amount. So like the Oracle or Crow ones, she should be around over six inches tall and will cost￥4,800/$38.99.

There’s no release window for the Persona 5 Royal Haru “Noir” Okumura Pop Up Parade figure just yet. Persona 5 is on the PS3 and PS4, while Royal is on the PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.

Though the game came out in 2019 for Japan, it remains very popular today. Kotobukiya recently announced a re-run of a scale figure of Kasumi Yoshizawa in her Phantom Thief outfit, with this figure’s initial release being in 2020. Meanwhile, NetEase is currently re-running its Persona 5 crossover event in Identity V.

The official Sonic the Hedgehog X (Twitter) account has revealed the Shadow the Hedgehog collaboration outfit for Korone. There will be merchandise of her, including an A4 clear folder of her posing with Shadow.

Like Korone’s past Sonic outfit where she’s wearing a hoodie that resembles the blue hedgehog, the Shadow the Hedgehog outfit puts Korone in a black hooded jacket and red sneakers. Her hair is black as well, and she has red eyes. She’s wearing asymmetrical socks in the Shadow outfit, but that doesn’t seem to have anything to do with Shadow and is more a fashion choice from her designer.

If you pre-order Sonic X Shadow Generations from certain vendors, you’ll be able to get exclusive goods of Korone in her Shadow the Hedgehog outfit. Amazon will offer an acrylic keyholder. Hanekoto, who was the main artist for Minato Aqua’s game Aquarium, drew this Korone. Meanwhile, if you purchase from Geo, you’ll be able to get a clear folder of her posing with Shadow. The Sonic Team from Sega drew this one.

Inugami Korone is one of the top Hololive VTubers, debuting in 2019 as part of GAMERS. As of the time of writing, she has over 2.1 million subscribers on her YouTube channel. As an official Sonic the Hedgehog ambassador, she has often appeared in events or collaborations with Sega to celebrate or market the blue hedgehog.

As part of the Good Smile Company Smile Fest 2024, three Nekopara figures of Cinnamon, Maple, and both Chocola and Vanilla together came up. While the Cinnamon and Maple ones are the latest entries in the Race Queen line, the one of the two sisters together will be a 10th anniversary figure.

Two of the figures are much further along in development than the other. Both the Cinnamon and Maple Race Queen Nekopara designs showed up as painted prototypes. This could mean both will be available to pre-order in the immediate future and launch in late 2024 or early 2025. Meanwhile, the Chocola and Vanilla 10th anniversary Nekopara design only showed up as concept art. While their sisters appeared in racing maid outfits, they’ll appear in white dresses on a staircase with the series name and a 10th anniversary logo above them.

Here’s how all three of those announcements look:

There’s been quite a gap between Nekopara Race Queen releases. The first one was the Azuki version. She launched in October 2021. The Coconut variant appeared after that in September 2022.

During its Smile Fest 2024 announcements, Good Smile Company revealed five Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout figures of the characters in normal clothing and swimsuits. Two of them are Reisalin “Ryza” Stout, two are of Lila Decyrus, and one is of Klaudia Valentz. 

First, the one Ryza figure is actually a PLAMATEA model kit. If someone gets it, they can build a figure of her in her normal clothing from the game and anime. It is very early in development, so only an announcement with her official character art appeared.

The one Lila Decyrus figure is also of her in her official attire from the game and anime. In it, she is sitting while staring at the sky. It appeared as an unpainted prototype, so the scale figure is a bit further along in development.

Finally, the last three are Solarain Atelier Ryza figures of Ryza, Lila, and Klaudia in swimsuits. Each one is only at the unpainted prototype stage of development. 

Even though the Atelier Ryza original game has been out for a while, lots of figures based on it and the anime adaptation keep appearing. For example, a summer version of Ryza will appear in 2025. One involves a matching pair of her with Klaudia. Taito also recently released Aqua Float Girls versions of Ryza in a swimsuit while floating in an inner tube.

Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout is available on the PS4, Switch, and PC, and five figures of Ryza, Lila, and Klaudia are on the way. The anime adaptation is streaming on Crunchyroll.

A number of figmas showed up at Good Smile Company’s Smile Fest 2024, and one was an updated version of the Metal Gear Solid 2 Solid Snake figure. It is a new take on the item that first appeared back in August 2018. 

The Metal Gear Solid 2 Solid Snake figma wears his original uniform, just like the first version of the figure. His face plate is a stern, stoic expression in the example photo. He’s also holding the tranquilizer that he came with originally. It does seem like the bodysuit is a different shade than the original version of the figma. Also, the paint job on the face seems a bit different and more in line with other recent releases.

To compare, here’s how the original 2018 version of the Metal Gear Solid 2 Solid figure looked. The additional accessories also included an assault rifle and a cardboard box. Some of the hand parts would even allow the figma to be posed as though it is hanging from a shelf or table.

Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty is available on the PS2, PS3, PS4, PS5, Vita, Switch, Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox Series X, Windows PC via various collections, and the Solid Snake figma will return in the future.

Qureate’s Bunny Garden dating sim game inspired its first figure, with Good Smile Company revealing a Nendoroid of Rin at Smile Fest 2024. There’s no release window for it yet.

This announcement is very early in the development process. As such, there’s no unpainted or painted prototype just yet. However, when the reveal came up, the image teasing did show concept art of Rin as a Nendoroid. She’ll be wearing her uniform from the club.

Here’s how that looks:

There’s no word yet on if the other heroines from Bunny Garden will eventually appear too. The other two characters you can romance are Kana and Miuka. For those unfamiliar with the game, players follow an individual who is down on his luck and discovers the hostess bar where Rin, Kana, and Miuka work. You can take on tasks to earn money so you can visit the bar and spend it on drinks and time with them.

Meanwhile, those looking to watch others’ streams of the Bunny Garden game may run into some trouble. The ones from both Hololive and Nijisanji Vtubers are disappearing and being removed.

The Bunny Garden game is available on the Nintendo Switch and PC worldwide, and the first Nendoroid figure of Rin is in development.

Good Smile Company announced it is working on another The Song of Saya figure at Smile Fest 2024, and this time it is a Pop Up Parade one. However, it will be a part of the L Size and larger than usual. 

Normally, a Pop Up Parade figure costs about $31.99 and is between six and a half and seven inches tall. The L Size variants are about $57.99, and those tend to be eight and a half to nine and a half inches tall depending on the character. The announcement didn’t include any concept art of how the item might look when it is released.

This is the second The Song of Saya figure Good Smile Company will offer. The first was a WING scale figure. That featured Saya with green wings, suspended by a pillar of blood. It showed up in November 2020 and was a more expensive one, costing about ¥18,700 (~$117). 

In addition to the game and upcoming figure, there was another update on Saya about a year ago. An AI app was created that would let people talk with the series’ heroine. That was also available in English. 

The Song of Saya Pop Up Parade figure of Saya is in development. The game is available on PCs worldwide via Steam.

Square Enix announced it will open a Final Fantasy XIV pop-up store in Paris, France, and it will include FFXIV Dawntrail merchandise. People will only be able to visit and buy items between June 21-23, 2024.

The Final Fantasy XIV pop-up store will be present at 9/11, Rue des Déchargeurs in Paris, France. It will only be open from 11am-7pm CET each day. While being able to pick up merchandise tied to both Final Fantasy XIV and FFXIV Dawntrail is a part of the experience, there will also be activities available. Photo ops will appear, temporary tattoos will be available, a crane game will appear, and an art exhibit will be open. Someone earns crane game chances by buying items. Demo stations will be set up to make accounts and get PC copies of the Starter Edition. 

As for the sorts of merchandise being sold at the Final Fantasy XIV store, three were confirmed and shown in the official image. There will be post cards, with the five examples showing scenes from the new locations Kozama Uka, L’Hoirie Recouvree, Tuliyollal, Urqopacha, and Yak T’El. Magnets of the Pictomancer, Viper, and FFXIV Dawntrail logo are among the merchandise. There is also a sticker sheet that features the two new jobs, the logo, a Moogle, and creatures from the new region.

Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC, and the Dawntrail expansion will arrive on July 2, 2024. The Paris pop-up store will be open between June 21-23, 2024.

Square Enix announced four new NieR: Automata FORM-ISM figures of protagonists 9S and A2. The figures cost 4,950 yen (or about $31.53) each, and they are now available for pre-order from the AmiAmi online store.

Note: This story contains minor spoilers for some character designs in NieR: Automata.

There are two figures for each character, with the 9S figures available in his usual design and one where he’s not wearing his blindfold combat visor. The first model shows 9S in a dynamic pose holding his signature Cruel Arrogance spear, and about to use his hacking skills. The second 9S figure shows him standing wielding his spear again, with a determined look on his face. The 9S figures are expected to release in September 2024.

As for the A2 figures, the first one shows A2 standing while resting on her large sword Type-4O Blade. Good Smile Company will release yet another Nendoroid of Dan Heng from Honkai: Star Rail. This time, he’ll be a Nendoroid Doll and he wears his modern outfit from past promotional material when he arrives worldwide in 2025.

Pre-orders will close on June 26, 2024. Those in Japan will have to pay 11,000 JPY for the Dan Heng Nendoroid Doll (Express Travel Version) and he’ll come out in April 2025. Meanwhile, those in North America will have to pay $64.99 and he’ll come out some time in Q3 2025. Due to geographical licensing restrictions, Good Smile Company only ships to Canada and the United States.

If you don’t want to purchase the Dan Heng Nendoroid Doll but like his outfit, you can also purchase it separately. The doll will come with a black t-shirt, pants, his outerwear, his camera (with a strap), a necklace, bracelets, a socks, shoes, hand parts, and a dragon horns hair band. Bucket and Shovel have opened up pre-orders for a resin statue of Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae from Honkai: Star Rail. The figure costs $60 to pre-order and will ship out in Q4 2024, and there is a limited (188) supply.

The statue is a 1/6 figure, and it’ll come with a base as well. It depicts him in his Imbibitor Lunae form while holding Cloud-Piercer. The stand is a lotus and he has the Long-like dragon he creates surrounding him. The $60 is the pre-order price and the statue itself is much more expensive. It costs $499.86 for the standard version, which is what you see below. There is also a "nude" variant for $171.43. There is no prototype yet but we can see from the art that it shows what Dan Heng might have looked like during his time in the Shackling Prison.

There are instructions on the website as to how to pre-order and purchase the statue. Bucket and Shovel does not offer refunds. However, there is a replacement service should you received a damaged statue. 

Though not from YY Studio, Bucket and Shovel has other Honkai: Star Rail figures for sale as well. There is an Acheron resin statue from Jigenworld and a Robin resin statue from LoveHolic Studio. As a reminder, these are not official pieces of merchandise from HoYoVerse.

Square Enix announced that, due to popular demand, the Final Fantasy XIV TTRPG will return to its online storefront after selling out. The second wave of the FFXIV tabletop role-playing game will appear again in English in September 2024.

This second run of the game will be identical to the first. Pre-orders for it initially were revealed back in September 2023. It arrived in May 2024 for $59.99. The rerelease reprint cost the same amount. It will also include all of the same items and accessories as the first run. People also still get 59 Members Rewards Points when purchasing it from the Square Enix Store.

As this is a starter set, people get everything they need to play a tabletop role-playing game inspired by FFXIV. There are Gamemaster and Player Books included, to introduce a DM and player to the game, and a Rules Summary & Strategy Guide appears for quickly jumping in or getting refreshed on the game. People get four premade Character Sheets for a Black Mage, Dragoon, Warrior, and White Mage. There are also ability markers, character tokens, an encounter map, and 16 6d20 and 10d6 dice.

Good Smile Company announced it will sell the FuRyu NieR: Automata 2B noodle stopper figure outside of Japan. It will appear in Q1 2025 and cost $33.99.

2B is wearing her standard dress from both the NieR: Automata game and anime adaptations for the figure. She’s sitting with her hands bracing her. One leg is up, so it could also be perched on the edge of a cup or shelf, while the other is dangling down. She will be about five inches tall in total. 

Here’s a closer look at how this new 2B noodle stopper figure will look.

For those unfamiliar, a noodle stopper figure is designed to be used with instant ramen like Nissin Cup Noodle. The idea is you perch the toy on top of your food. It will then hold the lid in place and balance to help keep it warm. However, this is an optional use, and the position means they can also be displayed on top of shelves, books, boxes, or other items. 

The NieR: Automata 2B noodle stopper figure will launch in Q1 2025. The anime is streaming on Crunchyroll. The game is available on the PS4, Switch, Xbox One, and Windows PC.

Capcom and Grapht announced a new line of Street Fighter 6 merchandise that includes reversible eye masks of the 18 characters, as well as DLC character Rashid. Pre-orders are now open until May 13, 2024 from the Village Vanguard online store and the Grapht online store. [Thanks, 4Gamer!]

The 5 desk pads available feature Luke, Ryu, Juri, Jaime, and the Street Fighter 6 logo each. As for the metal pins, there are three separate collections available, each including 6 different options. Collection A features Ryu, Jaime, Cammy, JP, Marissa, and E. Honda. Meanwhile, Collection B includes Luke, Ken, Juri, Chun-Li, Zangief, and Dhalsim. Finally, Collection C focuses on Guile, DeeJay, Manon, Kimberly, Lily, and Blanka.

Prime 1 Studio announced the release of a new 1/4 scale figure of Aloy from Horizon Forbidden West that costs $1,200/¥197,890. The figure is now available for pre-order from the North American and Japanese Prime 1 Studio online storefront, and it is set to be released between September and December 2025.

Its full name is the Aloy Tenakth Dragoon Armor Set figure, and it is approximately 27 to 28 inches tall (or about 69 to 73cm tall), depending on the chosen hand and spear pose. The figure includes a variety of swappable pieces, like a pair of arms and weapons and blue and yellow eyes for the machine featured on the base.

In addition, the bonus version of the figure will include a swappable head part for Aloy. The default piece features Aloy wearing the Tenakth Dragoon helmet and face paintings, while the bonus piece depicts Aloy not wearing them. The bonus version of the figure is limited to 1,000 orders, after which only the normal edition will be available.

KFC in China will have yet another collaboration with Honkai: Star Rail. The crossover event will start on May 2 and end on May 4, 2024.

The last time KFC had an Honkai: Star Rail event was back in 2023. This time, the event will be at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. You’ll be able to find it in Building 6.1. There will be a KFC stand designed to look like it was from the Luofu, with an illuminated maple tree to its side. Dan Heng and March, wearing the collaboration outfits, are next to it.

During the event, you’ll be able to get various prizes or participate in some activities. If you order the collaboration meals, you’ll be able to get a KFC collaboration Pom-Pom fan. If you make a Weibo post using the #HelpMeColonelSanders or #StarRailCarnival and then perform the Crazy Thursday commercial song, you’ll be able to get an acrylic stand featuring Dan Heng and March. If you don’t want to sing, you can also get the stand if you can catch the KFC promoter, pick a card, and then strike a pose like the character’s Skill and yell, “Help me, Colonel Sanders!” Finally, a mysterious guest may show up.

Honkai: Star Rail is now available on the PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. Version 2.2 will go live in Honkai: Star Rail on May 8, 2024.

Born Digital Inc. announced the release of the digital version of the “Artificial Intelligence in Final Fantasy XV - The Future Seen Through Game AI” book. The book is now available as a Kindle e-book at Amazon and other various digital retailers. [Thanks, DenFamiNico Gamer!]

The digital edition of the book costs 3,520 yen (or about $22.35). The physical version originally released in 2019. The book goes into detail about the technology used to develop the AI for companion characters, NPCs, and monsters in Final Fantasy XV, as well as an invisible meta-AI system that works in a similar way to a “game master.” In addition, the book includes talks with various FFXV programmers, designers, and members of the development team that offer their perspective into the future of video game artificial intelligence.

Back in May 2022, Square Enix revealed that Final Fantasy XV had surpassed over 10 million units sold worldwide, including sales of the base console game, the PC version, and the Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition.

A new line of Persona 3 Reload merchandise for disaster prevention featuring SEES motifs and a first-aid poach inspired by Koromaru is now available for pre-order from Movic. The SEES merchandise will release in Fall 2024, while the poach is set to release in July 26, 2024. [Thanks, PR Times!]

Pre-orders for the new merchandise items close on May 22, 2024. The Persona 3 Reload SEES Disaster Prevention Set costs 17,600 yen (or about $113.83.) The set includes a SEES backpack that also features two Gekkoukan High School logo pin badges, and two SEES pin badges. The backpack also includes a hand crank light, water bag, rescue sheet, an Aid-Team 2 emergency kit, emergency toilet sheets, masks, a SEES hand towel, and a P3R protagonist postcard.

The Street Fighter Powerlifting figure series, which involves heroines in workout costumes lifting weights, is getting Cammy variants. Premium Collectibles Studio is taking pre-orders for three variants, which will cost $598.50 each.

The three different versions of Cammy are all based on her appearances from past Street Fighter games. So there’s the Classic Silver Ex one based on her default red and black outfit, an Alpha Ex design inspired by Street Fighter Alpha, and a SF6 Ex option that draws from Street Fighter 6. In addition to her outfit and its color scheme changing, her hairstyle can change from one version to another. All three feature a gym bag behind her, with some having a hat on top of it. Cosmetic differences aside, each one will be a 1/4 scale figure that stands at 16.5 inches tall and 21.5 inches wide. Each one will also come with a matching print of the Edwin Huang concept art that inspired it.

This is the second Premium Collectibles Studio’s Street Fighter Powerlifting figure, as the first one to be announced was Chun-Li. Like Cammy, she will be available in three different varieties. The Street Fighter Cammy Powerlifting figure is in development, with pre-orders open now. The most recent game in the series is Street Fighter 6, and it is available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC.

Cospa opened up pre-orders for cosplay uniforms of Gekkoukan High School from Persona 3 Reload. You’ll be able to use these outfits as part of a costume.

Atlus helped to supervise the outfits’ creations, so you can be sure that they’re authentic recreations. All of the details of the designs are on the uniforms. There is a boy version, as well as a girl version. As a note, Cospa does not offer the top and the bottom as a set. You’ll need to purchase them separately. As another note, the male uniform is cheaper than the female one for whatever reason. The male top costs 52,800 JPY ($351.20) and the bottom costs 17,600 JPY ($117.05). Meanwhile, the female top costs 61,600 JPY ($409.70) and the bottom costs $20,350 ($135.35).

The Gekkoukan High School uniform in Persona 3 Reload is on the plain side, much like the uniform for Yasogami High School. It features a black blazer jacket over a white shirt, with the school’s crest over the chest. The guys have a black ribbon and the girls have a larger red one. You can also personalize the way that you wear the uniforms, much like the characters in the game. For example, Fuuka wears a different shirt underneath the blazer and Yukari wears a pink sweater instead of her blazer.

A Guilty Gear Strive Epos Visa credit card will debut in Japan on March 15, 2024. If you fulfill certain conditions when you sign up for a card, you’ll be able to receive a canvas board of he art on the card. [Thanks, Marui Anime!]

There are two versions of the Guilty Gear Strive Epos card. One of them has a close-up of Sol Badguy. The other one has the Guilty Gear 25th Anniversary logo on it. If you already have an Epos card, but you want to switch to one of these designs, you’ll need to pay an additional 1000 JPY fee.

Kenta Asano, a 2D illustrator for the game, was the one who drew the Sol art that’s on the card and the canvas board. If you want to be able to get it, you’ll need to either sign up for a Guilty Gear Epos card or switch to it from your current Epos card. After that, you need to make purchases totalling over 10,000 JPY within three months. This is the only way to legitimately obtain the canvas board, since it’s not for sale.

Guilty Gear Strive first came out in 2021 as the next mainline title for the Guilty Gear series. It plays somewhat differently than previous games in the entry, such as adding in the Wall Break feature. In August 2022, about a year after its initial release, Arc System Works announced that it sold over 1 million units of Guilty Gear Strive, which was a first for the company.

Guilty Gear Strive is readily available on the PS4, PS5, Windows PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.

Good Smile Company opened pre-orders for a new Nendoroid modeled after Ling Xiaoyu from Tekken 8. People residing in the U.S. and Canada can place their orders on Good Smile Online Shop U.S. for $43.99. Those who live elsewhere worldwide can instead head to the Japanese international web store, where the chibi action figure is priced at ¥6,900 / €45.90. The figure will be available worldwide in the latter half of 2024.

The Nendoroid will contain multiple facial expression plates ranging from a normal smile to a serious face. Xiaoyu's set will also come with an effect sheet that lets the owner emulate her attack effects in the fighting game.

Good Smile Company will also include a "You Win" screen effect as an exclusive bonus to people who place orders for the Nendoroid on the Japanese or American Good Smile Online Shop. Xiaoyu's winking victory face plate shown in this picture will be already included in the regular set.

Even though Xiaoyu has been a mainstay character in the series since Tekken 3 in 1997, Good Smile Company will base this Nendoroid on her latest appearance in Tekken 8. It had even teased the figure in September 2023, long before Bandai Namco released the actual fighting game on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and PC in late January 2024.

Good Smile Company will close pre-orders for the Tekken 8 Ling Xiaoyu Nendoroid on April 4, 2024. It will ship the finished figures to Japan in July 2024 and North America in Q4 2024.

Sushiro revealed more information on its upcoming collaboration with Genshin Impact and the merchandise that will appear. You’ll be able to enjoy exclusive menu items, as well as have the chance to get some limited items, between February 21, 2024 and March 24, 2024. 

There will be four different kinds of items on the collaboration menu. The first one is a platter of three nigiri sushi (tamago, maguro, ebi), and the second one is a platter of tuna nigiri (with takuan pickle). You’ll also be able to order shoyu ramen and a soda milk parfait from the menu. The ramen will come with a little Gorou picture and the parfait will come with a Kokomi one. Meanwhile, if you order the sushi, you’ll have a random chance of getting either a Yae Miko, Ayato, Ayaka, or Thoma pick.

You’ll also be able to get in-game rewards like Mora and a sushi recipe when you scan a serial code. This serial code will be valid no matter what server you play on. In order to scan the serial code, you’ll need to keep one of the above picks, since it’s on the back. There are also real-world items you can collect too. Three hundred people will get a chance to obtain a set of six sushi plates, with the six Inazuma characters on them. Finally, if you put in an online order for a take-out set (containing 12 nigiri sushi), you’ll be able to choose between either a Gorou or a Kokomi acrylic stand.

Square Enix announced the rerelease of the Final Fantasy XIV job icon pins. The pins are expected to release in Japan on May 26, 2024, and they are now available for pre-order from the Japanese Square Enix e-Store.

Each pin costs 660 yen (or about $4.40.) Only the Disciples of War and Magic pins will return for this rerelease, and there are 20 available. Here is a list of all the job icon pins we'll see again later this year:
